Wow, GREAT service, and Quick! We didn't have this moment to a flow, but they are in my own contacts to 21, when we do!
Had a emergency and Roxanne had Bob and Nick out within the hour. They have been courteous, professional, and didn't push on work that is unnecessary. Roxanne kept me updated across the way before Bob arrived.

I will add the scheduling is excellent on line and follow up. That's the reason why they have two stars rather than one for the behavior.
They are quick and efficient but maybe not the best pricing on the marketplace. My tenant said that the service guy was impolite and about attempting to replace a garbage disposer for that they charged me twice the industry rate in my own face.

Bob and checked out everything, Mike came out over two hours on Memorial Day weekend and found the escape! They were courteous, kind, friendly and respectful. The cost was $375 for an emergency call and to obtain is fair!
We woke up at 5:30am to a major escape in our bedroom. Called Captain Rooter at approximately 6:15am and couldn't have had a better experience! Every person we interacted with (forget the secretary's title ) to our technicians (Bob and Mike) were 110% amazing!
I would strongly recommend Captain Rooter, particularly Mike and Bob, to ANYONE who needs a plumber!

Messaged on yelp, known as and they came out over 8 hours. Easy to get and useful to problem solve . Highly recommended. Thank you for your help!

They were fantastic. The price was in line with quotes I had seen in the region. Men worked fixed it, left. Respectful and considerate, would suggest to anyone.

Jesse got his guys over precisely the day to clean the line. The line was cleared quickly and efficiently.
Power rodding hasn't been successful on my line.
My sewer line along the house necessary and was blocked hydro-jetting. It started to turn into a crisis.
Because my plumber kept blowing me off for over a week, I'd reached out to these guys. The Arctic freeze came and nobody worked outdoors. Every time I flushed a bathroom I feared the copy into the bathtub. My 15yo was restricted to 5 minute showers which was a wonder in itself.
Looks like I've new plumber that is regular. Thank you for the speedy reply and coming through for me.

Contacted them on Saturday Yelp and they had been out to wash out my sewer lines on Monday.
Any mess they left cleaned up. Well worth the telephone call and they honored

We had an ejector pump that failed. Jesse came out replaced the pump change. He was very professional and fast. The price was very reasonable. Would recommend.

Our plumber William did a wonderful job repairing our sink. We will surely hire them again for future projects, and recommend the services of this business.

This post is long overdue. I was a victim of the vortex. Back in Feb 2019, I call Captain Rooter & left a message late on Saturday. First thing Sunday morning, Roxanne called back me to fit me in on a exact same day appointment because she knew the urgency. David Ramos came to fix sink valves, & leaking pipes, bathtub. He predicted before coming to provide me an ETA that I thought was really courteous. He worked hours without a break until he was able to plug all the leaks. It was reassuring to have a expert onsite who knew precisely what he do. I truly appreciate David being sent by Captain Rooter during a period when many houses were struck with the freeze that is polar.

These men were AMAZING. Called at 11am on a Saturday and they had a guy out here by 230pm. He has been knowledgeable about my unit and immediately realised put the issue. These men are the entire package. They react quickly and have. Massive shout out to Ronnie who came out and assessed the situation in moments and gave some insight my builder was that was very well wanted. He explained how a few of my approaches worked for me since my contractor said a word. My builder never installed a drain kit. Ronnie, rooters, will probably be back to install these for me in a terrific cost. I won't ever call another plumber again. I will recommend these guys to anyone I know.

Thank you for getting the water back on and getting to my home. I recommend Captain Rooter to your plumbing needs.

Use a normal drain before calling this firm that is bad cleaning agency.
Fixed the problem Captain Rooter would not and for $225.00.
I called Willies Drain cleaners that correctly functioned the tree origin issue and pulled at clumps of roots from the drain.
Beware!! Not a good service. Because ZERO is not available I gave one star.
The $1500 upsale tried for jetting.
Borderline scam firm priced services not fixing customer's problems.

-Sincerely a obvious Girl
As a lady home owner that is new it frightening when something goes wrong at the middle of night. To my ease They were able spare the evening and my pipes and to come outside at 2am. The moment they walked in they knew exactly what had to be fixed and they did just that quick! Incredibly professional! Highly recommend them ! Thank Captain Rooter !

