Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

John (3756) was friendly and productive. Called as our bathtub was not draining. John needed to get creative due to the way our tub was set up (and due to its age) but obtained the clog out. I would happily use him. I find Roto Router to be about the side in general but if you want something similar to that it's what you pay. Used the internet scheduling and that has been easy

Not & unprofessional Trustworthy. Schedule to have service done now between 8am-Noon. Roto-Rooter never showed up throughout window, once I asked they noted they had been,"too busy" and could not send anyone out now. Inquired with manager who did not seem to care.

The appointment was scheduled. The employee jordan #7014 was extremely professional. He explained to me what had to be performed based on the issues that appeared.
The pricing is a bit high even.
The voucher that yelp reveals does not match exactly what the roto-rooter website offers. $60's checkin link discount was directed to the voucher of $ 50 it had been honored to website.
How ever like I stated above the rates are a bit steep and every extra cent saved for an plumbing issue is needed.

The most difficult part was the call which was because they were quite busy and the scheduler had plenty of background sound. The scheduling was quick.
Predicated on the professionalism of jordan alone I would use in hopes as he is, the the rest of the staff is as solid of a worker.

Our laundry room sink stopped draining after years of sediment building up in our drainage system that was outdated. Eric from Roto-Rooter arrived and fixed the problem. It had been as our drainage system is outdated, and the job involved invisibly in 2 90-degree angles. Eric stated he'd get the job done in 1 manner or another, and he sure did! Our faucet drains completely now. It's the first time in 15 years it's drained! Roto-Rooter, work!

I set an appointment up the night before and the next morning I got a call in the company and Jason came to my home within a hour and checked the my escape in the sink and I happened to have a fresh part he could use and accepted my coupon of 40 dollar reduction. ( the online check in coupon of 60.00 isn't working) He gave me 3 option and I chose the choice to get it done. He did a very good job and replaced my own rotten gasket etc.. They are the greatest professional for pipes although they may not the cheapest.

After discovering water backing up into our basement on a Saturday night we called a few areas and Roto-Rooter was the only one capable to have a technician. Technician came within one hour of us calling Jacob (Emp. # 1669) wascourteous, professional and talked through each step of the procedure to unclog the main line. Hopefully if needed, they have permanently solved the issue but would definitely utilize Roto-Rooter again. Invoice # 19898034.

Our utility sink drain was clogged on a Saturday day and Roto Rooter came out over the hour to repair it! Service man Josh (#4348) did an excellent job. He fixed the issue, explained everything nicely and cleaned up then. Was an expert experience and will use Roto and Josh Rooter.

Roto Rooter wouldn't estimate over the phone. The plumber arrived within 2 hours. I had a faucet and 2 center drains replaced. The total quotation was $389 for its faucet and $347.00 for its center drains. I did it myself and cancelled the job. I was done in 75 minutes and everything was great. Do Roto Rooter gouge their customers in this way? This was ONLY labor. The parts were provided by me. The people today deserve better.

We had them come out to fix a faucet that was mended by another plumber. We were hoping they would not have to tear apart the wall to get the internal plumbing and the technician that arrived, Steve #2443, said he would do his best not to tear up anything. He managed to fix everything to us, fast and in a really professional fashion ( I even enjoyed the tiny dig he obtained in towards my wife that the Green Bay Packers fan!) .
This is the third time I've been extremely satisfied with the quality of the job and we have had them come out for plumbing related work and the pricing seems fair for what they've done in the home. When we want any other job I will be calling again, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Darrell (3953) came to my house at 6 pm Wednesday evening to figure out my slow, nearly ceased kitchen drain. He had been there for 2 hours draining the drain. He was professional, very positive and friendly. His wash up afterwards left the area under the sink cleaner than it had been before.I appreciated all his work; it had been quite a clogged drain. They were favorable and very prompt if there was a delay, calling me, getting the appointment scheduled whenever possible and otherwise keeping me informed when I called roto rooter. I was very happy with the service.

Our laundry room sink has been backed up and Drano didn't help. Because the pipes are corroded and decades old we were not able to fix the problem ourselves. We predicted Roto-Rooter on a Saturday afternoon. Josh was at our house within 40 minutes, fixed the issue and explained and addressed the matter. Very considerate. The cost was fair. We might have asked for much more. Roto-Rooter will be our pipes support.

Juan from Roto Rooter was successful today in clearing my sewer drain. He was here less than 3 hours and did a fantastic job. I had a different firm here , and was advised they'd have to dig my front lawn up to correct the drain, and the price could be $5500+. Juan was able to finish the job in a short while, no cleanup for me and for LESS than 10% of the previous estimate. Plus I get a warranty for the work. I am a mature and this was such a fantastic experience. I'll go with Roto Rooter and Juan when I have plumbing issues. Great business and even people that are larger!

Great support from Roto-Rooter and their employee Andrew (#2766). The appointment was set up by me online around noon and a plumber was at my house by 6 PM. Andrew even took time to describe what happened and what to search for in the future, and was very knowledgeable identifying the issue. A couple of first time homeowners greatly appreciated this and I know when I need help in the future, who I will call.

If you would like the plumber to appear on time, get the work done and be agreeable about it, this is the place. Never had a bad experience with them. Rates are competitive.
