As a homeowner, it feels great to know I've found a firm that states exactly what they so is reliable, does exactly what they say, and mean.
We had to perform a hydro-jetting to our own sewer lines and called about ten companies. We called, just Rocket clarified different scenarios, different price scenarios, and the practice. I had a comprehensive understanding of what would happen scenarios, and next actions, before they came out to my house.
I am very impressed with Rocket Plumbing. From the first call, where my queries were answered, to the service-- everybody I struck or talked to was great.

So then Brian said fix the buildings back pitched sink line, open the ceiling and we needed to visit my basement. His quotation for this particular job was rather high but seeing he knew where the difficulty was and how great a job he had done with everything else, I chose to go with him. He said it would take two of the men 8 hours to complete the job. The men arrived for the task, it took them 5.5 hours and he adjusted down the quote for me based on the truth that it took them less.
I had an issue with my kitchen sink backing up with meals that was not from my unit. I stick out it and had one plumbing company come in and they left and quit when it did not work nicely. We never heard from them.
A couple of days sink beginning so I phoned Brian back backing up again. He found it strange so that he suggested that we camera the lineup to find out what went on. Brian does not own the camera gear how much he would charge for labor and so he was very honest with me about how far it was going to cost the gear to be rented by him. He came in a couple of days afterwards, video captured the lineup and he found what the problem was, the construction sink line was thrown so everything from the units above me was coming back down, hitting the back pitch and them coming back up in my kitchen sink. Brian sent that the recorded video and everything that was quite cool to me.
I phoned Rocket Plumbing and additionally they rodded my sink out. That initially worked but the kitchen sink beginning backing up a couple of days. I phoned Brian (the proprietor ) and he stated that maybe the rodding did not work too well and we needed to hydro jet on the sink line. I phoned a couple of other companies to compare the quotation for the hydro jetting of Brian so I chose to go back to him for the job, and he was at the ballpark with the others. Brian and his nephew were fantastic!
Needless to say, the issue is now totally gone and we are extremely pleased to not have to take care of it. Brian is an excellent professional and I text for other things. Thanks again Brian!

They easily priced and were quick really professional. Could not ask for more than that! ... Oh you can! They allow me to cover credit card! Love those guys!

My husband and I used Rocket Plumbing for an issue we were having with our shower. The tech was super useful attempting to point us. We had a few communication issues with the maker but after a couple of trips Rocket Plumbing was able to fix our problem at a price. I'd definitely use them again.

Rocket Plumbing is a superb business. They're honest, respectful and friendly. They were there promptly and I had a pipe freeze and evaluated that the situation. They were clean and organized. I contacted Rocket prior to making this review. After talking with an employee and a dispatcher, the proprietor did not contact me before close of business that day (I had been told he was on a job).
The final time out they informed me I probably had to replace a pipe between two units in our building. They pulled out the toilet (so it couldn't be used) then did not follow up since they promised . After waiting for 2 weeks (it had been a guest toilet ), I called another plumber who fixed the issue in under an hour. It was a straight forward fix.
My condo association has used Rocket Plumbing previously with results that were mediocre. Not especially responsive, however, they got the job.
Beware, some people at Rocket may be fine, but it seems like some of the employees aren't above making up work to overcharge their customers.

This is probably to he the company's interest. Quotation was estimated but he is busy or don't need to send me an estimate for my condo After calling 3 times leaving my email for a quote of replacing a pipe leaking the Business plumber did not call back to inform. There is also another point: the water heater has a flow from the pipe conduit with petrol and that I was asked to call a different firm t although there are plumbing connected to the water heater
Who does HVAC. Do I have to chase business to be given by you? I'm unsure how communications are being treated. Whenever I have been promised to get a call back and after a month I do not own a quote I suppose you are not respectful to customers and not keen to give company citizenship to you. That is not good quality of work ethics. I'm not Pleased to pursue a quote

