I phoned Baitlyn Plumbing on Monday to make an appointment to get a toilet install in my Master bath. Jessa, the wife of this plumber, confirmed the appointment for Wednesday and said she'd call me back to confirm the time once she talked to her husband ( the plumber) and assessed his schedule. I never heard back from her. I abandoned 3 voicemails and phoned her back 3 times and that I never got a call . On Wednesday morning I got a text message in 7:45am saying they could arrive between 8-10am. Yes, that is correct - a text 15 minutes before they planned to arrive after my calls went unanswered the afternoon prior. I advised her I did not hear back from her to affirm the appointment and needed to make arrangements to take time off from work in advance which I have to take half a day of my holiday time to be home, and I can't do that in the last minute as it has to become pre-approved by my own boss. She hid behind text messages because she was afraid to contact me. Only after I got angry and told her that I took my business elsewhere did try to beg my business back and she attempt to call me. She said that her kids got sick. That is obviously a rather small business, wife and husband team, who do not know who aren't stay at home moms or how to respect and value people's time who are not employed. Men and women have to take off time from their jobs that costs them time off and work in corporate jobs, pay, or contractors who do not value people's time can not be worked around by holiday time to be at home to meet with people and contractors. If they do not know this rule they won't be prosperous in business. She subsequently continued to send text messages that were faking for my business back to me, and that I needed to ask her to stop texting me and calling me. Definitely a small mom and pop business that does not know how to run itself professionally.

Battling Plumbing saved for me! Had a congestion in two toilets and sink. . .tub had back up sewer too. Called them am. . .they gave me estimate on the phone. Mr. BATYLIN came out same day..and cared for everything. An honest fair family owned company. Thank you!!!!!! Charges also. .

This company came to my aid. Today heater substitute. The cost of installation exasperated me independently the plumbers from all. Floundering wound up until about 3pm on a Friday. After making several calls and receiving appointments for Saturday I found"Jessa" with Batylin. She had been extremely accommodating to my needs and found a way to have her husband come @ 5pm out! Both of these were right now and I'm not saying they were the cheapest price, although now I'm not saying that will occur every time. He tolerated me hovering to try and find out a couple of things and explained areas of this install. I would call them . Hopefully I will not have to...;)

We Adore Batylin Plumbing! Its wonderful to finally have a plumber we can expect to call for whatever sewer or water connected. They gave us an accurate time estimate of when they would arrive and Vladimir did a thorough job of figuring out what was wrong (a clog in main sewer line beneath house) and getting it resolved before we had any flood.

I wanted so I hunted to get a fantastic plumbing firm that was cheap on yelp, my garbage disposal changed. I got connected with Batylin plumbing and obtained a fantastic quote. Vladimir came out and replaced my disposal in below 30minutes. Will certainly use this company and for a reference.

After some initial miscommunication I'm pleased to give 5 stars to these men. Vladimir showed up when he was suppose to knew what he was doing and what he was searching for, and he worked with me as a professional. Jessa was very personable and only lovely to deal with on the phone. Thank you guys a lot!!!

Called them for a leaking pipe. I'm out of town but my neighbor whose feeding my cat found that the leak. Vladimir came from church, shut off the water and will be back tomorrow AM to correct the pipe. Even more thankful my plumber was here to save my butt although I'm really thankful my neighbor discovered that the leak.

Win/Win!Called this super-plumber to determine where I had been going wrong with my toilet, I did not even have to have him come out now because Mrs. Batylin recognized it over the telephone. I like that all the workers know what they're referring to.

Vladimir is awesome! Tenants just moved in and there have been all sorts of issues in the tenants. There was a leak under one sink along with the other drains not worked properly. I had another plumbing business come out and that they gave me an astronomical cost to unclog and fix the the drain (before I knew about the leak). They found a slew of additional"pipes repairs" they said needed to be repaired. Vladimir agreed the drains needed repairing but the remaining repairs were not unnecessary. Being that I'm in Colorado I was relieved and ecstatic to hear it was a leak along with the drains that he found while inspecting the remainder of the pluming. His job is stellar and I'm happy I have another opinion. What I really appreciate about the scenario is his honesty and his honest rates. He can be my new plumber and did work.

I phoned Batylin Plumbing and has been greeted by a courteous and knowledgeable woman. She knew Vladimir and our emergency managed to come out straight away. He explained what is the least cost way and everything in detail. We ended up having to add a fresh pipe line since our's was. The estimate he gave was that the price we paid and that he did such as job that is great! He needed to dig a hole in our yard but in order to make it seem tidy, he cut squares of bud out so when the job was done there wouldn't be a path of plain brownness.
Our water business found out and we had a leak in our primary plumb line and they cut off our water meter while we were away. It was good that they knew about it or else we would've been amazed with a massive bill (really the plumber mentioned that you can fight this cost when this occurs to you).
I would definitely use them again later on when I need a plumber!!!
I discovered a great plumber!!

I called hoping to obtain an estimate on cellar bathroom.The person I talked to said they would make a call and get back to me daily. I never heard from them. I tried calling again and left a message to call me. I never got a return call! I called them initially based Kudzu on their reviews and being close to my home. Because I didn't have some work I really can't talk on quality or value.

We tried calling several emergency plumbing services in the region, only to be told we'd have to wait for 24-48 hours before they could fix our pipe. Batylin Plumbing was the sole business to place us on their priority listing for the same day (which was already late day ) and said they would call back when they were in the region. Depending on how busy all the technicians were the previous couple of days, we weren't counting on hearing back before dawn. In about an hour, Batylin called back to our surprise and stated Vladimir was and also on his way! Not only did he fix our pipe in a fashion was below what we were expecting to get an hour-long fix well. We might not have been pleased with the support we received and could recommend Batylin Plumbing for anyone.

After viewing pics I'd delivered telling me that I could save $, by performing the work myself, vladimir called me - and he could tell me how. Is anyone really this fair more?! After my promising him I was fairly sure I couldn't do myself to the work, he came out in about one hour. He assessed the difficulty in short order and gave me my choices regarding fixes - term and long duration. He let me know what we'd have to do to repair the matter and stayed until he was certain that the job was done - and even told me how to save dollars, when that day comes.
I bid them goodbye and hired someone else (Kemper Watson - a master plumber with decades of expertise ) who did exactly the same job, for approximately 1/4 the price. He's my new plumber and I have sent him in need of plumbing solutions to several friends.

You're going to pay a plumber nicely to come out - even more for a crisis - and more nonetheless to get a weekend. Batylin Plumbing treated me fee-wise. But more importantly, they showed great skill and proficiency, honesty in the area and a caring for my circumstance to me. Vladimir is my plumber guy.
I called Batylin Plumbing, having drained the phone numbers of the three"regular" plumbers I have in my mobile phone. . .none even returned my phone. . .one that required an insurance claim and emergency crew. Vladimir's wife picked up about the 2nd or ring, with a REMARKABLY attitude. She told me that not only did she know what type of situation I had been in, but that she would get Vladimir outside to a Saturday afternoon - to my location within a few hours.
Followed up for work to be done in the weeks after the aforementioned, simply to be given an ultra-high rate (similar, or greater than big-box plumbers, who pay for radio & tv commercials) rather than possess calls returned.

Batylin Plumbing was really favorable and did me a great service. But after they do your own emergency work, expect to pay top dollar.
