They were superb. Had them check and replace the"under concrete" sewer line 5o plus years old. They set everything back and discovered the break. Including pouring new concrete! Bryon was fantastic. Ask for him. So sweet and pleasant to use, efficient and client centic. Fantastic company to utilize on sewer/plumbing - they are so"fair" on cost. Highly - Highly recommend.

I had a experience with Snake'n'Rooter. I had started replacing the cartridge on a Saturday afternoon onto a mixer valve within our upstairs bathroom and couldn't get it disassembled. I asked on a Sunday afternoon through Yelp for quotes and Ryan gave me a response and quote. I decided to go with Snake'n'Rooter and needed a telephone call (as promised) the next morning to let me know the technician would be in my home by 9:30. The tech was very professional, answered my questions, had the repair finished in under an hour and that we haven't had an issue since then. Since they have earned my business, next time we have a repair or job.

I am upset to give this review. I've used Snaken' Rooter on occasions. As we live in an area with many roots two days before Thanksgiving we called for support. Low and behold we had a pipe that had dropped under our cellar floor. They don't let you know exactly what pricing will be... only"minimal is three expansive. Could be ". Charged us to get a service call on first night but told us the check could be ripped up once we completed service ( both plus grand ) the following day. Never occurred. Cashed both checks. Super shady and don't try and call in. Get your quotes not just and comprehensive as a sum.

We would love to say thank you to Melissa, Jonathan, Ralph's Snake'n' Rooter team ,. The quality was outstanding. We hired another firm to come in our property to auger the sewer line & camera. Being that we live out of country we had to trust this business to assist us. A big credit card charge, 1-yr guarantee, & 3 times after the repairs were finished, the line has been blocked... again. The other firm told us we would have to spend an additional $11,500.00 to fix the problem. We left us with no additional choices. We called quote for the repairs & Snake'n' Rooter to get another opinion. It started with Melissa getting Jonathan looped in to our current problem and jumping right on the issue. Then Jonathan & Ralph heading out to the house to investigate. Not only did they give us a more than competitive & fair quote but they went over and beyond spending 3-4 hours outside the house not only exploring the problem & looking at alternatives but they did not leave the house until they were able to clear the congestion & get the line open so that the sewer was practical. As the family remaining in our house is our parents this is news to us. They did not charge us and worked for hours on our house and refused to take any compensation for their services. They stated they felt we'd been taken advantage . Moving forward, Snake'n'Rooter will receive all of our business and we'll recommend them to friends all of family, neighbors, and strangers at the KC metro. They are. N&K

One of the drivers rearended my car on Metcalf. Their driver clearly at fault. The police gave their contact info to me, I contacted the claim to be filed by them and they won't call back. Don't let them on your home who understands what could happen and then do they have insurance and if they do will they make good on it. AVOID THESE PEOPLE!

In short, not only will be Snake n Rooter dependable quick and reasonable, however they do not look to rip you off . They'll offer price estimates over the phone, but remember, it is an ESTIMATE. To that conclusion, the estimates have already been spot on.
I have had to call on Snake n Rooter to their services a couple of times over the last couple of decades. WHEN I called them I do remember, however. It was a Saturday afternoon and I had a business happening in my basement. Being that it was a Saturday afternoon, I was hoping to have raped (rather than kissed!) With weekend rates, or I guessed I would have to set up with the unsavoryness (is that a term??) Until the week.
Recently, today I had to utilize their services again, this time for a bathtub that is clogged. Once more, a very fine young lady answered the phone (on a Saturday!) And let me know she'd have somebody outside. After maybe an hour, the plumber had the issue and was here. On what could be done to help stop the issue in the future, and the plumber provided some insight.
Well, the First Thing impressed me was the reality AND THERE WAS NO AUTOMATED, SAY THIS THING NONSENSE!!, PRESS THIS BUTTON It's been a love affair ever since. Therefore, the phone was answered by a real person, she let me know she would have someone outside to my house and, wait for it and was extremely nice, WITHIN THE HOUR!!!

I am a fan and I would recommend Snake n Rooter for any plumbing emergencies.
True to her word, a gentleman that was very clean and very considerate showed up not long after I got the phone off. Did he treat the basement issue, but he gave me a hint of what to do to avoid that situation from happening. And for the coupe de grace, the fee was extremely reasonable AND there was no extra fee for the weekend look.
I know it's unusual for me to have all enthused. With that said, as far as I am concerned, if you're needing any plumbing requirements, you need not look any further than Snake n Rooter.

