We can not say enough great things. Jeffrey Young and Tony Alas went miles out of the way to make sure we're comfortable with what had been going on every step along the way.
What a fantastic company! We had a camera review completed and found there was a"belly" of water trapped in our main sewer line, and it needed to be substituted. This is a very costly one too and no small job. We were told as a way to make it to the sewer pipe, they'd need to come inside and dig our living area. After much debate they decided instead under ground outside our home.
Tony and his crew were top notch,highly seasoned, super friendly and on time daily. We highly recommend them, and are very happy with the job that is finished.

As my mother does not have yelp, I am reviewing for her (her words).
It looked like she was happy with Tracy's work. She said that Tracy was there two days for hours each day. It sounded like Tracy was friendly and very patient. He had been nice enough to scratch our puppy. Tracy helped when she thought she dropped it, my mother find her cell phone. I guess that's because it comes with a one year warranty, although the price sounded a little large.

Update as of 7/14/19 they did refund my money and apologized on their part for the accident. So I've changed my review to 3 15, they made good on my situation. Some of those good things is that they gave a free quote initially. As anybody is capable of making a mistake so I would just get a few quotes.
After I sent an email explaining the situation they never followed . Stole $199 from me. This is what I got that the professionals couldn't. So that I could not warn other potential clients of their scam, I was blocked by them on Facebook.

I got suckered in to replacing my chief. This company lied to me and explained that I might need to move from my house, while in fact it had to be replaced. "This home can not be lived in". I felt pressured to get the job done. With a straight face that they wanted to charge over ten grand to get a 25 foot part of the main sewer. Im only 40 plus they gave me a senior discount. That was overpriced. Had I known what I know now I might have saved myself on 2k. Buyer Beware! I hope your kids get a good education at least I know you are currently doing something great

Joshua came out within 2 hours I fixed me my faucet and called. Did any job and went the extra mile. He was kind and quite knowledge. I highly recommend him to resolve some of your plumbing needs.

Jose is your hero. I had my kitchen sink valve too corroded for me to take off. Jose was very professional and managed to remove the impossible valve and price was fare. Only downside dispatcher estimated earlier arrival time, for me waiting but Jose's work composed.

I am giving them 1 star because I can't afford them 0 stars. I scheduled a consultation together from 9-11 am and they called me at 10 am saying that the technician are there about 10:30-11. I never received another call and they simply never showed up. I wasted my entire awaiting them. The appointment folks and very flaky were very short with you on the telephone.

I contacted Rooter Hero to come over to perform a out of my kitchen sink I had been advised the situation was much worse Joshua Munoz and his manager Mike on each step along the way was beneficial and quite informative. Joshua spent nearly a week at our house fixing our problem I trust him implicitly to perform the job he's very thoughtful and each step along the way he constantly asked if I had any questions I never trusted a company a whole lot more than I trust this one. Joshua went over and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend this company and if your lucky ask Joshua.

Great pricing, professionalism, quality and support. We're so very happy with our results. We had major work done, such as going through 6' DEEP beneath our home and through the cement foundation. This process was professional, clean, trustworthy, fast, and painless. The Rooter Hero San Jose location did outstanding work. I had the water primary not closing and a water spicket properly. I called them late the day before and they gave me an appointment. The tech came within the window of time to get the appointment. He explained the problems. He showed me different repair options and pricing. He was very educated and calm about the pipes. The same day, the problem was repaired. Rooter Hero is When I have a plumbing issue that is future.

We discovered that our main water line from the street to the house had ruptured due to roots out of a nearby tree. Rodney was able and came out the following morning diagnose the issue. It was that the main line was made of a light weight PVC pipe and the previous owners had planted trees across the line. Consequently, we had to replaced the line. While the new line has been placed in that we would have water, as a favor to us, he did a temporary repair of the line. Rodney worked late into the night installing copper pipe digging the trench and demolishing concrete. He was super friendly and helpful to myself and also the neighbors that came by to inquire. He brought additional bags of compost to replace the dirt displaced by roots. He purchased additional irrigation heads to the replace the ones damaged in the relocation. He had a great can-do attitude throughout the process with a feeling of caring for his customer. I would recommend Rodney to anyone searching for a plumbing alternative as I know he has got the clients best interest in mind and will do a fantastic job.

Correct me if I wrong, rooter hero or rooter horror. Every time I called I must pray, fear, scare or take a chance if that company will be displayed up on time or not showed up I really don't think they care about individuals out there if -5 stars accessible if would give to this company. This SOB lied to my face and stood in my house. I really don't wish to mention that the title of the EXCELLENT firm that actually opened the drain but you need to see my reviews and you'll be able to get it out there if you click on my name.
I simply had my drain opened... by another firm! The guy from Hero"tried" to start up our drain, then explained that to do it he'd need to... blah, blah, blah; $1761.00!!! But he wanted to charge $300 so we could replace it, to eliminate the drain cover in the bathtub, which is when my tear off alarms went away.
This business is built to scam. I will be reporting my incident to Consumer Affairs and the the BBB (for what it's worth).

Here is the second time that I used Rooter Hero Plumbing in The San Fernando Valley, and I highly recommend this business to all residents and companies who desire great job, a reasonable to much better price then the competition, and a business that has an honest workforce. These attributes combined are difficult to find and this is the reason why I am sharing my excellent experience with Mike Noteware, Tracy Rygh, Marcos, Jose, youthful Jose and Hector doing a fantastic job. .

The good:
They are also not above using pressure tactics to up-sell you that you might not require. Using words such as"worst-case scenario," to explain relatively common plumbing issues seems a little under plank to me. So does without running us through a variety of 18, implying the most expensive repair to this issue.
They aren't above using bait-and-switch tactics to get business. Since we redeemed a coupon to get a free camera review Rooter Hero was called by us. When I asked when they sent their camera in for the file that should have been created, I had been advised that is a paid support. I paid $2,692 to get a clean-out installed. Then ask me to get money for the file and they would like to go back on their voucher.
The plumbers were courteous and quick. They identified the issue, and they must work straight away. It only took 1 1/2 days to complete the job.
When a flow behind our machine occurred following the setup *, they sent a plumber out right away to attend to the issue, free of charge. This guy responded by replacing a hose behind the machine and was quite attentive. He also fixed some minor issues happening with both of our bathrooms as a courtesy. This was really good of himand he represents Rooter Hero.
I came out feeling that they care about their own bottom line than their clients. That's all we can expect nowadays. However, if I'm paying above average fees for solutions, I need above average service to come together with this. That is my line.
