Very Unreliable!!! I had a scheduled appointment for a dressing table replacement and they never showed up. Appointment was confirmed for over a week. I called the office and was meant to feel like it was my fault that they never showed up This was my first time and last using this co!! Many RELIABLE plumbers in NJ.

Crooks!!! Complete crooks. 24/7 emergency repairs are advertised by them together with truck. Called on a Saturday when my hot water tank not worked. Tech shows up fractures a pipe which was broken then tells me to alter the pvc pipe and the control valve he is 1,500 and he can not do it until Monday and then charges me 125 for coming to do damage. A fresh hot water tank is only 500. I did it myself and googled the component which was only 170 ordered it and watched a YouTube video. Called course's workplace and the supervisor is never in or available and they say they can not do anything. Never use this company they are crooks and untrue advertisers.

They installed a Unico A/C system in four days and they actually went above and beyond to ensure we're happy and informed. The job was done neatly and without any mess. The loft is cleaner than when they started even though it has got tubes and ducts snaking around and neater. These men are well-trained and specialist.

These men are excellent. Starting with the Revenue guy Ed, to installers Dwayne / Denson, to Bryan the problem shooter all professionals within their various locations. It's correct it is not simple to turn into a approved Costco installers.

Mike & dwayne V simply left my house from installation of a condenser. These guys never whined, wore bootys, although it was a muddy, messy location to work in and enthusiastically worked really well together for the few hours it took to eliminate my unit that was 22 year-old.

Costco clients beware. You will find the price from other licensed Lennox dealers and MUCH better service.
I contacted C&C for a fundamental AC replacement via the Costco program. I had three additional companies give an estimate to me. The C&C rep, Chris E, did some of them's least work. No measurements were taken by him, every other rep measured my house to ascertain the suitable AC size. The other repetitions also discussed the condition of other things and my work to make the system more effective. He wouldn't allow the newspaper to be kept by me, I had to take a photo of it. Chris stated he'd send me the proposals, which he never did, and neither Chris nor C&C contacted me again. I might have gotten this amount of bad professionalism and service by choosing any number from the telephone book.
Chris told me that 75% of the business of C&C comes from Costco. So if you're a Costco customer, you should receive different estimates since the Costco price of C&C isn't so great. On helping you determine what's best for your property and with will probably be thorough and professional. C&C was in my home to create a sale, another dealers wanted me to be more happy with a solution.
C&C's price on a 16K system was only a few than other Lennox dealers. Among those Lennox dealers was very aware of the price game that C&C plays to make you think as you're going thru Costco you're getting a fantastic price. Their price isn't so different even following the rebates and Costco money back, and another dealers said they would match or beat the C&C price because the gap was low.

There must have been a wiring problem with thermostat and unit. C and C managed to find it out and maintained that a unit in summertime throughout that time. The group was neat and very professional when working indoors. Thank you for taking the time to perform the work correctly and not just cut at corners.

A helper and Dave installed a new attic fan as well as the device Now. So far as I can tell that they did a wonderful job and cleaned the clutter up that replacing an AC unit creates.
I've got two AC/Heat units and I have had problems with my upstairs AC since I moved in 10 years ago. I've had numerous heating and cooling pros come to inspect the machine - some said to replace it, several stated to add coolant (it certainly did have a slow flow the past 3 years). I felt as though I was being scammed, although I have had quotes to replace the AC. (I really do believe this a lot with automobile amateurs and heat/ac repairmen - sometimes I wish I wasn't so cynical ). Last year, another company told me that all I needed was yet another osmosis increase, and I proceeded with this even though I knew it wouldn't last the Summer (I could not afford to fix or replace the device at the time).
I met from C&C who stated he could repair the leak or replace the device Brian. Since fixing the flow is itself expensive, and since the coolant it takes is no more used (and is itself very expensive), I went with a device replacement. (I also wanted a unit that is stronger in order I knew it'd cool off to the days of Summer). The price he quoted me to get a 2.5 ton unit was about the same or less than other quotes I obtained for 2 ton components (which is what I had), and more importantly, I felt as if he was being honest and straightforward with the choices he proposed. He'd state a 2 ton unit was likely enough, but having had problems in Summer with my upstairs being so hot I chose to be secure with the unit. He said I'd be good with the 2.5 ton unit.

C&C was our heating company for a decade. They maintained it and put in it. We had the heat go outside at least once. Every.Single.Year. I always chalked it up to the system being a high end finicky model (that they offered me). That changed this year when the tech to be within two weeks in our home pointed out severe corrosion . The boiler C&C had maintained annually which. A flow in the aluminum pipe had caused once the tech pointed it out, corrosion that was obvious. It took at least a year to rust to there. Recall how it had been pointed out by the FIFTH C&C tech to maintain our home over a two month period? The maintenance plan is a joke. Either they're so incompetent they don't notice problems, they don't really do the maintenance you pay because they're so dishonest until they become expensive they ignore issues. Obtaining C&C fix the corroded part and to own up to their utter failure was a nightmare. Use them at your own risk.

After spending over $700 with another HVAC company rather than solving the problem I called C&C in. The tech Mike was pinpointed and thorough where the difficulty was, a leaking coil in the furnace. Unlike the other company they could diagnose the issue. A couple of days later the coil was installed. The tech did an excellent job in conditions that are tight. All parts of customer service was spot on, the technicians could not of been much more professional. My experience with C&C was topnotch!

These guys are just the best. Used them. Excellent support. Excellent people. Very reasonable pricing.
No words I really like this company. So had to say goodbye I moved far away in their support area!

The pro is that these men were responsive and prompt. It turns they are completely useless if fixing anything. My husband ended up fixing the heat problem himself and the men c&c sent out didn't help at all. We pretty much through out $150. I was very disappointed. Would never use the men.

Had a problem with my heat, the came out and substituted a pump and had me up and running in a couple of hours ( they needed to find the part). I also have had both seasons ceremony done and also purchased a service contract. All work was professionally done. The service techs clarified options and all work and were very easy to address. Would highly recommend this business and will continue to perform service contracts in the future with them.

Came out late last night 90* at the home. Dave put in a capacitor that is new we have a cool home at under 1/2 hr. Service cost that is fair. Thank

This time needed a service call at my workplace. They are fair, efficient and don't make the occupation. I would strongly suggest them.

It has finally been approved by the fire inspector, Nowadays. NO Due to C&C Heating and Air-Conditioning. The folks in that office know nothing about client service. Over the course of 14 months C&C not did anything unless I made a call to their office. They failed on each call I made to their office. It took 13 months of me to finally get a permit number so I could arrange for fire plumbing and electrical inspection. When the setup was done and they were compensated, they did nothing to assure that the permit was received by the client (Me) or match with the fire inspector to get a re-inspection. They took the cash and ran, Though this firm performed like most bottom of the barrel contractors. C&C Heating and Air-Conditioning is a company I would not recommend to anyone for any reason. They lack any feeling of customer service or satisfaction.