I have been using Snake'N Rooter for about ten years. We have a tree in our front lawn that loves to grow into our sewer line, and we now have to have the drain augered, about every 18 months. They do everything and are very pleasant also.

Certainly the Very Best in the industry. Where else will you find a plumbing firm with workers that are respectful, clean-shaven, and considerate? I've utilized plumbing companies and nobody holds a candle to Snake and Rooter. They are in a support to be provided by it, and will take their shoes off clean up their mess. MANY awards have been won by them to their client service and integrity. More than anybody else that I know in the market by far. They treat plumbing problems of people who have cancer for free. Truly impressive.

I don't have any idea whether he is a worker or an owner, and judging from the other reviews I'd like to believe that is an exception rather than the rule for the business. Though, I wouldn't ever call them again, as that individual is on their payroll.
The tech was friendly, but asked whether it couldn't wait until the dawn. When I said no, he questioned how it was we just realized we had a problem at 3am. I won't even dignify that with the explanation. I told him if he did not want to perform the job he must say so. He hung the phone up and said ok.
I called with a crisis service request to get a toilet I couldn't unclog at 3am. It's the only toilet in the apartment and we were desperate to have it all working.

This company is absolutely incompetent they said it technician to snake a drain out and he Explained They could use the toilets the next morning when they woke up the Cellar was Filled with sewer water because he had N't done the job properly and he did N't stress test the drain after he Started it we Discovered That a Huge route clog that block the drain even after he said he Had opened it That he did N't Charge $5000 worth of damage to the Cellar company not only charged us $350 to His work but refused to pay for the damages from the way they have a F minus rating in the Better Business Bureau

By far the worst experience ever with any business. I had a problem where I had to use vice grips to turn on it in my shower has been stripped out the cold water manage. They explained you need valves and sent a tech to fix it cut a hole in the walls. He also put a deal on and stated it will work until I come back on Friday morning in 930 with the valve and whatnot. Friday morning comes and they're a no display and telephone and reschedule for Friday 430. Again they're a no show this time that the supervisor (Edward) calls and guarantees me that the world (new toilet new faucets whatever I wished to make it right) says that he will personally come by Sunday morning to perform the job himself. Because nobody shows up sunday morning I predict. The dispatcher informs me that the tech is becoming parts and that they are on their way. She hangs me up, when I continually ask to speak to a manager. So I call this goes on 27 times and and back she hangs me up. All she did was hang up not knowing if it's was really me and pick up. So I had my girlfriend call and she did exactly the exact same. The work got done Monday evening at 630. The technology that came (Daniel) was professional but the remainder of the provider is a complete joke.

Called to get a rental unit told Debbie that the dispatcher to get them call me she gave me a time of 2 hrs. Their 2hrs actually was 11hrs later I wasn't known so I could meet the tech, I wasn't called and informed of what the problem was nor an estimated cost they just did the work, they didn't even call me when they finished to tell me just how much they charged my card. Still waiting on a manager to call me back. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT SEE IF THIS PRACTICE OF JUST CHARGING YOU CARD IS LEGAL

Within 6 weeks of the guarantee, 2 techs were over to work in my pipe 4 days! . It's just 4 ft. from the main drain pipe. I told them both that hand cranking snake does not do the job! To outline the whole thing, I will never use this company again.

Snake'n' Rooter asserts to offer senior discounts. When my mother didn't receive her discount Linda, that the customer support representative laughed and hung up on me once I called to ask about my mother's discount. The took four and a half hours to set up a kitchen faucet, remove a garbage disposal and ream a couple of drains. I think they cheated her by stretching the time required for the fix rather than giving the discount advertised. Do not use this company because they will deceive you and have a good laugh about it.

I have a company which has used Snake n Rooter for more than ten years. It's a well run company with techs. They can be reached 24 hours per day by you. They have staff and the technology to handle everything from a drain to a sewer line. Naturally there are rare instances when they are called back to a project which didn't appear to be done but what company has a record that is PERFECT? They will get it taken care of and do stand behind their work. Their staff is friendly and professional if it's the people answering the technicians or the phones. The technicians bring mats to put down in the area they're working so you never have to worry about cleaning up after them. It's merely the way Mr. Barefoot, the owner, has structured the company.

Had a stoppage caused by roots that became evident in 9 pm. The technician was on the scene at 8:30 am the morning after. Problem solved. (I believe they could have come out the night for no extra charge) They're great.
