I got home from work and I had no heat in the house. I also called a random HVAC repair in the region that I found on the internet and they said a tech would call me back soon. It's winter and freezing so I called Kevin in Superior Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning.
After Kevin helped me fix the issue, oh and the firm called back. I explained to him the fire rod sensor was cleaned by me and it's working good. The tech sounded impressed. Kevin, I sounded like I knew what I was referring to. A++++
Kevin was awesome. I explained to him what happened and that he had me send a few photographs to him. Me walked through a easy fix on the telephone and it fixed the issue. I stored on an emergency trip and learned a little about my HVAC system. Kevin has a great level of integrity and is knowledgeable. He could have arrived out charged a few 100 bucks and performed the two minute service. He was honest and truly wants to help his customers.

I think that they are from business. Nobody answers the phone, the doors have been secured at not a car in the parking lot, and 3:00 pm.
We called on Friday and Kevin came our Saturday to help us get our AC running. He checked out everything and fixed the wiring. We had purchased our house and he found we did not also have a filter in our furnace. So thankful he spent the opportunity was right.

Diego and kevin did a professional job installing our newest Rheem 75-gallon water heater. They wore coverings over their shoes and laid a tarp. Kevin educated us on our humidifiers, and also provided tips on maintaining our fresh water heater. The installation was quick and easy with Superior Plumbing!
