Thomas came punctually, told me that the issue and the cost to fix it, went to buy the (slightly vague ) part, repaired the issue, cleaned up, and billed me precisely what he had quoted. Tom came and did our plumbing for master bath and a kitchen sink/disposal after a renovation. I won't ever use anyone besides Tom for plumbing fixes now. There are lots of choices available but Tom has been great! He is very knowledgeable and a joy to perform with.

I phoned Tom February 15th re: an problem with my bathroom downstairs, and immediately he diagnosed the issue. By Monday morning he had his employees out to my home to remediate the issue. Well, 3 months afterwards, the problem resurfaced and I reached back out to Tom. He showed up the next day himself, looked outside, and found that the sewer clean out--then identified the problem before I even made it. All I had to do was give access to electricity to him so that he could rod the wash out. In my surprise, he did not bill me. Always nice when the owner stands with their job and of a business has that personal touch. I will definitely utilize plumbing for my plumbing needs from now on

Tom was called by me in regards I was having with my bath tub. Once I'd texted him a few pictures of my pipes leak, tom managed to give a quote to me. To start with, I've a complex plumbing setup within my condominium (flood control installed in my bedroom floor) and had been having sewer smell AND hot water banging in my condo when I needed hot water. I'd at least 7 plumbers come and contacted over 15 via yelp. Tom was the ONLY man that can do a smoke test and also gave me a quote online! 2 didn't try to upsell me. He didn't inform me he knew something he didn't -- So far I got a brand new hot water heater from Splash which dealt with the hot water banging (he also was the sole plumber who recognized it as a water heater dilemma ) Next we're doing investigative work via Smoke to address and find my mysterious sewage smell issue. His prices are VERY fair and he takes the opportunity to spell out the issue so you know what is going on. I'm a real estate broker who does a slew of rentals so I run into all types of tradesmen.
