The day Brad came over. Brad explained the costs, gave me decisions for work that was related that I might want to have done while he as there, and began to do the job. We settled when he finished, and he abandoned. When I looked at his job, not only is perfect, but it was cleaner before he came where he worked then. Brad removed the packaging that came with the faucet and bathroom. It was pristine. I will be a lifetime customer!
Oh wow, where to start. First of all, the gentleman on the phone was very helpful in guiding me to manage my dependence on replacing my kitchen faucet and bathroom. My bathroom had developed a flow that has been making me very nervous. The gentleman on the phone said,'why not take care of everything " Tomorrow? Are you kidding me? The following day no plumber comes. First off, you're usually given a date, then you have to call back over and over to confirm. I would have bailed believing that this was too good to be true if I hadn't seen the 5 stars on Yelp for this particular company.

Organizing a house in St Paul Available. Needed to repair a couple leaks that required substituting with aluminum and carrying old iron repairing out. TJK was CHEAPER, communicative, and more timely than many others we asked to appear and provide an estimate. We will absolutely be using TJK in the future.

Be a brad. Everyone should be a Brad. Brad gave me the best gift anyone could ask for.... HOT WATER! Woo hoo! He eliminated my shower handle came inside the service window and proceeded the lever that was anti-scald on which gave me HOT WATER! Can you believe I have lived in my home for 3.5 decades and have taken showers? Wonderful guy.
Another moment, TJK came to the rescue when our sewer line backed up. They came to my rescue and promptly and snaked the drain.
Great support. Quick scheduling. Job done right the first time!

Poor DJ ended up to get some repairs and came for what should have been an easy sink and dishwasher hook up. He was cheerful and professional at all times, even removing his shoes prior to working in our kitchen (we did not care but were thankful he did).

DJ was quite clear and helpful when describing the job he needed to execute. He also traveled with every part he needed, which undoubtedly expedited the procedure. Like an upgrade was obtained by our kitchen under his focus, it seems. The prices was fair, the job was DJ and quickly impressed us thoroughly.

After discovering the hot water in my kitchen wasn't scalding my palms like it generally does, I gave TJK plumbing a telephone before my water heater blew (I'm no dummy). They came out that day, confirmed what I already knew (the old girl was ancient and may possibly find a new house in the Smithsonian) and needed a new one out to my place in an hour. Not only that, they rewired some of those wiring the house's owners had determined to take to do. Super impressed, not only from the details, but since it had been one human who hauled the heater up the basement stairs and brought the new one in, all while maneuvering doorways just like a champ. Props.

Firstwe had to empty by replacing the drainpipe outside the sump pit, which has been achieved quickly. Then evaluation presented choices and their pricing at a way.
He quickly rushed downstairs (and then outside, through deep snow) to assess and managed to stop the water intruding any farther (coming in through the surface of the sump pit). We were able get through investigation that is additional and the pit emptied realized the sump pump needed to be replaced. The current unit wasn't, shall we say, very current at the literal sense of this word (I feel it'd classic 70's Sears logos on it). We're new homeowners, therefore this was a very enlightening experience for us.
I reside at the base of a slope, about 200 yards. There's a lot of water which makes its way beyond my house since you know, gravity is still a thing. I really don't need this item repeating itself or so. I went together with the system. Kurt was on the phone fast with HQ, they obtained the gear here extremely quickly, and he was right on it. Old pump came out (Kurt showed me it really was an electric issue with the float around the pump), new pump went in, pvc got built cleanly, and at a really decorative, out-of the way manner. It had been work - and there wasn't a second .
In a time of real stress (my basement had only flooded and I had spent the previous night with a wet-dry vac emptying floor water into a laundry sink at 2-3 gallon increments), it really helped that Kurt had a sense of humor and that he would sympathize with our situation, which he had been somebody that delivered what he asserted (and then some, taking into consideration the quality of work).
He had been amazing with our three dogs, that we kept out of the way as much as possible, however, after everything was settled and Kurt was participated in the building out of this system, came to say hello at distinct points in the morning as he went inside and out.
We had a fantastic experience - the first thing to take care of our basement that is finished was saturated by a sump pump failure.

I had been there with him when we opened the pump pit, and I saw the pump making all types of weird gurgling, sputtering noises (rather than healthy, draining type of noises... weird electric sounds ).

