We provide oil to boiler heaters, gas conversions and installs heat, and installs all brand new high efficiency heating equipment. Whether it be residential or commercial, big job or little. I have had a fantastic experience and have used them countless times. Rich the owner is fantastic and quite knowledgeable plumber. I will recommend them to anybody looking for a fantastic plumber and will continue to work together.
Horrible service and customer service. (its a rental property and he made me push down on a Sunday night at 10:30 to give him a test ). He had to come back a few days because anything he did the very first time did not work later. He sent me an invoice and then kept badgering me to come by my house to pick it up (even offered to reduce the amount if he would come in my house to get his money right away). After the system just failed again (Jan 2019), Rich was no where available. Took almost 1 week to return my calls. Produced three appointments and did not show up for some of them, did not even bother to call I had to call/text him. Told me his wife promised me before the weather transferred in, he'd return to me that day and also have someone and went in to labour. Never occurred. Needed pay for things and to employ a different plumber to be fixed the way. When I told Rich I was submitting a claim against him in court he sent me a very professional text stating"LOL". Be warned! Do not become involved with this guy or this provider.

Came home from being gone for a couple of days to discover burst pipes (thankfully in my basement).
Can not say enough about how professional and educated Rich was and how grateful I am.
I called hour before the start of the Patriot's Playoff game. He answered the telephone said he'd be right over!
By the time I called to the time he was on his way was only about 2 hours!! and had it fixed
