To setup an appointment, simple, Harry showed up over the assigned time window and quickly went to work using a stubborn bathtub drain that had eluded my own efforts with a snake. Harry got our bathtub drain back, although the clog was far into the drain . The wife thought he was fine, professional, and useful. Cost was right about what I had anticipated, and that's to say that it was fair. I will definitely keep the telephone number of A-1 .

We had a technician by the name of Chris fix. I do trust Yelp testimonials but previous 5 star reviews here were suitable. They have been prompt, on time, reasonably priced and professional. Chris was the very considerate and professional serviceman we met. Everything updated us and he performed. I think we found our move from here on out.

12/4/18Main drain has been backed up. Guess who I called...A-1 of course! They sent out the exact same person Bradley again. Glad they had him come outside again. He provided excellent service. Came out than anticipated, fixed the clogup, and washed up just like he was never here.

A-1 functionality rooter and pipes was when I called the only firm that answered. They came out when I wanted them they fixed our clogged bathroom sink within seconds and the cost was better than other firms (which called me back hours later). Please don't waist your time calling anyone else.

They were the only ceremony that answered their telephone on Saturday & Sunday with a"real person" that was kind and knew what she was referring to ((not a calling machine or a call service centre ))... It felt so great to really speak to someone who was not going to call me or transfer me have someone call me. ... :0 . . .also, she answered & rescheduled without any issues & the Sunday times they gave me didn't work for my church program, I rescheduled twice and phoned back! ... it is soooo nice to work with type people!!!
Eric came out and he was no different! ... ((as they say, apples do not fall far from the tree!!!)) He was great, fought the parking & traffic in Belmont shore ((with this crazy hot afternoon )) and wedged a space behind our house and had no complaints about any of it! I found out this is a family company, which makes total sense, because I feel the feeling of a family once I work together! He also fixed the drain issue employing the snake and first vacuuming out then the water that was backed up & pulling the pieces beneath the sink.
I HATE calling electricians, contractors and plumbers! . . I usually get the impression since I'm a girl, that they think, they can say anything charges me and that I won't know the difference. This is the first time that I feel that a provider can be trusted by me!
I forgot to get a quote before hand so that I was somewhat worried that I could get a expensive bill being that it is a Sunday! But to top off this... he gave me an AMAZING price!!! ... $20 cheaper than quotations I purchased to get a weekday call!! :0

Called A-1 at 9:50am on a Saturday (yesterday on 4/20) because I fell 1 of those facial jelly ball cleansers down the bathtub drain and it was totally stuck. They gave an ETA involving 10:30-11am. . Eric showed up at 10:45! I told him what I did and that he managed to snake out it within 10 min. No mess friendly, fixed it price. A-1 beat the price of the others and could come out much quicker if you reside in Long Beach I would not waste any time looking around like I did. Just call A-1 they will send out a nice person to help you out of a bind fast, even on a holiday weekend)

We got estimates A1 had competitive pricing explained the problem and solution and started and completed the job in a matter of days.

I had a plumber that I've used for many years but wanted to cost check them. A-1 was phoned by me and found them very competitive. The pipe was up against a tree. They did a fantastic job for a fantastic price. And watched out for my landscape slightly more. But I am very picky.
I phoned them up to clear a drain. They took care of the issue, also came within an hour and a half.