I will keep it simple - next day support (at my request), straightforward pricing, succinct explanation of the issue and fixed same day WITH a one year guarantee. DJ was AND friendly as well as clearly capable of the job available. He's welcome back for potential plumbing issues (yet I'm hoping there won't be any:-RRB- )
I'm one of those people that believes in leaving the professionals with certain jobs - put on your pacemaker or you do not try to represent yourself in a litigation, I won't mess with the pipes. When my master bath proceeded to flood the garage AND the furnace area, I arrived at Yelp.

My water faucet would not turn off and I had a plumber. I knew I needed a company that was smaller. Thus, when I found TJK, I was like, why not? The technician that came was friendly and quite knowledgeable. While he walked through exactly what had to be carried out, he was patient with me. I knew as he had to replace piping, Though pricey. I was pleased he did not need to cut through a wall. Whew!!! I would recommend them!

We'd seen amazing reviews for TJK Plumbing and so we thought we'd give them a chance to give our HWH a look and diagnosis. It was only 2 1/2 hrs following my call and they came. They have been prompt and responsive, and knowledgeable with their HWH choice and service.
Uniquely, we have been in need of a bigger water heater and they provided among the reduced prices on a unique purchase HWH (reduced by $300 for disposal, installation and labor). After contemplating the high cost (because of the commercial dimensions ), we found there was no leak, only a build-up of condensation because of the intense outdoor water and cold on the pipes and about the water heater.
Your business will be considered by us in the future!
I give a 4 star for the prompt and responsive service, knowledge of heaters, and reduced cost in comparison to other plumbers. However, not really a 5 star because we had to detect the condensation issue on our own. Because we thought we understood we had a flow I'm sure they were not thinking to provide that piece of advice. It might have been valuable to know aside from a flow existed particularly from the cold.
Our family was under the belief we had a water heater leak another weekend in a bout of days. Water pooled round the HWH base and dripped off the hot water pipe.

No celebrities. Horrible experience. Small drip in shower valve and tub faucet wouldn't come to a stop. Neither thing an emergency. Starts off lecturing his philosophy is complete replace, instead of repairing. Quoted $1500 for the job. Found. If the solution is likely to be corrected, why can I call a professional plumber. I can replace on my own.

TJK Plumbing is our pipes. Whether it's been an emergency shower escape, a drain, hooking up a washing machine or replacing valves and pipes, they are friendly, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and dependable. Tim was the most recent member of their group we've seen. He surveyed the situation handled the job right and offered suggestions without being pushy. Funny story...I heard about TJK Plumbing from a bad review on a rival based out of Anoka. This reviewer was pleased with work and the response time completed and called TJK. Not heeding their caution, I phoned was told they would call me and said competition. Without a telephone call at the conclusion of a full day, I left a message and phoned TJK. Got a phone call that was returned within 5 mins. I was able to get an appt made for 8am next morning.
Sid was my plumber. Professional, very nice young guy. He took a look and quoted me an cost. Work was completed over 30 mins. A fridge magnet accompanyed my bill, before he left. That's been placed in full view of anyone walking by to get to my (Work is completed and still no phone call or appt from competitor.

They were responsive, respectful, helpful, and turned a stressful situation. I'd suggest them to anyone!

I had a crisis that entailed shutting off my own water. My whole house water filter leaked. I called around several plumbing businesses, which either did not understand what I was talking about or couldn't make it out until well into next week. I contacted TJK. I managed to make and also for an affordable price. Your man Dan was knowledgeable and very helpful. He simply removed it, and says that the filter is due to Anoka having water. Only a solution that fit my budget. I will keep you guys in mind when I have need something or any plumbing difficulties installed. Thank you!

We had a great experience with TJK pumping. They did great job and billed a cost that was fair. It was so wonderful to get a fantastic price so that if the next project was more pricey, we might trust it was essential, they did. Integrity is such a price.

Reliable, courteous. I'd some drain work done and a week after it became plug they came out again no charge for service call but needed to do some more work to unclog the drain which they had been hoping that they didn't have to do the last moment. I wish they had it was the two charges proven to be on the same had the completed this 42,,, because it cost me again if they would have completed this process originally for this call which in turn.

WOW! We discovered TJK Plumbing on yelp and expected their reviews were authentic. Sadly, there is no 6 celebrity option, they are amazing! At each step to obtaining our tank substituted in the process, from reserving a quote, to discussing options, they were complete a pleasure to deal with, and educated, super professional. DJ and TJ were awesome! I got a quotation right away and contacted them the night before and he was able to send someone else the very next morning. Really professional. Talked us with the water heater through the issues, contained our options for fixing it, and gave us time to think about matters.
