I've been utilizing Gateway Plumbing & Heating for ten years. In that time, I've lived in or managed 4 properties with issues which range from replacement and toilet repairs to water heater replacement. I also have Gateway do boiler maintenance. Over time, their technicians all have been professional and personable, with Sal being one of the technicians I visit often. Dave, one of the ownershandled oversight of a gas line replacement job that was current. Stratos confirms appointments and conducts up. The office staff is also very helpful. Gateway Plumbing is highly recommended by me!
My girlfriend has a steam boiler that had started making banging noises. Gateway considerate and sent a plumber. Stratos got the work done quickly and economically.

Have been using Gateway for at least 10 decades. They are always reliable, on time, provide quotes diagnose the problem right away and get the job done. All technicians are fantastic but we have had a problem and the technician they sent out was wonderful! Strato has been amazing to work with. He has identified the problem, solutions that were given about things to do and remarks and has come out several times to address the problem and help out people.
