Huh, I could have sworn that I reviewed Durbin Plumbing before, but I have to have written it as a draft or any such thing because they do great work and I'd not wish to miss out them.
I've owned an older home for about 8 decades. I've had Durbin Plumbing different parts of the house, although outside for a variety of tasks over the years, no duplicates of course in their job.
Replaced a deteriorating T-pipe joint and reconnected it all hourly rate was honest, work was clean and tidy, pipe connections all tight, and they left the old pipe joint to allow me to determine why it went wrong because I love to learn that type of item (corroded in on itself after 50-60 years).
Replaced washing. I called on a weekend and though it wasn't an"emergency" thing and that I didn't want/need a crisis call-out like you might need for a gushing escape, they had been out immediately at the onset of the week that was damn near close to right away.
Water heater setup at price their price was less than that of other companies though it had been a more complex job than AND.
I would give them stars if possible. Total lack of communication. Very unprofessional & possess rescheduled with less than 1-4 hours 4-6 times on me notice. Four thumbs down.
I couldn't ask for a better plumbing experience. Whoever owns answering prompt service, the phone and skilled plumbers providing the support. Can recommend this company.
