Hi Teddy- Meanwhile, take a peek at the pics I have submitted not being able to keep my home in 75 on times that are hot. Tomorrow, I'll call you back.
Update
I'll upgrade again . I have gotten into this mess although I am thinking it's good now.
Air Group did address my concerns and invested hours replacement components, rerunning ducts and even having the unico rep look at the installation. As of right now it seems better, but I need to determine how it is in the summer. . Not the collapse. I need to see what happens when it's 92 outside and I put it.

Overall really satisfied with the response. I did have to have my coil within the handler shifted for $3200 that did look a little steep but they changed the unit.
Thank you Air Group!

I would have considered utilizing Air Group to perform service care but not today. I believe they did great work (James put on the shoe covers to maintain my floors clean, a plus in my book) but they are too expensive for the job that was done. Unless you're fine to invest the cash I can not recommend them.
I'm all for paying a price that is reasonable, but I need to say that charging me $237 to substitute the capacitor is expensive. I don't blame James as he is telling me he attempted to negotiate a price for me and it is.
In reality, James was my house longer, because we had to wait for Air Group to deliver the correct capacitor needed, because he didn't possess it.
Air Group came highly suggested to me, so I opted to use them, knowing that there's a $149 total diagnostic charge (which does not contribute to some labor/repair work done). James, the tech was great, practitioner, and clarified testing and the work he was doing when asked. My AC unit ceased blowing cold air. James quickly found that the device's capacitor was dead. On top of the $149. The same type capacitor on Amazon prices about $20. I will give 37, should they want to claim their capacitor is greater to them. So today there is $200 left for labor??? It is a 10 second job, shirts, to place in the capacitor and receive the AC unit on again. Was brace the capacitor to the unit using a screw, plug screw cover back on, plug in fuse and the unit is back on. Insert another 15-20 minutes to perform more diagnostics to check the air flow temperature and make sure that there are no other problems (there were none). So that puts labor price at $400 per hour! ($200 for 30 minutes of work). Overall charge for about 1 hr of job and a capacitor that is $20 is $411 following tax.

Very pleased with this business. I replaced heat pump and have a maintenance contract. Have been courteous and professional. Repairs were made good on by AG, although the Carrier unit seems to be debatable. I continue to have confidence.

I needed to pay labor for 8 hours when the job should have been completed in 3 months. Not just I needed to pay $900 for a plumber that is second when it's a 1 person job! I did not find the person help more than 1 hour and was never told that I would have to pay the labor cost that is full for him to hang outside. Some parts were marked up to 5x the cost at Home Depot including charging me for 10 ft copper pipe when they used 1 ft. They billed two hours to the time that it took them to get parts. I would NEVER recommend them. Invoice #10782909 in Parsippany, NJ

We've always had prices and great service for more than 20 years. . .Jesse D is outstanding. . .he just"rescued" my Toto Washlet rescue me $300....Jason is equally great....finding and repairing our bathtub's major leakage problem quickly....many thanks steven sussman

I strongly recommend Air Group. Air Group replaced my central air conditioning unit . The team was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
They answered all of my queries, and regardless of the extreme heat in the attic they worked efficiently together. Every individual had a job to do and they all did it. They cleaned up all the debristhey swept and vacuumed. When employees come into your house its fine to get the feeling that they are reliable, especially for such a job between electricity.
I strongly recommend Air Group. The prices were similar to other HVAC companies too. I'll definitely use them again!

I cannot comment on their real work, just their estimate and tips for replacing my fundamental a/c (my condenser broke after 26 years, so I needed to replace the condenser and air handler). The house is small 1400 SF of space.
And AG desired $11,200 for a Payne 13 SEER unit and a lot of work I obviously didn't need. Therefore, when they do work, I really could never recommend AG. I don't actually think the guy from AG who gave me a quote would have done that which he was advocating in his own house with his own money... that's for sure.
I'd feel that AG would have done work had I used them, but only an idiot would pay double the price for a condenser and air handler and substitute a lot of ductwork which multiple contractors said was fine. Air Group also said it wasn't worth the trouble to apply for any utility rebates, however I got a rebate I used.
I got three quotes: one for $7,750, one for $8,650, and Air Group's quotes (they had three choices, which range from $11,200 to $12,800. Air Group's least expensive alternative used a 13 market Payne condenser, however they had been SOOOO expensive even for that. Also, a lot of Air Group's expense was since they had been advocating replacing a lot of my existing ductwork (which my other two contractors said was absolutely fine).

Air Group billed me $169 for a service call, said I had ac system. Had some other sales manager come out to determine. He completely checked system and measured rooms ceiling height. Then sent me an estimate for $10,000.00. Had Jersey Refrigeration come out and they changed capacitor for $225. System functions.

The only reason why I used them is due to the guarantee element. I will not be recommending or using them in the future.
They had to be more reasonable in terms of price and support. They simply completed a furnace repair (replace engine on less than 5 year old unit), which they over-charged me. $200 had been quoted by them, but were able to convince themselves that the bill that was true was 285. It took about 40 minutes to substitute and the engine was under guarantee - that's roughly a $500/hour rate.

Air Group desired $189 bucks to to come over and and diagnose the problem. The aluminum heat exchanger that was highly touted leaked after just 8 decades. They sized it Truly technology The manufacture revealed this The unit includes a 15 year replacement guarantee. So I need someone to come and outside and provide a quote to put in. $2500! Some guarantee DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR unless you aren't spending your money.

