We had a water leak in the street. Ridgeway Mechanical reacted fast. They sent explained how it would be fixed by them and the cost was half what a couple of others had quoted. Most importantly they replaced the lineup without ripping the yard up. Others had insisted there was no means. Salvatore showed how they did it and there was. One more thing in their favor is that a 20 year warranty for parts and labour. Another well-known company only offered a three year guarantee.

Please see text conversation. I asked Chris was if he can pick up the water heater from Home Depot he never replies then goes on to quote me prices. I talked w that the lady this morning who quoted me $475. I declined he services you never stated that and then he goes to state that he assessed with you. . Incredible! I have worked for this company and had the joy of working. The lady was apologetic when I phoned back but sadly the harm was done. Nobody wants to be indicated a liar when I am spending 1ks or have spent 1ks with the company. Went with another company who billed $500 to install the water heater and picked up it from Home Depot.

They could schedule me in just two hours of Salvador along with my request and his partner had the task. Salvador was effective, professional and thorough in completing the Job. Knowledge and his expertise has been remarkable and he demonstrated exceptional customer support. I strongly recommend them if you need a principal waterline replacement.
Had a main line water flow and asked a quotation from Ridgeway. They gave a more comprehensive estimate for a replacement and a repair and responded within an hour. I picked Ridgeway according to their extensive expertise and 20 year warranty on parts and labour for a full waterline replacement from the meter to the aluminum shutoff in my property after receiving two other company quotes.

I'd Ridgeway install plumbing for a toilet shower/tub. The plumber installed the fixture incorrect. The deal could not turn without hitting on the spigot. They sent out another plumber to look at it when he predicted in to Ridgeway to inform them it was their fault, '' the owner/manager told the plumber to lie about it. He said to lie to the homeowner. So I heard every word the plumber had the conversation on speaker phone. These men are dishonest.

I initially hired a top rated plumber in my area that quoted me an very large price to replace my water main that has been broken by tree roots. They told me I would have to find out the volcano to maneuver my meter in the yard before they could repair it (which was an additional cost). I decided to have another opinion and I'm SO happy I did. I predicted Ridgeway Mechanical the same moment and they came in roughly 40 minutes. They replaced my whole PVC water main in only 2 hours using PE pipe and cut the tree roots! Their price was roughly half what I was originally quoted and they got the work done extremely fast. I'm kicking myself for not phoning them. I can't say enough good things about this organization and I've recommended them to friends members and all my family. Very happy customer!

This is the only Plumbing Company to use. . I called they had great crew out to our residence. The crew did a wonderful job.They proved quick and very detailed about the job.

I called on a Wed evening to schedule a estimate. Ridgeway Mechanical sent a crew out to my home. I needed to work and was worried that I would need to be house but they assured me they could give me a estimate over the phone which they did and that I consented to the work. I was called by them when they had been done and that I was able to pay the phone over. I needed to have a sewer principal replaced beneath my driveway. I was told by companies they would need to split my driveway. Ridgeway Mechanical assured me that they had state of the art art gear that could pinpoint where the pipes had been located and it'd be minimal removal of this driveway which they patched up after the job was completed. They did a job and you can't even tell that work was completed. The rate was reasonable and there's even a 20 year warranty. The gentleman who helped me communicated every step of the process to me and was very professional. I am so glad I definitely will call them for my plumbing needs and picked this organization.

I will continue to utilize them!

I wanted to end up with a shower and left work early. I turn on the shower and realized it wasn't warming up. Went downstairs to check the circuit breaker and what do you know, the breaker has been tripped. Cutting it solved my problem right? Ehhhhh nah. I predicted Roto-Rooter first (see my review for them) and they kept pushing my time out till the point that it was night. I didn't feel comfortable with this so the morning after I ended with them called Ridgeway.
Anyhow it took him less than a hour to finish the work and he informed me that when the water heater started acting up again I could call him back and he would replace the heater without a part of the cost of the elements so that I wouldn't be out much cash. I thought this was really wonderful.
The technician was quite scrupulous (he actually got to my house before I did and he did not mind one bit), very friendly and professional. He said to me that one of my elements in my water heater had corroded and implied that when he substituted one he might also replace the one. Because they both looked like someone spilled battery acid that was a fantastic move. In addition, he said to me that my water heater was created in 2004. I moved in my brand-new house and that I wondered why I had an issue with this water heater in 2008. Horrible (Georgia structure laws are dreadful ). So needless is 8 years old. SMH

Had a water main break and my plumber urged me to get Ridgeway... they started off great..sent a crew who tried to repair the leak but no luck... gave me what I believed was a sensible quote and stated they'd be here first thing the next morning. . 8 and no. . Same that a 9. . Called and Alan stated a problem was with the truck and they might be out in a little while. . Called back in 11, 12 and 1 pm. . No answer. . Had a telephone a second organization to perform the job (which also charged me less. .) . . Would be a one star rating except for the guys coming out and attempted to fix the flow (no charge). .guess they are pretty busy..must be nice. .

The proprietor answered, and called Ridgeway to get a bathroom discharge/backup and was very beneficial. Said they would have someone here within the hour, and 30 minutes someone showed up. They over delivered right out of the gate! Found the issue, removed the clog and was gone in a little over one hour. Cost was an overall great experience in an unpleasant situation and fair. Highly recommend if you're ever in need and want someone who you can trust. Good to know there are companies out there such as this when you're at their mercy.

I discovered a waterfall in the basement crawlspace and called Ridgeway Mechanical. Troy came in roughly one hour and fixed the leak. Troy and Johnny came early the next morning and replaced nearly all of the old flat cast iron pipe in the crawlspace...a job well done!

