Why. I called in and spoke to the operator and told her I have a water that wont turn away. She tried to get me going by obtaining a quote for labour and parts. Instantly I was transferred by her to Vincent which he was very professional and gave me a bargain and bargain was better than every other plumber that afternoon that I had called. So Vincent had an on call man"Steve" to show up and he'd called me within an hour. To me that's responsive, extremely fast, and communicative. Upon his arrival, Steve went above and beyond his measure to do so squared away until it floods by shutting the valve. He actually went his way and actually made my day, thank you Steve!!! It was repaired by him in no time none of that stuff.

The unethical part which you doesn't seem to understand is the fact that your firm billed us for extra charges (Mold Remedial) and fees which was not agreed upon nor fully disclose before the treatment. That's a deceptive act! Additionally, we were into paying because Tracy was told not to leave our resident empty handed pressure. As you avoid meeting to discuss about this subject You'd Tracy do your job. Had I understood the price of the treatment it would be refused by me !
Regarding the Proposal, your company emailed me a Proposal of a preexisting customer (William Herdrich) whom had similar works done and quoted me their price. Me also charged for admin fee to draft up the proposal which was clearly a bad job of paste and copy.
You went as far as charging me for works that was never perform. For example, our whole addition of one bathroom and 2 bedrooms is about 577 feet and we were quoted by them of 224 feet of the whole bathroom that was infested with mould. In fact, our bathroom is just (5.67 ft x 12.4 ft) 70 square feet complete and flows was only around the floor about 40 square feet. They wanted to charge me for all four ceiling and wall for mould therapy when in question the floor was in fact to begin the treatment. They also don't present the customer evidence that my bathroom had mould or only wet woods. We were of cleaning stuff charge.
Per our conversation via text on Monday 9/17/2018. What was agreed upon was"Mold remedy of those structural elements if necessary for $200." On the other hand, the Proposal which you emailed had it for $250.

So there is my update. Consider it.
I agreed to update it, after being requested by the proprietor to eliminate my review.
As I explained to Victor I had been unhappy with their service. They came out, spent a great deal of time suggesting some costly processes, and trying a couple of procedures. They had been unsuccessful at clearing the clog, but didn't hesitate to charge us for their time. We paid. The plumber came out and removed the clog within an hour. Obviously I expressed it and got upset.

I work full time and since my husband and our water heater went out throughout the week, we needed to wait till sat to handle it. The home shop was way over priced for an unreliable brand of water heater. I found A1 on yelp and the owner, Vincent, called me back right away with a quote and was simple to work with! He managed to make it back to our home and put in the Bradford and White water heater in a couple of hours and was on his way to a different telephone. I love all his help and sense of urgency! Thank staff, and you A1, Vincent!

Vince and Ana have helped me again and again to make sure that I am provided with the appropriate refund from my house warranty. They do not have to do this and I personally feel helpless to them due to 1. The hard work and long hours they put in to repair the problem but also two. The simple fact that they have helped me not associated with them. They are an amazing company,

I spent weeks waiting for a company my house warranty sent out to fix a plumbing issue that was major. We are taking black pipes leaking around creating a pond.
I contacted he and Vince and his team were outside the day. They reassessed the problem, had a strategy of action and had my own home back into order within fourteen days. Fast forward 6 months on getting me my compensation, and I am still dealing with the same warranty firm. It does, although you would think this does not pertain to my critique.

Our kitchen sink faucet broken at about 8:30pm tonight and we couldn't track down the water shutoff. Didn't do the job, and water was shooting all over the area. Luckily STEVE showed up in like 5 minutes. He managed to repair it for us . He is an awesomeeeee guy. Can use him over and over again and highly recommend him

His teams and vince understand what they're doing! They work nicely with the insurance providers, tenants and the owners. If it doubt about being able to struggle to your settlement on your own, put into his group and Vince. You will not be able to receive your home back to regular economically and fast, you won't have to fight the insurance company yourself!

I came home Sunday night only to walk and step into a pool of water. The drain from the wash room backed up.
Steve got there quick.

This company was called by us today due to a water softener difficulty that we had assistance with ASAP. Tracy got into our home very fast, was very professional and friendly. It was a positive experience and we'd call these men again.

After a very wonderful lady answered she said hold on for her to contact a plumber since it was late in the afternoon. She said he could be there in 10 minutes and came back. It was repaired and appeared under our sink john arrived in less then 10 and he was gone. The cost was very low and his fix was ensured even though he explained connectors and all the old pipes would have to be substituted. Definitely will phone them back for the fix and some other plumbing problems that come up.
Needed a plumber asap and received just that when I predicted, was amazed since I had called several others with voicemail 26, when someone answered. I began calling folks called back and explained to busy or just didn't want the job.

Tracy came to my home when everyone else did return my phone. He works just like a professional. Clean polite a gentleman. I will recommend him to friends members and my loved ones.

I'd multiple flows in the main water line from the meter in the street up to the house (old house = older pipes) Called several plumbers first, however spoke with Tracy in A1 Greatest and he was fantastic! Provided a quote which was reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. Job was finish in less than 8 hours and Tracy was friendly and professional during the whole practice. Thanks for making an unfortunate situation somewhat less painful.

I just moved. I predicted in the morning and they sent Tracy out within 30 minutes the same moment, and everything was fixed by him. He gave excellent service, thorough and clean! I will call him again should I ever need a plumber work done!

Tracy is awesome! He fixed everything and came outside! He showed me the old parts and explained why they weren't working, he snaked the pipes, and mended both in the bathtub where they leaked. He called later that night to make sure everything was perfect. Our location is over 50 years old and the pipes is quite old and outdated. I was very impressed and will be phoning them ....hard to locate a fantastic plumber. Prices were fair.
A 5 star!!!

Price was fair considering it was 11pm at nighttime.
Tracy was professional, and did what he said he was planning to do.
Toilet started leaking about 10:30pm, and we had service quickly prior to the sub-flooring got damaged.

Very expensive and pricing seemed enlightening although random on what else needed to be done and the problem. Fundamentally will need to call another plumber to get complete repair. Slow to respond to telephone despite several calls could be.

I wanted some work done on my fridge. I called A1 since I believed I had used them before, wrong (I simply mixed up the name). The guy on the phone convinced me to use them and that they would upgrade my water line wrapped line. They did show up, but over a hour and a half even though I informed them that I was on a time restriction. The plumber did not have the upgrade line I was promised and had to run to Home Depot to purchase a line that pretty much matched what I had (ugh). Pulling lines throughout the walls, Though I had to help the plumber with resources, and he was on the telephone twice during the job the price just kept rising. I whined about it and he said he would give me a discount. Fantastic discount? It was 10$ off a bill by job's end. I was disappointed with the purchase price of the entire job and still kick myself. The only light in the end of the inspection, was that Tracy was cool and knew what he do.

My husband and I had a clog on Halloween night, and the previous employer was unable or reluctant to try to fix it. Tracy from A1 got it cleaned up right away and came out. He courteous and was very professional and explained everything he was doing and kept us informed. The only reason for 4 stars is it is a little costly, even for an emergency call. I believed the service fee could be part of the cost, not included on, although it may have been a miscommunication. This could have been a whole misunderstanding on my part. Quite friendly and they fixed the problem, which I am grateful for. Continue the good work guys!

My water heater exploded in the middle of the night, I phoned the owner answered and that company and put me in contact Steve Cox. Steve was very professional, and also took care of this job. So grateful and will refer him. . Thank you
