Edwin is an experienced plumber who is fees, patient and fine reasonably. He does not cut corners. In ensuring that each task was finished to my satisfaction, he took his time. He did not schedule a second job after me that demonstrates that he wished to give himself enough time.
I was pleased with his job. One thing that was remarkable about Edwin was that he developed an inexpensive solution for the clean-out. When fresh concrete was poured onto the walk to the house, the top of this clean-out became causing rain water to accumulate on top. Edwin supplied a less costly and creative option to resolve the issue. Instead of raising out the clean to ensure it is flush with the concrete, then he screwed a 6-inch round metal cover to keep outside the water. This alternative saved me a great deal of cash. Two plumbers and I consulted and they both suggested the clean-out be raised that would entail breaking up the concrete and digging about it.
I also enjoyed the fact that if he stepped in to my home, he had been prepared to put on booties. And before working on the bathtub, he covered the bathtub with tarp and was really careful whilst rodding out the drain.
I also enjoyed the fact he called to let me know he was running late due to traffic. When they ran late, some of those I've hired in the past would not bother notifying me. I had to call them instead to get an update.
Edwin will be my head and I'll urge him to my friends.
Edwin spent at least 4 hours to perform the following: 1) power rodded the bath tub drain; two ) insulated the flood management system outside the home; 3) power rodded the sewer into the road and outside the home; and 4) installed a clean-out cover along with brass plug for the outside clean-out. He was patient and methodical. He also took the time to answer my questions and explained the procedure.

Can you provide me a ballpark estimate of how much to install the dishwasher and some of the little plumbing?"
This was my opinion:
I messaged Edwin on Yelp asking to alter a valve and install a dishwasher. As soon as I spoke to him to schedule the appointment,'' he states that the $250 was to just alter the valve. Because I was quite clear I had valve and setup, he should be more specific with his answers.
"They came to install it, but they refused to do some work because they stated I've a 5/8 water line when it needs to be 3/8. They proposed putting a valve on. I read it can be carried out with reducers and adapters.
Hence my review.

I hired a dishwasher to be installed by them and fix the flusher. Both tasks were completed immediately and the service excellent. I'd definitely use them again.

Edwin was fast to come outside to provide a free estimate. He was fast to get the business. Everything went as expected. Happy with the work. Job consisted of replacing the faucet & chief shutoff. Added a shutoff.

We experienced then and some basement toliet issues a bit of water backing up as well in the basement. We known as Edwin and he made it before noon the identical day to our house. It ends up the catch basin was full and he immediately captured outside the tree roots. Edwin was polite and a good communicator. He advocated having the catch basin serviced once a year to stay flooding free. I'd call him again because he answers your questions and is calm. Tree roots are not your catch basins friend.

I had a clog which affected the kitchen sinks. After calling one plumbling firm I had been advised to get Chicagoland Quality Plumbing and to ask for Edwin. Edwin arrived with his Albert and they started troubleshooting the problem that they could determine that there was a clog out of the pipe which affected both floor flats. They rotted the pipes which was very difficult. They eventually used an air suction process which worked. Both these gentlemen were professional and very dedicated and were decided to resolve this clog which we'd. The cost for the service was honest and I would certainly use them.

Edwin has helped my husband and I and we won't go anywhere else for our plumbing help. He has exceeded expectations, doing extremely large quality work. Plus he is so kind and honest with us about our job accessible. We would recommend him to anybody!

Wow! Worked with Edwin and George. Morning had a water heater on Saturday. George the plumber was educational, friendly, and efficient. They would be strongly recommended by me and that I personally will be using them.

They tested the pipes by filling the sink with water and then draining it. They repeated this test a few times to be sure the problem has been solved. They also took care to clean up after their work has been completed.

Edwin Flores and his group are wonderful. You get a fast reply, they appear on-time, and do great work at a price that is fair. They showed me what explained what they were going to do, also needed fixing.

I called at 8:30am. Within 10 minutes, I got a text using an image of that they sent and letting me know he had been on his way. Within 45 minutes of my call, Gerardo came to the home. He was very nice and explained everything to me. Pricing was great. Such fast, friendly service. Highly suggested!

Oscar and diego came out to our home, right now for our 9:00 appointment. We're old, and we wanted (and needed) two new bathrooms. Edwin having his team come out, deliver, and set up and handled the pickup and did the ordering. As we could not have handled the delivery, ourselves, we are so happy with everything. Diego and Oscar (both of whom we'd worked with earlier ), were only the very best. And they rodded the shower out, getting a great deal of hair and gunk . Thank you all so very much, we are very happy with everything! As well Along with the pricing was great.

I would recommend this company. They will be used by me for all of my plumbing needs. The rates are incredibly reasonable, especially in comparison to other plumbing businesses, and the plumbers are very respectful and knowledgeable.
He came back two weeks later with an additional plumber to replace the water heaters. They could remove the heaters and make the new without leaks, dirt or any harm from the heaters and covered my flooring. The water heaters were somewhat shorter and fatter. Edwin was respectful and professional the entire time and worked for eight hours. I know the job took much more than he anticipated, but he said he'd honor his quotation. We agreed on a price that was extremely reasonable for the amount of work that had to be achieved and I'd offer to pay more and I'm sure still did not cover his time.
This was. I didn't have any hot water, so I phoned Chicagoland Plumbing. Edwin happened to be near me, so he came to check out the issue within half an hour. My 2 50 gallon water heaters were 15 years old and it was clear they had to be replaced. He'd get one functioning and relit, but the other had rust that is too much and wouldn't light, but I had some hot water. He gave me a estimate including version numbers so that I could check prices online.

We had a slight leak on Saturday and that I called three businesses. One never returned my phone, one called now (Monday) at 12:30, but Chicagoland Plumbing telephoned me IMMEDIATELY on Saturday and put up an appointment for now. Edwin sent an email to confirm our appointment and to send a photo and name of the worker that came to our property and known as. Gerardo also did a job that is quick and effective, and was fantastic. I asked him to shoot photos to get me an estimate on a occupation. Thank you !!

Having had the team in Chicagoland Quality Plumbing out on three jobs in the past year (two medium sized and the third, a major multi-bathroom job ) all I can say is they go above and beyond to ensure the best quality of work. From begin to finish, they communicative have been professional and had outstanding follow-through. I would strongly recommend them (and have!) They're the only and first call I'll make later on.

I've used Chicagoland Quality Plumbing about 4 times because I moved in to my property. Theyexplained the issue to me, 've always come out promptly , and completed the job. They've fixed fixed drain problems, my shower head, and allow me to resolve water pressure problems. They're professional, the prices are fair, and I've been pleased. I plan to keep using them and urge them to anyone searching for a plumber.

I have never worked with such a company that was dreadful before! Which is a lot to say because I've rehabbed 2 homes top to bottom. I had them come out to fix a kitchen sink and it does not work. He verbally attacked me, and I asked him to come look at it one more time and refused to back his work. I would never use this company again and I don't think anyone else should either.

They ran late, but Edwin called me to let me understand - and actually, they had been on time. Eli and carlos were quite professional and courteous. There was some mix up on the final price, but Carlos known as Edwin and Edwin honored the price he quoted to me on the phone.
