Tankless Hot Water Solutions

Sunday day I noticed that my Noritz Tankless Water System was not working & my daughter was desperate the following morning that she would not have hot water. I predicted Noritz first the next morning & they gave me Tankless Hot Water Solutions (THWS) one of 4 recommendations later giving me a couple things to try . I then called Dave in THWS & spoke to him. He had me check. That my daughter's position was explained by me. Dave texted his boss on his off day. He came to the home & we checked out found that a distant GSW had tripped due to a while I do in my Green House & many options. My daughter did have her shower in time to get to her grad courses & work.
Both Ted & Dave were real gentlemen professional & I highly recommend them.
Ted did remain & discuss the state of my 10 year-old system that has worked perfectly. He explained that he urges a cleaning every 5 or 6 years so I was way ahead using the 10 decades. We've had some problems getting water to the laundry in the house's far side. Ted gave use many options to fix this issue for example cleaning of system & replacement of valves that may be restricting water flow that was hot or advanced unit replacement.

This is the seventh year that Tankless Hot Water Solutions has serviced the device. They were also a little late for appointment, but the office called to let me know and sent a tracking text showing precisely where the service tech was. Great support and will continue to use them for routine maintenance and any issues that may develop.

I've been using them for several years. We have used them for 2 separate new installs as well as maintenance. His staff is professional along with the owner is great and does excellent work. Kevin is that we deal with often - he's knowledgable and skilled, and always does a fantastic job.

The quality and worthiness of our water heater, as well as the company surprised us, beginning when Ted came to give us a quotation , to the fantastic work for the installation.

Ted came himself went through the system. There was a issue with the pump, but the origin of the shutoff was that the system not got power.
Ted was. He offered to give me his 25' three wire extension cord, stating he could purchase a new one the following day. I insisted on paying for the'like new' extension cord.
The outlet had become wet, and we needed to connect the system into an outlet via an extension cord. Ted assured me when the outlet dried off that would be fine. I could not find one long enough.
Because Tankless had set up it nearly four decades ago, I called them. They consented to come by late in the day Though they were active.
After days of heavy rain, our excellent stainless steel Navien stopped working. I managed to do a reset.

I get exceptional service in each area from Tankless. I am a long-time client and I've expanded our use of the solutions to overall plumbing needs. I've been pleased with results. They do a superb job getting me fast, timeliness of service telephone, thorough explanation of recommendation and identification and any follow-up that's required. In the area I've worked with Good results with Kevin and Armando. Office staff terrific! Ted, the owner, is involved and service oriented. Great company!

Since Ted went over and beyond to ensure I got Hot 18, I strongly suggest them.

Called them and will call them once per year later on to maintain my tankless water heater. They are quite professional with pricing. They came on time instead of only serviced the unit, but went above and beyond to address a water pressure problem. Much appreciated. Call them for basic servicing and definitely if you're having any plumbing problems, if you have a heater.

And why wasn't I told that the technician would not have the ability to make the appoint and called? lunch gal was Since the office.
We do all of the things we are supposed to perform, proceed things so the technician will have access, stay home, etc., and these jerks don't call me 12:50pm to say they can't make the time.
Another firm that and schedules appointments does not appear or call.
I called this week to come out and support the unit and purchased a Noritz water heating system from this business. They scheduled a time to 12:00pm on Thursday, September 7th,

I'd filled out an online form to have a person come out to get de-scaling and a 2-year test on my tankless water heater. It's recommended to have this done by the manufacturer, although there was nothing wrong with it. The business emailed & texted the arrival time, also showed up on time. They left and did de-scaling and their test using CLR solution in about 45 minutes. About 2 hours laterI moved into my kitchen sink to wash a glass out I meant to drink out of. I discovered the water was cloudy and looking. I smelled a strong chemical odor. I'd CLR circulating through the pipes in the house! It took about an hour of running all the showers and sinks to completely clear all of the CLR in the pipes. All that wasted water! AND I had to employ a licensed plumber to come out and inspect the system . This plumber said he uses CLR because it is toxic. He also said that if CLR is used, the isolation valve on the heater has to be used, and a rinse of this water heater needs to be done. He advocated uses either a citric acid solution to flush out the backbone just if a little is left from the system, because CLR is caustic to your skin and very poisonous if consumed. There are also several commercial, tankless. I also discovered that the guys who came out were not plumbers, they were"technicians"! Nobody from their management has called me about a refund of my $249, although I will say that, in their favor, they confessed their failure and apologized. I documented them to give adequate support and have called my credit card company.

Truly fantastic customer service. Tankless Hot Water Solutions came out to diagnose a problem we were experiencing our 12 year old water heater. They performed a fix that has been suggested by the unit's maker. After all was said and done, it was that the suggested fix was not necessary. Tankless Hot Water Solutions refunded the price of this work. We had them perform any other needed plumbing jobs the work was nicely done and clean and while they were out. Many thanks for customer support and great work to David and Kevin. When he said he would and kept me informed with the maker throughout the full process david constantly followed .

Had my tankless water heater (Navien) leaking right before the 4th of July weekend and Ted was like a ninja in receiving the manufacturer to pay it, coming himself out to scrutinize it same day, and receiving a qualified crew to my house on the actual 4th of July vacation to perform the four hour occupation of removing and installing a replacement device. Ted and Tankless are unquestionably Best in Class in LA.. Recommend!!

This company is legit. Great service and knowledge. There are lots of posers out there. . .beware !

Armando came out and put in my new tankless heater. He was courteous and professional, and put in water lines and a new gas line to the job. Everything worked out great, no fees, no up fees, exactly what was estimated. On top of that, I have hot water! Thanks Ted and Armando!
