I'd since we've had support previously Kyle come out to replace my very old water heater. He came same day I did a fantastic job and called out. He also found a gas leak the gas company could not find which was a worry and a concern for us. I'll never call anyone else. So friendly and knowledgeable. Did the job at a reasonable cost in a professional manner.
This company has been amazing for all of us. We had a pipe burst a couple of years back in the midst of winter and they were able to come out that night. We showed us the pipe and walked us. Then this week we believed our sump pump broke. Before coming out, he walked my husband. My husband was able to confirm that it was working together with, saving us the home call charge. Would highly recommend, honest and cares about their customers.
Will be calling them back to get almost any additional plumbing support, or some other appliance that is essential installs. Will be our plumbing company for our new house in Olathe.
We'd Kyle out of KC Metro Plumbing also do some rework on water heater pipes and valves and install bathtub fixtures/faucets, and come out. Very prompt, comprehensive, professional, and courteous. Additionally, feel for everything in the cost was reasonable.

When my old one sprung a leak a water heater replaced. . .LJ managed to come out a few hours after I first called requesting a quote (which was about $500 less than rivals ). Service was enormous and extremely professional. Can use them!
Competency and the work ethic of this father-son group was way above and beyond what we could have ever expected or hoped for. They thoroughly and quickly took care of this backed up kitchen sink difficulty I originally called about and addressed two or three further plumbing concerns. They were in and out at a sensible amount of time, and the wash up....spectacular! They were cautious not to disturb my partner that is ailing, than they could possibly know, and that was more appreciated. I recommend KC Metro Plumbing to anybody needing fairly priced. I would vote them all if there were 5 stars!
