Plumbing Express

James came to see us to fix a leak in the ceiling. We had a plumber come out and gave us evidently and a top quote some bad advice. James knew just what the difficulty fixed it over 30 minutes, was, and was the nicest man we've met in the city. When we had to ring him 11, gave us his advice.
My advice, in case you've got a plumbing problem give em a ring.

Called these folks for a job a week to fix pipe the fix was fine except for water pressure. Recall appointment to correct this was rescheduled in their end the same day within the time frame. I arranged to have someone at my house to let him for nothing, and I can't miss more work until at least Monday to allow him in, so I'll have to determine just how wash dishes cook, etc.. The failure here's a scheduled appointment to correct work you need to have gotten to handle someone emergency is canceled by you, since you already have my money so I could wait, right and that is Ok? NOPE #FAIL
Update / I guess they saw this inspection because less than an hour after submitting that they called and are OTW and I genuinely appreciate it, I know everything doesn't always work out initially but there is a lot to be said for how you recover #kudos on working it out

We found this place. Overall, a pretty good experience. The reservation/booking over the telephone needed us to call multiple times to receive our Saturday appointment confirmed and was unpleasant to be fair. Once our appointment was confirmed, the group sent someone to our home within the hour. I like how quickly the staff took responsibility for their mistake and got someone out to our home.
He was professional, friendly and productive. David fixed our difficulty under half an hour and we're pleased with his work. Finally, he honored the yelp voucher, so we saved a bit of cash too. Overall, I would recommend Plumbing Express if you are in the Atlanta region.

Kevin was amazing! Professional, diligent, and got the work done. And they were only half up to among their opponents here on Yelp who gave a quotation to us. We went with these guys.

Kevin was my tech, and his level of customer support was far above what I anticipated. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand, and walked me through every important part of the review wholeheartedly, patiently. He offered options, and suggestions. I could tell that he was actually searching for my best interest and understood that his craft. Another thing I like is that I was given a biased quote, which was really unexpected by him. I am excited about working with Plumbing Express again.

Called to create an appointment and they were able to send someone! David was professional and courteous, and helped me to repair a slow tub speedily! Would highly recommend this company.

We recently purchased a resale home. Plumbing Express had installed the tankless water heater. I called them to see if they might help me out because I was not familiar with a tankless. Gareth came right on time. He recalled all the details of my resale home. Explaining we had two water heaters the other in the attic and one in the garage. He showed me how to program water heater. It was programmed by him for settings and cold style. He also shared I can buy a device where I can set it from my mobile phone. He showed me where the outside spigots shut water shut off valve would be and offs were found. I couldn't have asked for a better plumber. I would advise Gareth 100 times over. You can not go wrong!!

Jonathan managed to figure out the main cause of this water stain in my ceiling super quickly. Without having to do any additional damage (i.e. cutting through the ceiling), he managed to determine the neighbor upstairs had a leaky escape port in the bathtub in under one hour!
I will use them later on!

We had our polybutylene piping replaced with them August of 2018. We made a decision to utilize them although they were not the lowest. Great decision, the work began on Monday afternoon and by 3:30 that afternoon water was revived in a 2 1/2 bathroom house, we do have a crawl space that helps. Keith had done an excellent job restoring everything back to normal, although there were approximately 25 holes which was somewhat unnerving. If you'd happen to be there you'd wonder whether anything had been done. We also added a recirculating pump to speed up water in the daytime.
I would like to incorporate when we called day they came out and repaired and we ended up finding a mistake in the plumbing lines. Recommend they stand by their own work

The supervisor came out and replaced the pressure valve for this part's cost. So I believe they they did the right thing, but it is unlikely I will do business with them again.
This firm completely changed the way they do business and is in no way the same or has changed hands. Following a couple of very decent calls I called them again to substitute an expansion tank. They said I also require a pressure valve and relief valve Following the technician made numerous phone calls to determine what needed to be done. I did the work they recommended ($606). There was a vibration at the line when water flowed. They came back out and said I needed to replace another pressure valve (which was seemingly awful if they did the very first job and misdiagnosed) and they wanted another $350 to substitute a $75 part.

