My appointment was for 10:00-12:00 AM the next morning and the tech was there promptly at 10:00. He did an excellent job and was responsive and nice to my concerns. It was a great experience.
I called two competitors that have been good in the past but neither was very responsive. I waited an hour to get a callback from a single (one week wait to get support ) and the other left me on hold indefinitely. I got Jeannie on the telephone immediately and known as Olde Towne and was amazed when she offered me a service appointment less than 24 hours later.

The plumber called ahead, he had been correct at the start of the 3-hour window we'd been parked, he discovered our home using GPS, and given. He had the ideal components. He was courteous to us specialist and seniors. He waited to see whether the trickle was completely fixed (the faucet was made to trickle a bit after running). He didn't waste time, cleaned up after himself , and was so neat. He composed a charge that was itemized.
We gave Olde Towne a try. It was easy to call and schedule an appointment with the woman I spoke to. Their website has a way they can be contacted by you , too.
It has been an excellent experience to creating the appointment to the plumber's telephone, from researching on their site.
All we had was a trickle fixed in the bathroom sink that another company had neglected to correct after two calls (and they had installed it)
We will definitely call Olde Towne again.

My spouse called this so called business and she learned what I learned. . .they are unprepared unprofessional and lazy. AND my son noticed them smoking by a suspicious device in their truck on our property before they left the job. . .Glad of it set up a Bradford no Issue and also as their replacement did the same task for 300 less

They were suggested to me by several individuals, as was a different plumber. Another one tried who's secretary took my info who was supposed to predict the plumber who would then call me.
Olde Towne scheduled an appointment on the phone with me, they showed up on time called ahead, and finished fast. I asked, when they might take a look at some other plumbing issues since they were there I had that were part of this telephone, and they did. They took care of that and found another problem. Not a scam since I knew the bathroom had any other problems.
So the 1 bathroom does not sound like a banshee, and the ground isn't being led through by the other. I would say that's a win.
Probably somewhat pricey, but considering I had a plumber bill me to put some caulk onto a drain, I am quite satisfied with the cost!

I needed a plumber. (toilet flange because of new floors and a air hammer problem) and Olde Towne Plumbing was highly recommended. BUT,... they are seemingly too busy for new clients as 3 telephone messages across 2.5 months went unreturned. I didn't expect this from a business highly suggested.

This organization is excellent. The technicians are very smart and their scheduling is fantastic, answered questions I had, and explained the job they did. I have used them and each time that the job was done flawlessly. I had multiple recurring problems in my basement and upstairs bathroom. I haven't seen one thing wrong in my property, since they came out. I refer them and will use them again!

These men are the best in the biz, hands down! Use and I'll continue to urge them, since they are reasonable in cost and dependable.

They went over and beyond, they were knowledgable, they are honest and they care. They are highly recommended by me.
I simply had the best experience I thought they went beyond and above and I have ever had with a service supplier I would write this review. The owner, dan, actually showed to me he provides a tear and he takes great pride in his job. When he came over to give me quotations on several projects I had done he had been honest and sometimes he even told me how to get it done myself. I made the decision to have them out to get a bathroom install that did not go as planned without a fault of theirs. Dan and the installer came back later in the afternoon to diagnose and fix the issue in an incredibly reasonable price for 1.5 hrs worth of work.

Outstanding! Quick, thorough! Did a lot of additional things I sort of additional on afterwards he was extremely gracious, and got here. I will use them again.

Very unimpressive! They started off by never showing up for the appointment wrong Though they had been recommended for me. When I called back, they appeared to recognize their error (although not apologizing) by sending someone over right away. He was extremely pleasant and fast, but once he left we discovered that the leaking tub faucet he had"fixed" no longer needed warm water (which it did before he arrived ). We needed to call back and they ended up charging us another trip. Try someone else.
