These guys were fantastic! I called them to inquire about a pipe I needed repaired. Heather supplied a customer experience that was fantastic in the get-go and answered the telephone. She was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to our needs. She managed to schedule our appointment for the time & date I'd requested. She responded quickly and positively to an email I sent with photos, reassuring me we were in great hands. And we were!
Brian and Jesus came now, took the necessary actions to make sure our house was protected from any mess. They made the repairs that are essential and troubleshot the matter. Brian was also capable to replace a broken shower handle by having the parts on hand as a consequence of the photos I'd sent ahead of time.
They finished the job in a fair amount of time and charged. I have no reservations on recommending them or hiring them.
I have been using these guys for a couple of years now for home plumbing. They definitely know what they're doing, and look friendly and professional. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is, I am still trying to decide if they're a little on the high side for cost. Seems to be based on the job. In most cases, seems about right. My mother in law had them repair a faucet a month past and seemed overpriced, but I am still sticking together .
The ideal! I've had to use them several times previously. After experiencing sewer back-up Lately I faced a expensive and difficult problem. Their workers ( especially Nick) were super, and after a great deal of effort they rectified the problem at a substantial lower price than what was anticipated. If at any time in the future I have any need for any plumbing problem they are my"go to" company.
We have used them a range of times and they had been great each time. They find a way to come out in a crisis when nobody else can make it. Additionally, once the job is out their scope they have a referral for you.
I've used this company over once and each time I discovered the workmen to be courteous, professional, efficient and honest. I will continue to rely on these as long.
We had them come out to fix. The bathroom was not repaired by them it was slow flushing after they left. It overflowed, damaging work and our downstairs ceiling, the following day. It took TWO more efforts to correct the bathroom -- finallythey pulled the time, which should have been completed the FIRST time to the bathroom. The business refuses to acknowledge any responsibility for the damage. Staw away!
We've used this company twice last year, since moving into our home and we are extremely pleased with them. They have done great work on our issues and are fine and efficient. They would be highly recommended by us!
Lakeside did our plumbing all with building. When they say they will, they are extremely fine, very personable and come, so they are reliable up to being there is worried. Each of the service guys are considerate and friendly.
We had several taps loosen up over 6 months of installation, needed to replace a bathtub faucet within a single year, and needed our kitchen sink water filter split w/in one year. Of course every time they arrived to repair something we were billed ....so not pleased in the future with the grade of work.
That being said, the quality of the work is not what I desire or would expect, particularly when they are in the higher end of costs.
After a pretty disappointing emergency experience with my (currently prior) plumber, Lakeside rode into the rescue. They were enjoyable, professional, quick, proficient, and moderately priced. They are my new plumber for all my future needs. . I could not be more happy.
Last night a leak was found by us under our kitchen sink. This morning, we predicted very first thing and they found a way to squeeze us in, coming out by 9am and fixing a tweaking as well the leak two other problems we had. Great, service and courteous. Lakeside is a must have in our own contact list. Thanks guys.
Service was fast! I called at and someone was by 10:30 am at my home. My difficulty was an emergency but they got me on precisely the exact same day. The plumber has been professional and courteous. He put in a fresh water line for my fridge instead of just fixed the issue but adjusted some issues that were not up to code. This is the second time we have used them and will continue to do so in the future. Could not be happier!
