Marc came out this morning(Sunday) to purge my toilet sink. He's the model of professionalism within his trade. Decades later, our'special needs' son developed the bad habit of flushing baby wipes down the toilet. Ean recommended we upgrade the sewer lines, after cleaning out the lineup several times. We replaced 110 feet of clay pipe and a few hundred more feet of galvanized pipes with P.V.C. lines and haven't had any issues since.

Marc and ean are real pros. I made an appointment to replace my current bathroom, which has a FlushMate power flush device. They noticed it had a FlushMate unit in the water closet and began removing the bathroom. They suggested that, because of California's low flow requirements, a typical handle flush toilet call for a second flush and may be a little slow. They told me they would be delighted if I wanted, to replace the bathroom. I cancelled the installation They were here for about a half hour and chose to take their advice , and they would not take my cash, even though I chose for the setup. That's says a good deal about their personality.
KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! I phoned them to retrofit the P-trap in my bathroom sink that dripped in the rusted galvanized pipe threads. Having consulted with a plumbers no one appeared to get a solution. Marc and Ean came in, put their heads together, and in a matter of minutes figured a way. It works like a charm. No leaks and more easy to snake in case of a clog.

We have called on Make it Drain several times in the last several weeks because they must have anybody inquiring that you don't look any further and I need to put up this review. I've called them to both of my grandparents homes (faucet installation and then a major sewer line replacement) and lately my dads for a big leak below the house. They did an outstanding job, showed punctually and sometimes early, went to work, explained clearly what had to be fixed and have always been considerate. A fast inspection showed that the water heater must be replaced. They U-turned the water supply from the heater therefore my home could have water before the guys came back with a brand new heater.
Important to mention this was on MLK day, most stores were closed and supplies so weren't readily available. In spite of this reality, the guys were back at 2pm with a brand new heater and finished the replacement procedure. Pricing was right too. Nevertheless to mention that Ian was kind enough to correct my toilet bidet too and, nothing further billed for it. Impressed.

Had a escape from the water heater which was discovered around 9pm. Appointment was place as early as 7am the following day.

I had a clogged bathroom, I mean really bad. We got overflowing to prevent, but it still would not flush. Since I had a bad experience previously with Rapid Plumbing I was apprehensive.