The previous tech who came out told me that he does not really work on bathrooms and could not answer my questions (and obviously could not solve my problems either). Why was when he does not work on bathrooms, he sent out to solve bathroom problems?
At this point I am out over $600, have the very same problems I initially called them around, and have no resolution.
(1) When I asked them how much they'd like to install new pumps, I had been told that someone in the company could phone me with the information. No one has called with this information. They said they'd email me. I haven't gotten it. (3) I wanted some assurance that if I did get fresh pumps and had them installed the problems would be solved. Said he would get with the tech in contact, figure out, and get back to me. Obviously I haven't heard from them on this issue.
That is three for three.
This company came out to mend two bathrooms that weren't flushing properly. At that moment, they supposedly replaced the valves . Once they left, one toilet started leaking and I had that problem is fixed by someone in my building. Since that moment, the exact same first problems have recurred. They told me I want pumps for both bathrooms, billed me dollars, and came out to repair the problems. They suggested I purchase the pumps and they'd replace them.

Our Condo Association been with Captain Rooter economically of wok, they are professional, fast and very detail and for we are happy with the work they did and grateful with the high quality.

I heard water leaking and proceeded to find that the coupling that had been set up by the plumber at the coat cupboard had appeared off. Captain Rooter was called by me and they came to take a look. Upon fixing the coupling they'd installed, the plumber noticed that a new section of pipe had been leaking in the garage. I needed to be somewhere, so I asked that they send somebody else out the next day, to correct this section. A plumber came out that time, and again I asked if there was something that could be done to prevent this and insulating material was suggested by him for warming wires as well as the pipe. Put in and I proceeded to purchase heating wires and pipe insulation.
When the plumber came, he took a look and said he needed to break into the ceiling of the coat cupboard as that is where he thought the pipe had burst. He quickly fixed it, found the part of burst pipe and did this. At this time he asked if I'd noticed any issue with water stress and I tell him I hadn't. He thought that was bizarre, but continued working. After turning the water back , they were going to depart, but I heard water running in the garage next to the coat cupboard. The door opened and there was water coming down in the garage ceiling. They continued to fix extra sections of pipe that burst, which ultimately stopped with the section of pipe that led into our living room. There were A few hours spent repairing the pipeduring which I inquired if there was and was told that perhaps letting the water drip would help. This made sense for me at the time.
My builder came out to estimate that the drywall work Following the water mitigation had been taken care of. arriving within 5 minutes he noticed that the pipe which had continued to burst was the pipe that had a valve that was distinct from the primary point that he closed off to prevent this from happening again, and led to a spigot out.
As I always want to provide a business with an opportunity I sent the above. They scheduled to have somebody come out to critique what had occurred and reacted. I stayed home from work to meet with them, and got a call the morning of the the individual wouldn't have the ability to make it, and a person would be with reschedule. Things come up, I understand. I reached back out the week, as I hadn't heard from anyone, and had been told that a voicemail had been abandoned for me to reschedule, although I didn't possess a voicemail that was missed. For reschedule another work day was suggested Now and I couldn't take off of work. I had been told that somebody would reach back out back to reschedule, and I heard from no one. I emailed again and this time got no response at all.
My frustration comes from the fact that neither plumber that came out realized that this was not the most important point to the house, so it didn't have to be fixed. Additionally, any extra issues could have been prevented simply by shutting off the valve for that pipe which only led to the spigot. Was able to identify and resolve the issue.
I feel swindled and taken good care of. Be cautious of using this business.

Besides being a little pricey for the amount of work, they did a fantastic job and were very responsive.
Among the few technicians to actually get back to me after a pipe burst post-Vortex. They could get out. I had already found the origin and had the main line. They immediately replaced the section of pipe that had burst and provided some advice.
It was the water line going to the spigot. It was so damn cold the line froze supporting the valve, although we had the valve shut off. They suggested plugging it in if it's going to be sub-zero because this is the time we have had that pipe break, wrap the pipe and getting some heating tape.

They communicated, and did a fantastic job! Quite responsive.
