Contrary to the reviews I had an encounter with YAMAZ. My phone was discharged through American Home Sheild due to the continuous re-scheduling with a different plumber. Immediately Sheild YAMAZ was discharged. In less than five minutes he had predicted and was in my house in less than 30 minutes. My shower that was leaky was fixed by him. I have the utmost regard for the plumber he is very professional and determined. Being that American Home Sheild Call Center is in the Philippines today To help bridge the gap I'd follow up with American Home Sheild before contacting the plumber yourself. At the end of the day it. The plumber is being told what to do by American Home Sheild.

Enjoy Yamaz!We utilize AHS that's the way we found Yamaz but if we didn't have AHS I use them. They are responsive, show up on time, friendly and get the job done quickly. I've been very happy with all the plumbers they've sent out and we have 3 properties (rentals) that tend to have a lot of issues. We like them so much that it doesn't get led automatically to Yamaz and if we put in an AHS request I phone and inquire AHS it to them.

My toilet was fixed by tad in record rate. He came to my house several times and he's been fair and professional.

Really surprised about the negative reviews. I have been assigned Tad times through AHS and each time he has been great. When he said he was coming, called me away, scheduled away, came. When there was something himself couldn't be fixed by him, he kicked back the claim to AHS. Very professional and courteous. We hired him out of AHS to substitute a water pressure regulator which no longer worked. Thanks Tad:)

WARNING: CALL A DIFFERENT PLUMBER! Like the rest of the people here, has been dispatched for AHS. He arrived and maintained he replaced everything as directed. Did now and not won't return my calls or texts.

This man claimed as it was from the pipes 16, the leak came from somewhere. I used him thru AHS and similar to everybody else here, he sucked ass. Super idle, you'll understand what I'm talking about when you see him.

I have AHS too and I called AHS to schedule all of my plumbing needs...I phoned Tad right off - and called him again to program - tip for you AHS subscribers, call the vendor right away and continue to call before you get a live person to reply! Tad came the following day and fixed all of it efficiently!

Absolutely terrible. He came into my house the first time and did not bring the components he had so told me to call him to reschedule. I called again to reschedule and he was a show.
Find someone else to do your plumbing. This man is terrible. It's a wonder he is still open with business practices such as that.

Tad was In and outside. . .problem mended!! Appreciate the promptness and professionalism!!

Tad did everything I had expected him to do and was on time. No complaints , just recommending him to do the job.

Once you receive the text message phone Yamaz Plumbing right away. Tad came over and mended my toilets. He was efficient and knew just what to do. Mahalo Tad!

Beware this company is irresponsible. Appointment with customer then doesn't show. Called a few times, doesn't answer. Defense policy ask for a different contractor, For those who have American home. I believe not showing it had been a blessing in disguise. Look @ the other reviews there is surely a trend of poor business practices. American home shield should do a better job of screening their builders, especially to support their customers and being dependable in servicing their customers. Save yourself the anguish and telephone another plumber.

I would recommend YAMAZ. Had I not used them, I would have coughed up an extra $500.
We were referred through our house warranty to get a garbage disposal and toilet leak to Yamaz.
I'm not certain what his title was, however, he was really fast! I was quite impressed! We were for 3 weeks, which took only 10 minutes for him to fix without our downstairs toilet. It took a second 15 minutes to him to substitute our garbage disposal. He said the previous tenant did a shotty job installing the disposal there were wires hanging out and had we used it, I'd have had a new hair.
We were somewhat reluctant at first, thinking maybe we can use that commission to purchase a new toilet. We attempted to DIY it , purchasing the toilet repair kits but it was leaking. I didn't know where to begin with purchasing a new toliet and with no assistance from Lowes and Home Depot, I decided to place a job order. Yamaz was fast to come from the day and called.

They have done two tasks for my customers via American Home Shield. They have been immediately paid but never provide. I shall upgrade when I get my invoices.

Terrible job. Don't come back to correct plumbing. Changed toilet with ring that was fresh but still leaking. Don't return telephone. Took my money and issues not solved.

. A very short while ago AHS informed Yamaz would be calling us.... Waited. . .Nothing .... We then called.... Was advised they were arriving....no series... We followed up with more phone calls... Nothing. . $&@!?

Awesome! We were referred by american Home Shield home insurance if our water heatern't put out hot water. Talked to one of the workers on the phone and he told me that he did not need to waste my money ($75) for something he thought would be a simple fix. Told me to push the reset button and that is the problem, if I hear it click. It was!!!!! So brilliant. He wished me a Merry Christmas and that was , but for certain if we have any other plumbing requirements, we'll definitely be calling them!!!

Like many with a AHS guarantee, YAMAZ plumbing was delegated to fix/replace my liking garbage disposal unit. I was contacted by tad the morning after I submitted work request and managed to come back out the following morning. 20 minutes in and out replacement occupation. Tad courteous and was very professional. Glad I've got the AHS guarantee, I paid the service fee of $100. I would recommend YAMAZ plumbing and also a AHS guarantee.

Tad was excellent! I actually had my expertise to work through AHS together with him. I put in a petition at night via the internet, and the following morning I received a call to put up an appointment. He was able to come out. He was very considerate and extremely professional!
He replaced valves in our bathroom in less than 30 minutes and fixed our bathtub!

The issue didn't get repaired because Tad the proprietor told my husband that that service doesn't be covered by our guarantee and lent him $120 when he wanted to fix it. . .Screw that! My husband ended up looking how to Repair it and Purchased the components at Lowes for $30 and was able to repair the leak himself
The reason we even had an appointment with Yamaz was because of our home owners warranty listed this business. $75 service charge paid for only 1 of two escapes wtf?! . I followed up to confirm with the plumber addressing what had to be done and had called, it was clear that I mentioned the bathroom sink had a leak and the water that is hot.
Nothing but time and money wasted from Yamaz! Never again!
Monday thru Friday only operates for my job schedule but our property manager was nice enough to get the keys and allow the plumber in.
