I finally got them to come back to test it out and they told me that to correct the problem I simply needed to turn the handles in"a fluid movement." Imagine that? I turned the handles and that was the problem? I had fun telling that narrative to folks. Well the problem persists even after turning the handles fluidly. So I need to find.
Nice folks but they took my cash and did not get the job done. It was difficult to get on program with them because they work just small business hours. They replaced shower handles however the handles became and watern't flowed properly. It creates water and a loud sound doesn't come out at all unless you play with it a couple of times.
Fantastic luck if you go together. It comes down to repairing the problem, although I wanted to like them they're moderately priced and as they seemed like nice folks. And they sadly failed to deliver.

Someone ELSE will not be ABSOLUTELY used by now, and I would have utilized this Company, although the job is clear today.
It was possible that the job may need to be done in two installments. I received a quote which included a trip cost of not $600, although $100, 300 or even 200! I contacted the owner, saying my opinion - that the charge was excessive - but he did not have interest or time to respond and discuss it.

Highly recommend. Chuck the owner came. Turns out I wanted the county to emerge and snake their side to get rid of giant rootballs. Gave me a movie of the sewer line. Quite reasonable. Companies had awarded misinformation about sewer lines in general to me and would charge more. Highly highly recommend.

We've used this business now. They are so efficient. They arrive on time schedule calls promptly, and work until the job is finished.

I couldn't be happier. Very responsive clean and professional. It is not that you need a plumber however recommend the services of Alpha Plumbing when you do.

You guys we're absolutely AMAZING!! I didn't think using a total sewer line replacement was going to be so simple!! You guys showed up for a quote and less within 24 hours of my call then a second 24 hours my complete sewer line was substituted!! along with licenses were pulled Chuck did an superb job of explaining our repair assessing my problem, and giving me a VERY FAIR estimate for my expensive job! You guys went above and beyond and didn't try to overcharge or rip off us. It hard to discover a good company that doesn't try to take advantage of you and does work I called 3 other ordinary name pipes companies for a quote of my job. Two companies attempted to charge me $1k-$1,500 more Alpha Plumbing and also the 3rd company said it cost $59 FOR AN ESTIMATE!! Since when does an estimate COST money?? I knew what the issue was, I have had a large belly in my sewer line for years that combined with all the rain created a massive sinkhole in my lawn (or so I believed that was my only problem) that was trying to shoot my blacktop driveway down ! When Chuck came out to the estimate he was quite thorough and said he considers something was happening, together with the tummy in my lineup. The two companies said NOTHING to my sinkhole about an extra trigger! When they dig to replace the lineup they will explore Chuck's hunch on my issue chuck said. Chuck was RIGHT we did, and my husband was outside together while they do the work have a second problem A substantial ONE! There was a well the owners blacktopped over from the driveway and it had failed. There was a 3ft X 3ft has been a miracle and DEEP area below the driveway that the blacktop didn't fall into the area and take one or the car of my children! I can not say thank you enough to Chuck and Alpha Plumbing for there thoroughness, honesty, wisdom and reaction! I will suggest Alpha Plumbing to all of my friends and family! (Already gave your number to the neighbor 2 doors down). Alpha Plumbing is your company that you need to call in your time of need! I am so glad I did!
Forgot installed an extra clean out in front yard at no cost. And a 10 year warranty/guarantee is on my sewer line that is brand new.

Fantastic service had they where much cheaper then the larger businesses and my sewer line replaced. Service was nothing but great and great I had them replace my water heater. I would recommend there services.

I would strongly suggest Alpha Plumbing. They came out to snake our sewer line for tree roots. Both techs were friendly. The job was performed in a timely manner. One tech even gave suggestions on what I can do to same money later on. From working but one tech did a very good job cleaning it up and got on his hands and knees they had left a very a mess on the floor. I've have companies in the past just leave a wreck. The customer service rep I talked with to place my appointment was friendly.

They didn't mess around. They recognized the problem arrived in, and mended it quicker than I'd expected. And the price was fair. The plumber was pleasant and beneficial. He had been so nice I wanted to take him out for a beer afterward. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

The plumber, Chris and the Client service rep, were both wonderful. Chris didn't mind my dogs jumping on him. He was fast and productive. I will use Alpha another time.

Alpha plumbing came outside to deal with. Even though they were there they captured another dilemma connected. They mended these in an affordable price and he put a plug in my kitchen sink which was missing with charging me out. They have been prompt, professional and reasonably priced. They are highly recommended by me!
