AMAZING! 4 plumbing companies stated without doubt there was a completely new fixture needed, chopping through tiling and also at least $900, and of course retiling and the cartridge within my older Kohler one-handle faucet was unavailable! Brad out of Pell came out (ancient, no less), instantly took the fixture aside (None of those other guys did this) and said he can get a capsule, no problem. Then, he assessed the whole system, by the hot water heater up and found a leaking pipe (no query ) I didn't know about. All told, replaced the leaking pipe, fixed the bathtub (ideal temperature) for under $600! Saved me a chance. He had been a REAL plumber. Very impressive.
We had a gas flow Saturday. Gas firm came and switched off the gas and found a couple of leaks (A squirrel ate through the pipe into our gas grill). Pell was called by us and informed him we were fine for the night and Jeff came out Sunday morning and fixed it right away. He does a great job!
Had our drain system back up on a Sunday afternoon. Within 5 minutes we were called by Jeff back and called and said he might be at our home. Was extremely professional and thorough. Was very pleased and will advise them.
