It was super duper, although I was very happy that the issue was fixed! $455 for less than 1 hour of work ($450 for labor plus $5 for stuff ).
My house had a plumbing emergency in an early Sunday morning -- a blocked toilet. The larger problem was that the pipes had also separated -- so water was leaking from the upstairs. Eeks!
I phoned Associated Plumbing (never used them before, but found them on line ) and left a message; the recorded message said somebody would phone me back in their emergency line, but nobody did. So, I called back following 8AM and someone replied (whew!) . They sent somebody out to my place within an hour (as promised!) Was professional and quick. He provided suggestions on how to prevent issues and which brand of toilet paper to purchase.
First work we had done was fantastic for our bath leak and that guy did a fantastic job, this review is for the next job I needed to call again. We have a leak on the bottom side of our bathroom, I had photographs of it and took a movie and he didn't think we had a leak, it was not coming at all from the supply line, of class when he was the escape was not happening so he did not pull the bathroom, he charged me $133 basically to flush our bathroom a few times and get cocky with me about the whole thing making me feel stupid. Now we are having the exact same leak and can't afford to fix since they charged us $133 to emerge and do nothing. I am livid to say the least and they have been recommended by our neighbors so we will be permitting them and our neighborhood know about this and. As they are complete CHEATS!!!! plumbing to be hired by it
Been using Associated Plumbing for years. Family owned and operated. They have been useful and get the work done right.
Avoid these guys like the plague. They said they can resolve a vital flow daily. Water to my home had to be closed off and I had to wait until the following day. They took my $74 do nothing and to return to my home. They lent me $1000 to substitute some plumbing. I wanted to buy my own shower faucet that was new. Nope. Just theirs at a jacked up price. I called for a quotation. These guys are scam artists at Mercedes vans that are costly.
