Niv is punctual with his time. I called him because of sewer odor that was lingering. He explained all probable problems and gave me choices to try to the worst case scenario from the simplest fix. In the long run it was pretty easy repair and he gave us advice for maintenance. He also replaced one toilet for us. Pleasant to use.
Was hard to find someone to come out on a Sunday night, but Niv was responsive to our sewer issues. Suggestions for the long run well operates at a professional manner and thorough everything he did. Would definitely use him again!
Niv came highly recommended. We called on a Friday afternoon due to some drainage problems, and he had been here that weekend (on Easter Sunday no less). He was very knowledgable and upfront regarding what we needed and what the prices would be (which were really fair compared to what we had been expecting given our expertise with different plumbers). He'd a camera review of our main point, and discovered and fixed the problem quickly (enormous roots coming to the lineup ). We were really impressed. Would definitely use them again!