While doing a really nerve racking task of removing sheetrock squares to get pipes their people exercised a lot of skill and caution. The sheetrock replacement guy was extra good and professional also.
Plumbing Express did a fantastic job on repiping my own property. We had an older polybutylene pipe bust in the day. I phoned Matt and them needed a team out there that the very next morning at 8AM to perform the job.

Our crew was only three people - Ed, Butch and Lucio - that they turned off the water, conducted the supply conducted the traces and had the water back and functioning. Came back to do the work.
We discovered Plumbing Express by an online search. We needed to replace the supply lines of a home built from the 50s (galvanized pipe). I instantly talked to Tye who took some basics, called and said he'd have I am called by Blake. Blake called me back and took information that were sufficient to give me a ballpark idea of price to compare with my estimates. Once he reviewed the project, a contract was agreed to by us.
The contractor we had been using for repairs anticipated that a trench all round the home using a pipe running an external wall and that knows what inside. They estimated 3-4 days and then locating someone for finishing work. Plumbing Express has this process down to a science - and - job took a day and a half begin to finish.
Communication was great. I had the crew leader, Ed's, amount before the beginning and he let me know the day ahead of when they would be there. Before they even came, they had a general plan. Looked over everything then laid out floor covers and wrapped barriers. Got to work, conducted and figured ways to make it function well and discreet as possible. You need to expect some of this in this kind of project.
We would highly recommend this team and are extremely happy with the outcome.
Everybody I spoke to was courteous and professional. The price was good compared to other people. The work has been amazing - they went to the home through the slab (hidden ) therefore the pipe runs a corner up within the wall at the garage to the attic. Throughout the attic and down walls to every fixture.

Danny called me back to organize for receiving our plumbing problem. He delivered our leak to be evaluated by Howard. He was approachable polite and professional. He was determined to find the work done daily. It took some abilities based on what we saw. I thought their quotation was very reasonable.

By substituting the pipe from the meter kevin mended our water flow. He replaced. He came out on a Friday and gave an estimate which was competitive and later I booked the job for Monday. Kevin was very professional and did a fantastic job. He kept me updated during the day and has been very respectful of home and my lawn. I highly recommend Kevin along with the Plumbing Express business.

As I caught my kids from 11, the tech even appeared.
I called in the afternoon for service and they came out to precisely the same day! Technician was very considerate, educated and worked.

Service was great from beginning to end. Kevin was courteous, quick, and also did a great job. I had an extremely positive experience overl although the costs were somewhat cheaper.

I was impressed that there wasn't any up-charge the following morning for showing up. Johnathan was professional and was able to isolate the issue immediately. He had been open and did not try to pressure us into an whole toilet.
Danny, the dispatcher, was quite pleasant and Johnathan showed up the following day, right on time.
I'm pleased to state we now have our goto for any unexpected troubles, although I expect never to meed them.

It is $149 if there is a diagnostic needed but may be credited towards any work. All of the reviews you discover were exactly what we experienced our own. Highly recommended.
We had been awarded an 8-12pm time frame but Howard showed up at 8:30am. He was able to diagnose the issue, fixed everything, and was out within 1.5 hours. He was respectful, thorough, and very patient. He even did some caulking since he aided explained to replace our washer hoses for us to do independently and noticed some cracks.
We had a 2nd floor tub leak that has been seeping through the ceiling into the 1st floor. Plumbing Express was very prompt and organized in scheduling a trip (no first consultation fee!) , known as an hour out to let the plumber then called again if he was 5 min away, along with us understand the plumber has been en route.

Plumbing express did a great job at a reasonable price. I had an overflow pipe switched out along with an expansion tank. David was knowledgeable and friendly. He'd quality work. I would definitely use them again!

I installed an additional shower head inside my shower that was big. There were some issues with all the water lines which they were able to resolve to find the job complete. The cutting to the tile created a lot of dust and they did a great job making sure the cleanup was done afterward. I'd suggest them for any sort of bathroom upgrade.
