These men had a reasonable quote, communicated well, showed up, and worked hard when they were supposed to. What more can you ask for?

For installing a water sub meter, do not use him. He is a plumber that is fantastic, but wants to price gouge you for installment. For a water meter and a backflow preventer the bill on phone was lowered not including all components when I told him I was an engineer.
He said Hawai'i Would like to make it difficult to save money for Submeter charge, but That Doesn't mean he's to price gouge (even thou if there is some of that going on)
He then said I Would Need to rush and draw up the licenses he would signal and the town would inspect to elude that a few visits additional price ( seems fair: cover for Additional time, but not 2k-5k) for yes an easy install of a meter along with back flow preventer
How about just charging me labour time, and components. Days that are honest work for day cover.

I never got to meet Mac but want to thank him seeing us. Professional company, our specialist who came made the purpose to show what was wrong, and how he was planning to fix it. Very affordable, fast and knowledgeable! Thanks Mac and Yelp to get a fast fix for our leak!

So impressed with Mac's Plumbing. I waited until just about every plumbing fixture in my home needed repair. Dave took a look at all my fixtures and suggested I phone Delta for parts replacements due to Delta's life-time warranty (I'd no idea such a thing existed and had been ready to purchase new parts!) . Sharing this piece of info saved me a $hit-ton of cash since I was able to get a bunch of fixtures and replacement parts at no cost. And this first trip by Mac's was totally free! Once all the parts were sent (took about 1 week), I predicted Mac's again and now Mike came out to do the job. He did a fantastic job. Replaced my sink faucet, replaced the shower head and cartridge, replaced my additional shower cartridge, repaired the running toilet, replaced my kitchen sink review AND conducted to the store for add'l parts within 3.5 hours. So impressed with the amazing support, professionalism, and rates that are honest. Mac's Plumbing is going to be my go-to plumber from today on.

I can truly say that Dave (who owns Mac's Plumbing) lives up to all of the fantastic reviews. We got an estimate on the phone, then Dave confirmed the estimates and came down to assess what hardware was required prior to the installation. Came before and after, although he attracted someone else to put in the water heater to inspect everything. He also was very beneficial and gave us some tips about how to fix another problem with the pipes that we had been using (and it worked)!
The last thing we needed was that our water heater so to looking on the internet for a plumber there was a growing puddle on the ground and when I walked into the laundry room we started.
As much as I like Yelp, when I saw all of the five star reviews made me a bit skeptical about calling Mac's Plumbing. I mean, who receives that reviews? We ended up calling a few different companies, so we ended up moving together but Mac's was the most responsive and professional.
Mac's does big and small jobs, and if I need plumbing work done he'll be the very first one I call. They're extremely trustworthy and professional, as another Yelper stated.

I have had Dave and Mike help us with a couple different plumbing issues and lately had them setup a dishwasher installation that is new for us. These men are wonderful, although Dealing with contractors and individuals in building in general can be bothersome. They show up on time, do a good job, and a work environment is maintained by them. I have been pleased every time we've hired them. Plus they honor the prices they quote you.

I appreciated the response rate that was reasonable and time. They completed the job in about 2 hours though my bathroom had been installed by the builder and diagnosed the issue. They showed me every step of the process so I knew what work was needed. They cleaned up really well. Thank you.

Waited a week to get a bid and when it was got by me , it avoided any liability for the roof penetration. When I emailed back to have that corrected, I was advised that they obtained the next job last night and no more could match me in the program... This is a $3,500 job, not a drain clean. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend.

Earlier this season I predicted as one of our bathrooms was running (we have 3) and I thought I remembered that you having been mended by this company earlier. After the toilet was assessed by the technician he told me that our toilet had not been repaired by them before. I'd used there services and was joyful. I believed they were very reasonable. Toilet got fixed quickly and I was charged. The invoice was HUGE. I could not believe I had given the go ahead without getting an estimate. I assumed (never do that again) it would be a quick and easy fix (compared to other work that has been done) at a reasonable price. I am not a plumber, but I would have done this myself. I send the payment in full with a notice was fair. A few days later I got my check back with a note stating that I must decide what I believed the job was worth. I subtracted a 1/2 hour in the 90 minute fee (he was just there for about half an hour ) and send the new check with my notion of what was"fair." They have to make a living, although it was more than I expected to cover. A few months later the toilet started leaking. Was my son understood or I understood and I could not find any advice on YouTube to follow along and fix. I emailed Max Plumbing on the site stating there was a issue and I identified myself as the one who corrected my payment a few months ago and I didn't know whether they wanted to conduct business with me... Well, I never heard anything from them and the toilet leaked and got worse as time passed. I bought a set up to replace the set up that has been in there yesterday. It took me hours replace up the set and to removed they had placed in. I can see the flapper and substitute as/if needed. Soooo the flow is fixed and I am currently a licensed plumber (in my eyes). I will not use this organization and wish people who do the very best. Thank you.

I'm dealing with David seeing a mistake among the plumbers made at my property. I hope it could be resolved equitably. . .will upgrade whenever possible. I hope to be able to rate them when solved.

I would recommend this company. I had a pipe when flushing the toilet when I called them, they came out. The service was quick and price was fair. I would use this company again.

Eight months following a significant bathroom remodel, and tens of thousands of dollars, everything backed up to the shower, no bathroom. Called at 1:30; called to inform us that they could not endure for TWO days for emergency help. Called Greekz Plumbing, who offered to come by following their project TODAY. I said tomorrow morning would be swell. You do not always get exactly what you pay for.

Needed a toilet replaced called them got guidance on procuring the toilet the next moment, and it was also installed by them. Very responsive, courteous, professional. Payment was simple and quick. Not to mention they did this while I was out of town.

His professional team and david, Mike, are plumbers that are effective and educated.
They could come the same morning when we had an emergency water heater leak.

Mac's Plumbing installed a sub-meter for us that we can save money on the water bill. This way we don't need to pay Hawaii sewer fees on our irrigation . Mac's Plumbing went out of their way to get all the paper work for us (several allow versions required by the City). Mac was really nice, did a great job and showed up on schedule!
I must say and I have tried other local plumbing firms, Mac's is undoubtedly the best!

Responsive, quite conducive to listening to the problem, did a job, and was reasonably priced! I left a message and called Dave at about 9AM, he called me back in 30 mins, we place a time for 1230, and his worker, Mike, showed up at 1230. The job was little (a leaking refrigerator line for ice). Mike surveyed the problem, fixed it about a 1.5 hours (needed to go get the ideal size copper tubing at the hardware store), and upon departing, guaranteed the job and also to call if there were any issues. That job would have taken me the whole weekend to perform, and it'd still be leaking.

David and his crew were amazing! I would certainly recommend his services to any Ohana searching for a plumber. They arrived within one hour of phoning and explained what was wrong in addition to the practice of fixing the broken part weighing out the pros and cons of the circumstance. This business receives five stars around. His team and david are considerate, effective, and they are aware of what they're doing. They took care of a busted pipe in front yard professionally and quickly. Later that evening, a chance talk with David about several tiles onto the kitchen floor turned into a disaster averted. There was a water flow under our floor and we didn't know it. (The place had been getting bigger over ). This could have been a nightmare fix job, but David knew we would be saved money and time by a reroute of the hot water pipes. We are relieved and thankful that we found Mac's Plumbing . Mike and dave were very beneficial.