I put on Service Magic in a Petition. A telephone leas than a moment afterwards. Jamie was at my door inside an hour.my water heater had recently been replaced and the water was not getting warm. They conducted a test on the water heater and turned up the temp, additionally corrected my bathtub knob. Total cost was high for half an hour and no parts BUT the guys were super nice and very professional. There was not any breakdown of the charges on the invoice. Only a description of the total and the fix.
I'd have rated them higher if they would have discussed the cost with me. If that doesn't happen I truly hate it. He did not charge me the 29 for the support call.

We called Ridgeway Mechanical from desperation because a valve broke in our irrigation system and our garden was flood out of the sprinklers going crazy. We tried number of different plumbers (irrigation experts don't have crisis response) to try to determine what to do but most of them said that they don't do sprinklers. When we called Ridgeway Mechanical, I thought we would need to close off our principal water source and proceed to a hotel for at least once, and possibly for several nights until we could figure out exactly what to do. The man at Ridgeway Mechanical was kind, through turning it off to the 29, he explained where to find the irrigation valve, and walked my husband. We offered to compensate him for his time, and he refused. He saved us hundreds of dollars, and we are so thankful. Can use Ridgeway Mechanical again for their honestly and expertise!

The leaking bathtub is called for by three ceremony. Tenants mad and late to service call.
I never mind paying for service but just be fair and do a good job. This company was neither.
Is They'll send me a refund for the service call and they're friendly on the telephone
First replaced the hot water stem in December, 5 months later they said hard water built up was causing the same leak and the past (two months later) was that the renter tighten faucet to hard.
I was sent and signed by my renter, when I asked for receipts. They claimed to replace the water valve That I had my handyman replace and once I spoke that he maintained hard water build up

Round 4. Not happening.
Round 1. My effort to get them out was scheduled for involving 5-7pm. From 8:15pm that evening I had still not recieved a courtesy call that they would be late and of course no one had shown up. I talked to Alan and called the company. He promised to have his best guys come out and get us all fixed up for great thing and had been appologetic. I was satisfied with the customer support and agreed to make another appt.

Round 3. We are able to get another appt and hopefully finsh up this thing. NOPE! The man who had worked on our home sooner and was presumed to be at our home this morning decided to stop! Can I notified of this? No. Did the details regarding the rest of the project get relayed into the new plumber delegated? Hell no. Happily, I managed to answer the telephone when he called and could explain to him that he wasn't there to install a vanity and bathroom like he was apparently advised, yet to place faucets from the new vanity and fix the water pressure in the shower (which I had been told was a quick and easy fix by our preceding man with 20 yrs pipes experience). Well this man can place. After almost 3 weeks we now have taps, yay. Well, we are now told that not only was the work he simply did going to charge us 100$ more than initially quoted, but that the shower was infact not a simple fix and that it would run us yet another 265$, which we'd have to make another freaking appointment! I worked hard to get done what he could and do want to be aware that the new plumber who has been delegated was quite pleasant.
Round 2. The guys appear and work tough to reroute our pipes and allow us to get our new vanity installed. But after rerouting the pipes, I am advised that the boss is currently making them leave immediatley becasue they are overdue for one more job. They were obviously unable to finish the rest of the job that I told them since we went out of town the next day how important that was. Oh well, too bad is pretty much the mindset I had been given.

This will be a lengthy review, but I feel it's worth the time to read. To start with, I want to say that this review is not a refelction of the employees that are employed here's work ethic. I am giving this a maximum of 2 stars just bc of this work that I witnessed. On the other hand, the complete lack of professionalism and also ability has resulted in a dreadful and costly experience during the last few weeks.
The lack of communication from the owner of the company was appalling. We still can't use our master bathroom for the full ability of it following 3 weeks of appointments/cancelations and are out 850 $. I'll obviously go to finish off the remaining portion of the work. My experience was FAR from this, although I had really substantial hopes after seeing these great reviews from customers. I am livid at how this whole process has gone, although I am not one to write bad reviews, this could infact be my first.

We called our water heater, which we thought leaked to be replaced by Ridgeway Plumbing. Alan sat for the better part of 30 minutes on the telephone with us, helping us determine what we could do to stem the leaking before he could send somebody out to fix it. Some further investigation on our end lead to the discovery of the issue, which had been a concealed hidden pipe behind a few drywall, which made it look as though the water heater was leaking.

Alan was called by us ago and he walked us through everything to do to fix the issue, told us exactly the type of gear we'd need and even sent us a picture of it. The issue is fixed now, no more leaks! Alan is a class action, thorough and very knowledgeable. He did not charge us a dime his advise for all. His quotation to get a water heater came in under 2 big box store estimates. I would recommend Ridgeway Pluming to anyone who asks for a plumbing referral.

2. They might be replacing sewer and water lines not-to-code and without inspections.
I took the afternoon off from work to be at home for them and they showed up with three trucks and a digging tractor. They talked amongst themselves for nearly an hour and then explained they were backing from the job because they didn't understand they needed to find an inspection and getting a review"entirely changes things" and could make the work nearly double the price.
1. They try to charge twice or might back from the job.
Hearing this by the pioneer that is onsite was shocking. I suspect it's baloney and the real explanation is that they believed they underbid at work and needed an excuse to back out. They simply happened to come up with a justification which made them look like novices, but made them look like an illegally-operating sham of a plumbing firm. Bravo.
WHAT?! Why would a plumbing firm that is respectable think they could replace my home's key sewer and water lines without having their work inspected by the local jurisdiction?! That is just one the most basic, basic requirements of the line of work and it's a surprise to them

I have used this company two times now and have been very impressed. They seem educated about the problems and immediately ask me inquiries that are comprehensive, While I call them on the phone. They are quick to react and have appointments available immediately. The service is excellent and they actually know what they're doing. I would strongly recommend them.
