Prompt, Efficient, Professional & Courteous I Can't say more about Matthew. He was on time, he fixed another one I asked him to consider without hesitation, and solved my own problem. The bill was a LOT less than I had anticipated. I ask for Matthew for all my future plumbling work and will call Waialae Plumbing again.

Service was just pricey with non quality.very disappointed.
After he left, I discovered one flange bolts weren't tightened and coated with caulking to secured the bolt cap.
I told him he noticed the caps Weren't secured and I do not want the caulk on and over the bolt to secure the cap
He also whined to tank bolt nuts that were tightened.
I regret they were chosen by me. The plumber was nice as a person however less a business enterprise. Took so much time to substitute the bathroom, total 4hrs however, the plumber was outside for over a half and 1hr.
Pipes sent the plumber to test.
He said he'd push on the bathroom to fasten he ended up doing nothing.
I hope this bathroom won't leak to other units.
Instead of cutting the bolts, 2other bolts caulked to secured the bolts cap. If I want to remove the bathroom later on, it will be hard to remove the bolts that are caulking on and over the bolts before it dried so I removed the caulk.
Plumber said it is ok if there are no leak, that the bolts weren't tightened.
He said he'd cut against the bolt. I thought he could have done it earlier but not today. So his service was denied by me, I did not need any problem.
Pipes was chosen by me based on inspection and my experience.

This is the best service firm on Oahu. We have wanted Wailalae Plumbing &Waialae Electric so many times and they've never failed us. They are not scared to tackle complicated tasks yet they'll also come for the simplest problem. Their answer is outstanding and their job is exceptional. None of them were prepared to put in although recently we found that businesses on the island were happy to sell us an downdraft for our stove. 1 telephone to Waialae and issue solved. John came himself out to evaluate and made it happen. We'd never use anyone else.

Got an immediate response and Kim knew the ideal questions to ask to make sure somebody who was well ready for the job that had to be done was mailed by her. The job was done - no mess to clean. Before invoicing item reviewed the costs item so I understood what I paid for. It's so I can not comment on whether their prices are competitive, the plumbing job I've had done from the condo, but their efficiency and prompt answer is worth a lot to me. (I contacted Waialae once I spoke with another plumbing firm 7 separate times and they NEVER got back to me I constantly needed to contact them. I'm STILL waiting for them to call me to set an appt - 3 weeks after initial contact. This is why I was so impressed that Waialae responded immediately!)

Since I had a leak in a wall behind our shower stall I called Waialae Plumbing. They were able to schedule an inspection the following day that is very. The plumber that they sent, explained the repair, and Blake, came on time determined the leak's origin. Very fair and professional. Five star service!

Waialae Plumbing is excessively expensive! There are other businesses which offer services than Waialae. I used them two for one time that my shower head and tasks went missing and they refused to reimburse me for the loss. After this experience I refuse to use their services.

We had a while back to a leak in our device and known as Waialae Plumbing. Our property manager did, although Really we didn't predict. Was very nice, but didn't come at the time that was told to us. In the end it was ok, although he also took quite long.

Kim is always pleasant and useful to work with and generally answers the phone. If you will need job very staff quotes or more information. Their hourly labour charge seemed a bit high but I figure its average cost in the industry....and you receive quality work together!
The men at Waialae did all their job in 1 day there are no more escapes, the hot/cold functions as it should and also the washing machine hoses are attached to a brand to guarantee the connections. The next time they arrived they wired the garbage disposal properly and because they do structure, we had them install a light switch and operate conduit (because of concrete walls).
We just moved into a condominium and Waialae is your famous plumbing firm for the building. They work on the frequent area piping jobs for the building so we figured we would use them. The home inspection found a lot of problems.... Leaking sinks, the hot/cold in the shower was reversed, so the water lines to your washing machine weren't properly installed in the laundry room and may lead to some different problems, along with a leak. The garbage disposal wasn't working and the wiring was exposed and dangerous.

I have always received excellent service from the people at Waialae. Whether it had been for the apartment renovation that is complete I undertook back in 2008 or more recently fixing a kitchen faucet which I thought I would need to replace! Many thanks go to the people in people and the office out in area for all your work.

Their company's plumbing side is excellent. They know their stuff. However I was pleasantly surprised by their construction side.
They do quality work, although they are not the cheapest. For me that things the most.
We had custom construction work completed on a cupboard and cupboard. The employees are pros of the best quality. Drew who built our cupboard is an old school master in his job and carpentry was precise and finished perfectly.

Had water heater installed by Waialae Plumbing. .6 stars. I notice water drained all evening, well now. Called 7:15 Talked to Kim. . Keith did a stress test and found that my house RPV (relief pressure valve) no good, and was the possible source of water leaking from your heater valve during nighttime....to much strain. From shifting my heater this is a whole separate problem, it's likely what caused it to flow in the first location. The point is, I got great service. Mahalo

I've always gotten good service. Most recently, Bill arrived to resolve. He very patiently explained what needed to be done.

Helped avert what could have been a tragedy and not only did they replace corroded pipe, they had the entire thing done in under 4 hours. On time and on budget. Thanks guys.

To start with, I don't know much about pipes and how to correct the difficulties. . .except it should not be leaking. When we predicted Waialae Plumbing we were able to find an appointment fairly quick (within another 1 or two days). They fixed and what appears to be working as it should. We will certainly call them next time there's sink/tub that is clogged or a leak. They are extremely familiar with the condo I live in too so that is a large plus.

Outside of what I am able to do on my own, we contract together for our plumbing needs. They're always friendly on the phone when creating appointments. I strongly suggest them.
At times when they spot somethjng which may need attention that might be costly later they let me understand what needs to be done. I dont see this as trying to get work out of you but view it as maintenance and their expert opinion is appreciated by me.
I lately had them come out and eliminate and replace the hot and cold shower stalks for our rental units and prior to that, remove and replace all faucet fittings and snake the shower drain and the main washout line. All work was done professionally.

I needed to have my own hot water tank as I had a flow, replaced desperately. Waialae Plumbing was one of those companies I called. In the end due to elements that are certain, Waialae Plumbing was not used by me however I feel they deserve a shout out. I called them after hours and their following hours scheduler took my phone and was exceptionally accommodating and very helpful. And she assured me that they would be able to assist me with my hot water tank. Not just their after hours plumber called me to reassure me that they would assist me and just to check in with me personally. They offered to come that evening because the flow was slow, but I declined and I felt I could make it. According to their excellent customer support I would not be afraid to call them.

They repaired a leak we and helped us from a situation that could have turned into a disaster but rather the knowledgeable and nice plumber by the name of Bill discovered the tenant did not even know existed. Kudos and mahalos for a work well done.