Found myself at a tiny pickle. We have a fantastic neighborhood bar, that is also a destination for folks. I got a call from a member of my support staff telling me the principal men's room urinal wasn't draining properly and overflowing onto the ground. It was a busy night, but we had no choice but. I analyzed that the urinal to see if I could repeat the issue As soon as I came into the bar early Saturday morning. Sure enough, as expected, the item filled up and would not drain. I have done a fast Yelp hunt and discovered Rocket Plumbing. The reviews they had under their belt already, coupled with the reality they were incredibly close to us , told me I discovered a fantastic company. I called them and told them what happened and that I was advised that there was an opening in their program in about 12:30, however they would stop by before that if they finished the occupation early. A few guys showed up around an hour or so before they thought they would be able to initially, but when you're concerned about your patrons not having the complete service amenities we normally have, you're extremely eager to find that the expert plumbers arrive to rescue the enterprise. And that's exactly what they did! These guys were fantastic! They assessed that the matter, explained to me what needed to be done, and fixed it! I was impressed with each aspect of this experience. They came out on a rainy Saturday, quicker than I repaired it entirely might have hoped , and left the distance as blank or cleaner as it was when they came. They also tested it a few times to make sure it wasn't likely to revert to not functioning once they left. The clincher for me was that they also analyzed the sink AND the toilet (which seemed fine to me ) just to make sure EVERYTHING was functioning correctly! I'd say they not only exceed all of my expectations, but they went above and beyond for us! The part that I didn't even mention yet was that the price. I had convinced myself this was likely to cost a little fortune given the fact that they came out on a Saturday in the last moment for an emergency call. But much to my surprise, that the invoice was reasonable and less costly than I envisioned. Ladies and gents, we've discovered our plumber!! Thank you Rocket Plumbing!!

I've used Rocket Plumbing for multiple jobs through the years, from something as little as a leak on an old school"tankless" bathroom to replacing a sewage ejector pit. They are always on time, professional, honest, and provide great pricing. I will ONLY telephone Rocket Plumbing for any pipes need I've!

After coming out on NYE for a quotation at my condo, Nick installed a new water heater in early January 2017.
Two months later (on NYE, of course)I discovered some water on the ground next to my own water heater along with my heart SANK. The plumber who did the uninstall/reinstall two month came out and said so the alternative is a brand new water heater he couldn't find the leak. Then Nick came and over 90 seconds found that all the way wasn't tightened - a fast turn of NO MORE LEAK and the spool!
My upstairs neighbor's water heater caused a lot of damage to my unit, which necessitated the building company the drywall behind would be replaced to remove my own water heater and HVAC and blew ; both were reinstalled without incident.

After I had a friend of a friends plumbing firm came to check out some. They wanted to start out my walls which went to cost a good deal. I decided to have another opinion and recalled Rocket Plumbing did work for me personally a couple of years back. Well that they fixed the problems and arrived that the firm could not. This business is wonderful. Came to repair a bathroom. Arrived within the designated window of time and got to work. Danny and were extremely professional and Jimmy helped me. In reality, they were fantastic! Told me something about a ring which had dislodged. Fixed it and completed. No problems whatsoever. I have other work that has to be done and I will definitely give them a call. Highly recommended.

I must also say that I have also had Danny outside on a few occasions for other difficulties we have had with our residence. He is also great and knowledgeable.
We had a bathroom backup that wound up morphing to and unplanned replacement of our sewer main. Nick and Matt moved into the house. Working tirelessly with 6 12-hour times in there, for 10 days. I really lost count.

I recommend Rocket Plumbing based in my experience today. I had messed up a piping behind my shower's wall if trying to remove the tub faucet, and Danny was able to fix the problem without tearing apart the wall and tiling surrounding the faucet.
Rocket was able to ship the men over inside one hour or two of when I had called though this wasn't an emergency situation. They obtained my problems taken care of to get a flat rate in just a couple hours.
