Good work done in my property. They supplied honest/professional backed and service there work/analysis of the situation once I went to the city for resolution since the issue was not in my side of the lineup. Since they had been recommended to me I would strongly recommend them.

Brought these guys back. Have'roots in pipes' issue every 18 months or so, even using root kill. Last time I obtained roots snaked out and also a"30 day warranty" if problem recurs. He needed to return, having never gone far enough. This time from the time he arrived was antagonistic, telling me exactly what he could not do and why"it had been that the City's problem". I'm the paying client! He swore it was'about the City's side' and would not give me any warranty. Called Baltimore City, they came out and camera-inspected and obstructions. 72 hours after the non-guaranteed Electric Eel workback flow has returned on one 10 minute shower. All I have is a business card using no email address and a PO BOX. Master Plumber says not their problem, city says maybe not in their side, and that I have a formal letter saying they camera inspected and that I have root ball. Rather than everyone blaming the other, I need the barrier removed. Either properly and thoroughly the first time or about a return visit, preferably a plumber with a much better attitude and fresh eyes.
