Gorsuch Plumbing & Heating

I had to have an emergency water heater replacement and Gorusch was able to send someone after I phoned. Initially I called at 10 PM and they advised the water into the heater to switch off so that I could wait to substitute it and avoid a surcharge for after hours work.
The only disadvantage of my experience was that the man left a mess outside in my condo's paths. So it did not take long to phone and complain, it turned out to be a space. I called the main line and within 90 minutes a person (Leo) came out and spent 30 minutes cleaning the entire floor. He was prepared to come out to fix it and did not bill. He updated me into when he came, from when I called and was quite friendly and communicative. He had been
Everything went well, the installer was friendly and got it done in approximately 2.5 hours.

Conned by these con artists. Charged $1200 for changing a cartridge for the shower enclosure. First they said stated they do that and this. When the work began they she we might save you money. Much like save effort and time and still charged what they quoted. I WILL NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN NOR WILL I REFER THESE CROOKED PLUMBERS!

We called Gorsuch regularly at. They always did a fantastic job at a fair price. They managed some tasks for us and we have not had any problems develop. I recommend calling them.
We are really delighted that he and Robert installed. The installation seems terrific. He also fit the heater into a space with strapping and venting. We aren't experiencing several of the weird problems we had been using the preceding heater for example cold water"sandwiches" and the water from the faucet gets hot within minutes. I appreciate the quick answer and Brent's understanding of code and installation that might have prevented us.
Brent was incredibly useful and Robert and he did a fantastic job installing a water heater. Our previous tankless heater broke and he recognized it had not been installed into code when Brent came out. We've got an old house and it was likely to be tricky to put in a brand new one. Brent helped us work through alternatives to get a brand new one, including pricing alternatives out and helping us determine locations. He spent a lot of time with us in advance having a look at our home and answering questions via telephone.

The neighbor's ceiling was saved by you! Too bad my floor is a mess. ;)
The device in my condo leaked from the floor. The contractors who constructed this area encased the aluminum pipes in the floor in cement. We didn't know this. It was crazy trying to find this item.
Leo out of Gorsuch Plumbing went above and beyond with helping me along with the neighbor (below me) whose bedroom my pipe was leaking ! He was super considerate and kind from begin to finish. It was just like a three day job and that he was always available and useful with the weekend in between days.

They was here in about a half an hour, responded fast and was completed in 10 minutes.

I'd give them a zero if I could. Dishonest, don't they sell unprofessional, and out. I'd brought them to address plumbing problems and they would not be contracted by our construction, if it weren't for me. In order for them they became engaged in unethical and unprofessional assessments so as to gain business. Evidently, this communicates they aren't functioning in the best interest of the homeowner, rather they are currently looking for the dollar. Save yourself some cash, and grief, and discover a plumbing firm that is better.

As tired as I'm from addressing a water leak from my upstairs neighbor and AGAIN today...I still wanted to stop and thank Leo for his excellent work and professionalism. He responded right away. He did exactly what he said he would do, when he kept me posted each step of the way and said he would get it done. I never had to search for him and that I felt confident he had everything under control. He even helped with some of the cleanup by bringing tarps for the floors to me and utilizing a wetvac to pick up water. Thank you Leo for caring and making a horrible situation!

Leo from Gorsuch saved Daily. He was in my building when I sprung a leak at one of my kitchen 21, make other repairs. Luckily, his company was among the approved vendors for my building. After I explained the circumstance, he immediately knew the seriousness of the leak and immediately gave me the proper channels to undergo for the emergency repairs. Within 10 minutes from getting hoa approval, Leo fixed the issue and sprung to action. Leo was professional and courteous. I liked he was from the publication. My experience with Leo was superb and that I believed that his employer should understand.

Ask for Robert. He'll fix your problem and not leave you with secondary issues. Quite thorough. Definitely recommend.

The genuine plumber that did his work well and did the work was polite,it's the proprietor & company.

Fantastic support! My kitchen sink was backed up, so I phoned that place. They sent a guy, Jerry, who also did a very thorough job and showed up on time. Jerry was very nice, efficient (funny) and really analyzed and re-tested the sink to make sure that it was clear. He spent his time and explained everything to me...I'd call them again, they were actually lovely.

I would strongly recommend Brent/Gorsuch, although I can't speak for all Gorsuch's employees because I worked with Brent.
I worked with Brent, and he was knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and pleasant to work with. It is always refreshing to use someone that is good at their job and knows their stuff.

I live in a building that is secured so this is where that's recommended from the HOA. MY experience has been quite the opposite although Initially I was a bit reluctant because I read some review. From day one when I called the office my contact person has been Lacey and she has been nothing but amazing with my fiancé and I. With scheduling and keeping us informed, she left each step of how easy and maintained with particulars. Thank you a lot of Lacey, keep up the great work!!!
I also need to thank Rick and Ryan for coming out into the location rather than having to cut a hole in the wall I was worried it was going to be and because our bathroom with the escape had no access ! They did a great job and everything was fixed between the time frame that was called. I have to bathroom.
Because men!!!!

