As a real estate agent for 11 years, I've been exposed to a lot of HVAC contractors with both buyers and sellers. Val Bartkus is certainly the best! If he doesn't pick his telephone up away, he's very quick to return calls. He has understanding of heating/cooling and appears to enjoy what he is doing. Not only do I recommend him to all my clients, I would not have anybody else work within my own house. He is a licensed plumber. The icing on the cake - he is VERY reasonably priced and wouldn't take advantage of anybody. Highly recommend!