That's the issue with Air Group. You do not understand who you're going to get. It might be somebody or it couldn't be. But you will pay a leg and an arm anyhow.
I had confidence from the guy who came. He reset the toilet in approximately the time that he appeared more knowledgeable and quoted. In addition, he didn't charge me. The young guy on Easter appeared in over his head. I asked that the second plumber if 7.5 hours to unclog a principal line seemed fair and he said we have a very long sewer line. Yes we're on a corner lot, but we do not have a lot of super big residence or property. I think it is significantly less than.2 acres. But I do not understand which is the reason why experts are hired by me.
Update: Air Group took my criticism and offered a refund, which I think it fair. I love a company that values it standing and its clients' experiences. I've improved my score .
Bottom line: I think they sent . So yes I was able to have a plumber on Easter Sunday, but he was so blessed it cost $2400 and he could not finish the job in a fair period of time! Hindsight is 20/20, but I would have waited until Monday if my party guests weren't going to be able to use the bathroom anyway.
In terms of cleaning up, the initial plumber did not do a comprehensive job. There was still stuff here and there on a black boot mark on our rug which had escaped the initial overflow , black hand prints on our walls, along with the floor. But I understand he was tired after a very long job and that he was headed to another one. In addition, he failed to move stuff out of the way of their outs. For instance, we had a kitchen chair in storage from our basement that could have been moved out of the way before he began. There is now dirt onto it he didn't clean up. This sounds like inexperience. Because he sounds like a nice kid who probably isn't ready to do these jobs alone I left him a plate of food on his way out.
I left a message in 7:15, a girl explained that the prices are higher because it is a vacation and Sunday and returned my call at 9:15 ish. I consented since we were hosting a party (little did I know he would not be done until my guests were leaving). The guy came around 10:15 and began. When we got there in two he said it was taking longer since he needed to go pick up a more snake (time that I needed to pay for). In addition, he looked frazzled and stressed. We advised our guests and handed out Wet Ones. When my guests were leaving, the guy gave me the charge of $2,400 for 7.5 hours of work!!!! In addition, he told me somebody would have to come to reset the toilet. I believe he broke the flange on the toilet with his inexperience, but I do not really know because I am not a plumber (which is the reason why I am hiring you ).
Air Group is pricey. I mean! $2400 for a principal lineup that is clogged pricey! I've always thought they were overpriced but I loved that I could reach them and it was simple to schedule an appointment. So when my basement toilet overflowed because our point was clogged on Easter Sunday if we hosted a party for my son's baptism, I phoned them.

Fantastic thing concerning Air Group, they are on time, and the technician seem to be educated.
Disadvantages: They are unreasonably expensive. I only found out that the $350 transformer that they billed me ($350 is only the parts), cost $15 on amazon!

I called Air Group when we discovered they came out and one of our pipes were frozen and mended it. The tech was really helpful, courteous, and got the work done. Fantastic firm.

I have been a long time client of Air Group. However, following a conversation with a few of the service managers I will no longer use them for whatever. We had been having an issue with an ac unit they installed and warrantied. We decided to get another opinion and return to Air Group. Heather, who answered the phone, told me that Gary wanted to service our account, when we phoned them to schedule an appointment. We insisted on talking with him to learn why, since he was not brave enough to tell us himself. He actually offered no explanation that was fantastic and seemed trivial, childish and simply bothered that a different company had been entailed by us. It almost sounded like we'd hurt Gary's feelings. After he continued to whine about no longer servicing the account we eventually hung up. This could be the worst customer service I have ever received, especially from a business with which I have spent tens of thousands of dollars. We can spread the word and will now be pleased to spend that cash with one of the many companies in the area.

Air Group did an absolutely amazing job for me. A/C system was replaced. The team was professional and respectful and required good care to make sure that everything was done in a neat and clean manner. Carpeted floors and hard wood were protected using NEW tarps and rubber mats. Cleanup was cared for and once the guys left, there was little to nothing to do. Looked they'd been here.
The system setup and set up in the attic was nicely engineered I actually ended up with more room in the attic than there was previously.
The experience was among the best contractor jobs. You group for a world class job and thanks to you done a fantastic cost.

If you don't enjoy throwing money away, don't bother with this company. In their ballpark estimates that aren't even close to other quotes from different repair businesses, to their exceptionally impolite office supervisor, There is really nothing good to say about the technicians' work and also their service. Refunds for poor excellent work isn't even believed at Air Group. Once you sign off on their poor work (that literally breaks 24 hours after ), they're maintaining your cash. I would recommend Sears Repair if anybody is a decent worker who desires quality fixes for their home for a price as well.

These men are like the Cartier of pipes, HVAC etc.. Expensive but they do Work that is excellent and available at odd hours.

I had and had to phone for minor maintenance which didn't cost much. So that I would have no issues I opted to find a brand new system. After using the AC for under two summers, the evaporator coil needed to be replaced that costs about $1000 to fix. . not covered under warranty. This company told me to telephone Carrier which is the mfr they purchase from to see if they'd defray the cost. It was a waste of time. I whined but Air Group or Carrier assumes accountability. I looked online and found so many reviews about Carrier products and potential class actions some associated with the part and well. .many other expensive repairs to brand new HVAC systems that from horrible complaints on Consumer Affairs' amount, I'm not looking fwd to what will break. Air Group, obviously stated that they were unaware of other cases even though the complaints are easily available online and presumed zero responsibility. Yeah. . But things should not break on a brand new unit with use. Inadequate zero and work liability. .Do yourself a huge favor... and also do a little research before purchasing these products. Some pics attach from Consumer Affairs criticism site.

Charged me 618 bucks for 3 bucks worth of insulation for my ac unit which has been leaking. Charged me rates for my home unit. They said they'd review. My device is leaking. If I can, I'd give zero stars. Complete rip off.

I give this business air group for heating air-conditioning plumbing etc. Venting issues I give them a zero they shouldn't they do Not even deserve 1 star they are the most incompetent Business that I have ever dealt with
