Experience with Pete's Plumbing ! Josh was fixed the issue with our shower manage which my husband and I had been trying to correct for a month in like 10 minutes and nice!
Very professional, and I appreciated that they gave me a telephone when our tech was like 10 minutes out!
Would certainly recommend Pete's!

I was not likely to yelp that... but after calling them via email I'm feeling even more disappointed.
They told me that it was a management decision to walk out with this 24, when I emailed pete's to get some answers. So refuse to keep it.
My plumbing nightmare doesn't end here... the issue persists, and because pete's fails to assist, my only recourse is to tear up tile to have a peek at their job. This tiny issue is likely to cost me thousands. If I decide that the installation of pete is a factor in my current problem, I'll provide updates here.
I called in long beach plumbing to clean up the mess which pete's left, and they gave me 100 percent effort. Stuck for hours with it, actually tried some different approaches and made me feel cared for. Long beach plumbing also took me to show me a few installations that were suspicious from pete's, and also suggested that a faulty drain install could be the source of my problem.
Edit after PA's answer. I'm completely floored in being called"BATSHIT CRAZY" with a"specialist"... publicly!!! I really don't need any of the negativity or unprofessionalism. All I wanted was my showers fixed. Just know that I'm a frustrated homeowner who's treated with COMPLETE DISRESPECT... if my speech was offensive or charged, it is because I'm frustrated and I haven't had a real shower in two weeks... and those"pipes" walked out on me. This individual has zero tolerance for opinions or challenges... the name she's calling me feels a little ironic now.
Pete's attempted to snake the drain for about 20 minutes and came to my home. After that they gave up and told me to locate another plumber. Pete's literally left me stranded with no clever explanation on a friday night concerning why. Additional in their"attempt" they brought dirt up from inside the drains that they just left to sit on my tile. They left me than I stench that was not part of my mess, began, also REFUSED TO EVEN OFFER ME ADVICE.
Pete's built this mess and also refuse to keep it. They literally left me stranded when I needed them. That's a shameful way to conduct business...
Do not"re-pete" my mistake... select a different plumber.
I predicted pete's to solve a backed up shower (which they actually installed to begin with).

Wow. The Pete's Plumbing staff is just absolutely amazing. The people answering the telephones: Venessa and Dave, were responsive and professional. The Frank with 28 years of expertise with Pete's was a pleasure to work with. He understands the hydronic heating system . He was individual to explain it to me and made things work better than the original design.
Pete's is my plumber from now on.

I have utilized Pete's Plumbing for years. They have repaired and replaced every plumbing fixture in my property. I have not ever had a problem, they are courteous and accommodating. I would recommend their services to everybody, residential or commercial.

Waiting for telephone number.
I have never been charge a fee to get a bad equipment. I think they had unit that the unit broke and we were billed for their equipment that is faulty. Whats following our van broke working so please fix our van. I've called two times to obtain an answer and still.waiting to get a response from the manager. I dont want to give a 1 star to anybody but I Won't pay for plumber's equipment

We had a leak in our toilet.when we called they said they'd reveal between 8 and 10. They did a great job and revealed on time. He explained the issue and showed me. Replaced everything and left the toilet as clean as he found it. Fantastic work from a plumber .thank you Raymond!

The Best Plumber in the area by far!Only had the house back up, I predicted and Lynnette was helpful as usual. Horacio was here in one hour. Fifteen minutes later, Voila! All's flowing. I recommend Pete's anytime someone asks.

Bad experience with Pete's Plumbing! Would highly suggest utilizing another plumping business.
Afterward, when he left did not leave us offer them our credit card info and an invoice requested to telephone the business in order that they could charge our bill. We had no idea what our total was likely to be. Ask and I needed to phone them to mail me an invoice and look at of the fees.
From the moment that the technician walked into our door that he complained and accused us. He made us feel like we did something wrong even though we made certain to examine the services we needed once we made the appt.

I have had to deal because my apartment contracts with Pete's through them. My sink pedestal has broken, forgot to put in a cover on a toilet hole and left a toilet wobbly and needed to return to repair it. Their negligence has led me to have to cover my neighbors ceiling repairs. And to top it all off the gentleman small lady'd me quite rudely when I inquired there was a sink clogged today. Awful.

In reading some of those reviews, so , all I will comment on is my own experience. Overall I was pleased with the service for the replacement of my toilette. The 4 plumbers who seen my flat many occasions were professional and kind. They were useful and informative. When describing the charges, the general manager Patti was also very professional and accommodating. The difference between 5 and 4 star rating is their telephone service. It's not that easy getting through for their amount bec it is always busy. In the future, I would use them again.

Petes Plumbing isn't very good in getting licenses that are required. Matter of fact, we believed they hoped property owners didn't understand about license requirements. When we asked about license & testimonials, they were amazed. They aren't in finishing having to finish their job & their job very good. We were even willing to pay more to get as we'd like them complete work. We predicted, they promised to call set schedule, but never did. Thank goodness we have them do portion of the undertaking. We should have stayed with our plumber, Affordable Rooter. Shame on us.

DO NOT call these people if you've got an emergency. We had a flooding and put in a request for assistance, especially requesting a call-back to let us know since we needed to get someone to help straight away just how long the wait would be. Following a follow-up call to Pete's also yielded no response we never received that call and turned into the fire department. About an hour later the plumber showed up. Luckily, the issue was solved then. Soon afterward we obtained a large bill for... nothing.

So we had significant water damage in our residence and Pete's Plumbing arrived out as they could to stop the water leak. Miquel and Jose did a nice job. But what was most impressive was the fact that Frank did a very thorough job inspecting all drain and supply lines and the manager came out and discovered. Frank took his time in explaining the issues and was courteous, professional.

Pete's was used by me for a gas line fix from the gas meter. Because they could not ascertain if there was a leak in the gas , they needed to come out several times. In doing this, 1 guy made several errors and appeared to not know how to ascertain if there was a leak. After several attempts (three calls) Pete's eventually sent another plumber. While the very first plumber cares because of his insufficient company, me charged even though it was their mistake. The plumber that was new assessed that I had several leaks beneath the home which would require a few thousands of dollars in repairs. It was evident he was not honest as in our conversation he kept adding expenses that are additional. There test under the home found zero leaks as well as the evaluation passed the town demands As soon as I got another opinion from a different plumbing firm. When I contacted Pete's to whine about the service telephone fees and misinformation, they refused to eliminate some costs. Will never use of recommend this corporation.

These people are criminals, do not use them.
They requested me to lie to the gas company to get my gas. The gas company told me that it is ILLEGAL to locate a gas flow they must use compressed air. I kicked them and chased them. They won't receive a dime.

Quick, I mean reaction that is rapid. Unfortunately they are not licensed to work in my city (Orange) They really took the time to recommend resources for my loved ones to use since we're needing quite a little work. Thanks again Pete's Plumbing five star review from us!!

I have had Pete's out many times to do various repairs and they have always been outstanding. My life was spared by this last trip from a flow that was Deteriorating my walls slowly . In only an hour that he fixed the shower escape, shower kitchen and pressure sink/faucet.... Leaving me with reassurance knowing all was well.
