Everything didn't go but I am in the construction business, and I know that nothing ever goes as planned. You're a fool if you think it does. Dimitri was not able to discover the epoxy that is suitable although he did try his best to set in the anchors. The thing that struck me, was that collect the money and he was honest, and didn't do a half assed job to get out from there. He recommended I talk to a granite countertop to find the anchors. We did.
Fantastic attitude, honest from the get go, and maintained the area of work pristine. . .hopefully not in the near future though.
The next day, Dimitri made it into our house despite a schedule that was full to hook disposal and up the pipes back up. They ended up charging less than half what was originally quoted.
So...I tripped over my dog, also broke my fall with my under mount sink...I might have been making breakfast sandwiches after a few cocktails late at night. As he's 120 lbs, I know you are wondering, the puppy is nice. And hungry. Anyhow, I broke a coupe pipes under the sink.
Day dimitri revealed up, also quoted a price I thought was a bit high, but he was there on a Sunday at 4pm. So we went forward with the job.
Get estimates!! The fair plumber pricing was fairly unfair- was quoted $550 for replacement of 2 outdoor backyard faucets (materials is significantly less than $50, 1 hr of labour ), which was double Thumbtack! $500/hr labor rate is charging! I didn't ask for a bypass- that is easy plumbing! Do your due diligence before using them- they are off my listing. Rename your company to The Quite Expensive Plumbers.
You have record keeping as well, in reply to the comment of owner, not only you are expensive. If you do not like your dentist's charges, you do not have to commence therapy, after getting your quote, like I did not use your company. If you believe your quote was wrong, you ought to look your worker is quoting something different than what you actually get.
Their business phone line and oh does not accept voicemail, therefore that I could leave a message.
Plumber came with none of the components, even though dispatch knowing precisely the range of work (garbage disposal setup ). Then, despite needing to leave to get the parts/tools and appearing over the current plumbing, he didn't notice until two hours in the dishwasher hose would not fit the disposal. Then he proceeded to stare blankly, failing to provide any solution, as if I had been the plumber within this relationship. Despite telling us he would attach the power cord to the apparatus to top it all off, he did not leave a power cord. So that was an additional cost in the electrician.
I was very disappointed in the ceremony here. It's not as if they were all that cheap on pricing.

While not stopping at a stop sign, myself child and my mom. So disgusting. Terrible. I can not believe while at their business auto I advise people not to use them let's keep the streets safe from motorists without a consideration to residential side streets with children and how folks drive these days. They do not even deserve the celebrity.
Almost hit
Tried to fix my toilet myself and ended up breaking it, had running the valve and water wouldn't turn. Called multiple places and informed if not sometime monday we will attempt to get they now. Called The Fair Plumber and they had been at my house in 40 minutes. A little costly, but it was a crisis. Was quite nice
Eddie at the Fair plumber has been thorough in diagnosing our escape. He finished the job daily and gave us a fair quote. He was quite nice to use. We will be calling him for some job that is scheduled.

Rates were reasonable. Called at night-arrangements made, showed up at 7AM with fresh water heater & most components! Work was performed in a timely manner.
I called the Fair Plumber and they were out the day. We had been having problems with our. Washer backing up and emptying.
Professionalism and their prices are outstanding. . Would for sure call them again!
Two guys came they were professional. Roy the owner who is super man remained by the washer along with the other man went in the crawl space( felt bad for him).They worked very well as a tag group!!!

I discovered The Fair Plumber in 2009 and have used Ron's support. I manage a few commercial properties where The Fair Plumber has saved my bacon more then. I live in a condominium, an ejection pump expired the next day Ron looked at it and replaced it first thing. I have even had Ron work in my X's home since he's THE FAIR PLUMBER! Quality Components, quality Function, Extraordinary Understanding.
The fair plumber came out to my place the exact same day that I predicted to install a sump pump.The plumber was fair and useful about what my options and pricing were. He had been washed up and fast anytime!
Fair and fast. I've used The Fair Plumber double this past year for two problems. Both times they did a fantastic job. Rates are reasonable also.
When we opened our restaurant plumbers tried to give us the exact estimate on cost of remodel the pipes program. Fair Plumbers' proprietor Ron completed it and gave us the estimate. Later on if we have difficulty with our AC,again, Ron and his teams fixed us it with low price. When we need to have brand new deep fryer installed, his assistant and Ron could help us and fresh valves join with the gas hose. Again, he just charged with price. As a business owner, I firmly recommend Fair Plumbers for the home and commercial services.
We received service from The Fair Plumber at Elmhurst. They were phoned by us and our problem was fixed by them in a price within a couple of hours. They were polite on the phone, fast and comprehensive at work.
Have used the Fair Plumber twice, they are fair with their own pricing. Had them out following another pipes place quoted me a price and some of the pricing changed. Ron had more done in that price and did much better than their price. Ron did a excellent job and is in what he can great.
He attracted 2 people to do some plumbing and electrical work. The 2 gentlemen beneath clearly had never done electrical before and Ron was attempting to teach them in my time and with my electrical outlets. In this period, Ron left times the gentlemen instructed or weren't being tracked. There were lots of sparks and fuses being dismissed as they tried to figure out how to put in a gfi and the way to ground outlets. This is basic stuff for any electrician. Ron chose to stick around and do the job after I complained. We ended up having to hire another electrician. Do not use this company!
