Paul came out to take a peek. His clarified the details, and best case and worst case to your repair job. They were also a quote that is very competitive, and that I felt convinced Paul understood what he was talking about with this type of job.
They showed up exactly on time, and finished earlier than expected. Once they finished, they tested multiple times to everything until they left and did a thorough cleanup. Everything looks excellent. Frank and Xavier who did all the work were professional.

Our primary cast iron is almost 100 years old and that I noticed a crack and some rust . I called plumbers for quotes, including Paul Guzzo in Prospect Hill Plumbing. Some plumbers didn't wish to quote on replacing/repairing the complicated Estabrook fitting.
Yes! The hot water heater become a hot water fountain just as I was leaving for work. A fast phone call and Paul was on my doorstep in minutes. He fixed the issue (the vacuum release worth ) before noon.
It's usually difficult to obtain a plumber that is fantastic, however I believe I've found one. I left a voicemail and called them and got a callback. I explained the work in detail and they gave me a ballpark estimate over the telephone, also gave me several possibilities for getting the task done, along with a timeframe. The work was completed and they arrived within their own time window, and came ready to perform the job. They were quick and effective, and the complete was within the estimate range I was given by them.

I contacted 3 plumbers when my hot water heater leaked. Prospect Hill gave me a quote on the phone, showed up on time (despite the fact that it was snowing), and were friendly and efficient. They did good work and billed what they had quoted, even though the job took a little additional work relocating a few pipes. I'd definitely hire them again.
Great, prompt help when our gas forced hot water heating system (installed by another contractor) failed after less than four years. Paul and Al came at 2:00 PM Friday, saw the system proved to be a total loss at once, and worked together with the manufacturer to get us a warranty coverage and a replacement unit (at a reasonable base price for materials and labor prior to a warranty credit) from 12:00 Noon Monday. You couldn't ask for more than that. Communication and sensible suggestions on this and other tasks!
Possibly the worst contractor I employed. They seem as though they are out of the mob and act threatened the I complained about the numerous things which were wrong from becoming asbestos fibers all around the basement to suit on the side of the home in regards to the boiler they set up incorrectly. Froze to death for a week until we could get a contractor in 38, when the boiler blew out after 1 year in the center of the winter figure who couldn't be reached for comment's. So it overheated, turns out they didn't set up the chimney shutoff right. Really Terrible
Hot water heater leaked and no hot water for shower (sigh!) . I phoned them at 7:30 a.m., they gave us a quote straight away after looking at the heater, and by 10:30 a.m. the heater has been replaced. Efficient, very professional, and no fuss. Highly recommended.
When can the garbage disposal perish? You have to wash a lot of things and when you're having a feast with friends, that's when.
We called these men nothing super rushed more of a pain. They called the next morning at 7am, asked if someone could be home and stated they would be there by noon. The doorbell rang at 8am and the man came in with a replacement disposal and was done in about one hour and he explained what the issue was and was a wonderful man.
Quite happy, would use them.
I called Prospect Hill Plumbing once I wanted my furnace inspected. They were able to come fast, although it wasn't an urgent visit by any means. Was quite frank. The furnace has been in good working order than 1 thing that could be repaired, but did not need to be. Because it did not influence the operation of the machine, which I 19, he advocated not doing it. Price was reasonable. Great customer service!!
