We have been heading to Eric for 10 decades now, and he's worked inside and outside of my house (current and previous). He's communicative, punctually, honest, fair, and reliable. What more could you request? For all of us, they go above and beyond. I refer others whenever anyone says something about needing a fantastic plumber.
Iwanted to check a couple of things out and've moved back to my condo. Eric arrived and fixed my garbage disposal problem and tested the drain. He clarified that the water pressure made it seem like the bathtub was draining but it really wasn't. He place the drain back together after it had been taken by my tenant apart on guidance when the garbage disposal was installed, from a different plumber that also did not get rid of a significant bit of plastic. The price was fair. Eric was happy to answer several additional questions that I had about the bathroom handle and give me some estimates for future needs. More, I'm glad he was available. It's a company, so that he is able to get here on precisely the same afternoon, but I am happy when he can because I get the job done right and save a money.

Eric and Dave finished a job that included installation of Restoration Hardware fixtures two broad spread toilet sinks, including a brass shower enclosure, stem and tip toe and did an exceptional job. By this I mean Eric made certain time has been spent to perform the work correctly. And, when the shower bar necessary adjustment, there was no charge for the follow-up. Options to manage leak in addition to the tip-toe were addressed andI understand Eric took time to obtain hardware to help get the work done.
We bought a home in the 818 and this is our appointment within the past 2 months together. The business should say all of it! All have been very good experiences. My wife took care of the first two given I had been on the job and I managed to meet them. Also at responding immediately very great. First two visits involved fixing a variety of components of the sprinklers (two entirely different breaks) and the third was mending our water heater. Would suggest these as the go to guys for your plumbing needs in the valley.
1st Choice does it !!!! I found a crack. Eric was quick to diagnose the problem and quote the job. Eric got to work and showed up on time. As they had to jack hammer through my base to get to the root of the 24, it wasn't the easiest of tasks. Once through there was more trouble under the base as the cast iron pipes had rusted through. Eric and his staff was able to replace all the drain pipes using contemporary ABS to ensure this problem will never return. I can not talk highly enough about his staff Eric and 1st Choice Plumbing. They are always.
The inspection report said I wanted a licensed plumber check a leaky sink drain and to come out and to re grout a few tiles in the shower. Eric came for a FREE quote. Eric stated no work was required and there was no leak after watching the water run for a little. He didn't require any re grouting and also told me the shower was fine. WOW!!! I am blown away at his honesty and ethics. Eric gave me a receipt stating everything was fine and that if I wanted plumbing repairs later on he'd be glad to be there for me. Fantastic PLUMBER!!!!!

Eric and Ric were professional and friendly. For installing a sub-meter for our sewer / water usage separation we called them. Price was large but I think it may be about the same anywhere else. They did the work and came. Fingers crossed that we will see some economies on our sewer usage between LADWP by installing the sub-meter. They took care of the permit as well. They are a team that is good. Thank you for assisting us with all the install.

These guys are all wonderful, honest reliable. Once they arrive you will never be gouged by them or upsell you. They'll tell you if they will never charge you for a service call if they can't fix it and can't help. Their rates are very reasonable and they are! You won't regret trying them.
Since moving to the valley, second time that I've wanted a pro plumber and next time that I've achieved to 1st and eric alternative for support. This time, it was a gas leak in the hot water heater. Yet more, eric courteous was on time, and walked me through the entire inspection. I was pleased with my choice to call 1st option again and I won't hesitate to call later on. Bottom line, first choice has expertise, professionalism, and pricing that is reasonable.
These men are fair and some of the nicest folks I've met in this state! They only fixed what is bankrupt up currently selling or over charging. You can depend on them to fix it and help you understand what's happening to help with difficulties. We've used them several times and they are fantastic.
Called 1st Option after I received an Astronomical quotation to possess my drain cleared. They asked what the issue was and showed up on time, after I explained the problem they went directly snaking the drain. They said I had a blockage that was pretty terrible, after snaking the drain for a little while, and they indicated for me to receive it power surged. They began power surging the congestion and told me that the cost which was very sensible. It took just 10 minutes to purge the drain, as it ought to, and everything was functioning. The following day, the issue didn't seem so I phoned them back, solved. They came right out responded almost instantly, took another look, also yielded results. They fixed the problem.... Plus they didn't give me another invoice for the next visit. (Wow. . .mind dismissed ).
Then when they arrived, they went to work and were very clear on which they believed was problem. (Second indication of good support ) They did the best that they can and stated,"if it has been offer you a issue, give us a call." (darn... I'm going to drown.)
I didn't expect much out of a plumber. I've been victim to some opportunistic plumbers. Whenever you have water running all over the place and it is the end of the day, what exactly are you going to perform? You get gouged... you bend over and accept it.
These men are priced somewhat higher than some of its rivals, however I was willing to try them because they were willing to come sooner than everybody else who lent a four hour window at the day's close. (First indication of adequate support ).

Our toilet tub has been very slow and over the last couple of months, it began to drain slower almost to a point a tub would take 3 months! Eric and tried unclogging the drain using the snake and Rick from 1st Option pipes came out. It was unsuccessful and Eric determined the'trap' in the pipe might be clogged. Fixing the trap was a job that involved going underneath the home via subfloor crawlspace. Eric did a great job cutting on the galvanized pipe and the trap and replaced it with pipe and trap. The pipe was clogged entirely with years of rust. The bathtub drains in moments. Fantastic job by 1st Choice Plumbing.
