I have not used them for anything else and depending on what insurance requires me to do or use I may not use them to get additional repairs in this instance, however their good will, promptness, and awesome care in the middle of a disaster really won me over. I could see myself calling them we have to do on the house in the future. High fives and mega props.
They climbed up onto our roof, navigated the tree (that was still there, the city was slated to remove it), cut on the branches out of the hole, cleared the distance, and nailed down a tarp that has been holding the last two days and through flood causing rains. A great job and I am grateful they took the time to do this.
My boyfriend called me and told me he some bad news. The neighbor's tree fell in a storm that was massive. I hurried home and discovered that the beast laid to the side of the residence. It might have been worse given that the size of the tree but a hole was punctured through the top of the roof. The roof I had replaced. Cue a great deal of yelling and swearing.
I tried desperately to get a hold of somebody as we stood out of our house committing news interviews and tending to the gawkers. I then saw that the R.E. Moon truck drive . And he ran after them. They had been led to a house down the road (which had far more damage than ours) but they said they would stop by and have a look when they could. About an hour later they said they would help us patch if they could and came over. I already loved them.
The rain was on and off. A lot of trees and damage in the area and each roofer I predicted needed a signal or wasn't replying. I couldn't get anything until insurance came to assess the damage fixed but I could place upward something to stop water damage.