What I did not count on was that I had the Jackson Pollock of plumbers in my property. His medium was gooey sewage that he secured from the drain that is common my stack of condos uses. This was a particularly robust vintage he proceeded to splatter with the snake all around the interior of the cupboard, the slipping organizer trays, all of the contents of the cupboard I rue leaving indoors, and also the bottom of the sink (a particularly challenging spot to clean as you need to climb in the cupboard to see and reach it).
I guess I should count myself blessed that I had removed the bath mat. This meant the black splatter was over my tile floor. There were a few smears on the cupboard and floor, which have been a indication of hasty clean up attempts by the plumber. It might not surprise you to know that aside from the interior of the cupboard I found drift splatter on door and the walls of my toilet. So of clean up, after the 40 minutes, not including the ironic time for several of the cabinet's contents, I am quite confident I won't ever use Gorsuch. I will recommend them to my opponents.
If you look about what your home looks like when they're done I do not recommend using Gorsuch. I had a toilet sink. Since I understand that snaking isn't a clean task I removed a few of the contents of my toilet cabinet before hand.
What's the news? They came during the four hour window that they dedicated to and had fixed the blocked drain in around half an hour.

Brent came out over the weekend to diagnose and replace our water heater. Brent was ready and quickly substituted our unit after jumping through hurdles with them although our guarantee company gave us the blues. Responsiveness and the customer support was above average. We only dealt with Brent and their answering service (because it was after hours/ holiday weekend) so my review and service is 100% according to them). I would suggest Gorsuch for any plumbing wants!! Thanks again, Brent!!

I doubt it, although I hope he was just to save someone from a pipe which has been flooding their house.
After got together with him swerved at me several times in an attempt to scare or threaten me with his vehicle that was bigger. He then rode up on my back and I used my brakes in an attempt to get him to stop tailgating me for my safety.
I am on my way to work now and getting on the 22 freeway to 7th Street and was behind one of Grosuch Plumbing trucks. That he is not using we and once his blinker on in our lane I switch lanes to pass 27,, as we get on the 22 freeway. He has to have thought I should have known this even though he was not using a blinker and I knew he came .

My landlord called used this business. They came out and taped a piece of plastic of the heater stating the work was done. They monitored dirt over his bedroom and the hallway all from the crawl space and left the door to the crawl space. Some of their tools were also left at our property. Omitted a burning plastic smell, when we turned the heater on it. They came out to perform another safety test and we called the gas company and it didn't pass inspection as a result of makeshift cap. Once referred to as the technician came back and put a true cap on that a few how was"found". Waiting for the gas company since our furnace shut off again due the the safety issue of carbon dioxide.

I'm upgrading my review since the owner finally called me back. He came with a few of the best plumbers, and cried. The costs were allocated by us and I agreed to pay only for the work which they did. I need not pay that they didn't mend.

This company charged my credit card even though they didn't fix the toilet flow. That they just charged my credit card, but they never did although I asked for a detailed invoice once I hired them, which they promised to provide me! (Lesson learned - not give your credit card number for this company over the phone if they have not completed the work, in fact, do not even seek the services of this provider. They explained that they did 3 things (among which was the bathroom escape which their plumber NEVER fixed!) . I called them to complain and they promised to deliver a plumber that was more experienced, however they shipped back the same child who made it even worse. He just made a mess of the bathroom (didn't place it back) the following day and made it just like that and proceeded to inform me I would need to pay ANOTHER $383 to $472 to install a new bathroom! I called them again, and they prepared a statement after the fact (after 34 days!) And it had been for a lump sum amount of $520, when they specifically promised to send me a detailed invoice and price allocation of the 3 things their plumber supposedly did (toilet escape, sink, shower handle). Meanwhile, I must fill out this form sent to me by my credit card company regarding my own dispute. I informed my credit card company that I am not disputing the faucet repair. Unfortunately, since I did not receive an allocation, I did not know how much was charged to the bathroom and shower handle fixes (which weren't fixed). I the plumber of My co-worker installed a new bathroom for the price that this child lent me! In the mean time, I down by $520 for its labour on the bathroom escape and shower handle that this child did not mend.

I concur, call another plumber. My bill for 15 minutes was $250 to change a part that is $15. They aren't moral and certainly will take your cash. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars as they would be the favored vendor of the HOA working with this plumber. On top of the issues that I already mentioned, they have to return of course with more help that means more cash and can't often do the work correctly the first time. Run as quickly as you can from this particular plumber. I'm selling my condominium in order to not deal with the HOA and this"plumber of selection".

Can I rate it ? For NOT completing the job, the bill was $200 yesterday. Plus NO time scheduled to come back and complete it. Can I do my job where I work and get paid $200 to appear for 30 minutes?
