AAA Affordable Plumbing

What a huge waste of money and now I STILL have to phone another plumber to solve the issue. I feel amazingly.
Prior review -
The great: they came out over two hours of the phone to them, even though the call was not an emergency.
The bad: a high fee control to show up, that is inconsistent with plumbers in the area. They had been at my home for under 8 mins and billed $79. . I have exactly the same issue. Oh, and you believe that you can use the $25 off service voucher? Think again. It only works in the event that you spend more than $79. I must have kept calling around to somebody who charge me to get a service performed, and would correct the issue. Furthermore, I asked the way to pay and they advised me check... But from other reviews, it sounds like they take credit card?
Update: Bakhtiar (the owner) messaged me Yelp and showed up in my home the day after I'd posted my 3 star Yelp inspection below. He was very kind and replaced the garbage disposal. His kindness and considerate alone merit 5 stars and I'm thankful for his response.

He had to come back to put in a sewer cleanout access out of our house. I messaged him to schedule the appointment and he responded promptly. On time, he came on the day of our appointment and completed the work. He was educated, personable, honest, and explained.
We highly recommend AAA Affordable Plumbing and intend to use them!
We needed a plumber ASAP when I understood water was flooding into our garage when we used the shower. I checked out the reviews on Yelp and AAA Affordable Plumbing had an overwhelming amount of reviews. Khan with AAA Affordable Plumbing came into our rescue! I called first thing in the morning and he had been able to adapt our needs with an appointment.

I am hoping I do not need to use him again, lol, since that means clogged drains. However, when I do, I will definitely give a telephone to AAA!

Our kitchen sink finally gave in and decided it no longer wished to empty for us:-LRB- which makes it frustrating when you are in the middle of dinner and also have. Messaged around Yelp to find out who will help us Khan was the first to react! He offered to come to have a look and give us a quote. He arrived on time, and has been professional and friendly. Take a peek and knew right away how to repair it. I appreciate he took the time to help us reinstall a few pieces of the pipes which weren't done properly (lol, my uncle our family"handyman" attempted his finest ). He was out and in around 30 minutes. He was fine and we appreciated he came those it was out Problem solved with a grin! Price was affordable just like their enterprise name lolol.

I was able to come on the exact same day!!!!, contacted Khan and he responded quickly and had a clogged bathroom
He worked efficiently. He was quite clean, made sure nothing on my bathroom floor. He unclogged my bathroom really quickly with his instrument. He made sure everything functions probably. I will definitely call Khan to my upcoming plumbing issues.
He was very professional and personable. He had an excellent working attitude.
His cost is reasonable as well. Cash, credit and check card is taken by him!

He took a look and came out the following morning and gave us a fair quote. The cost was agreed to by us and he repaired it right away! The process was quick, simple, and efficient. Khan is somebody I will recommend to friends members and family. Makes me wonder why I didn't find somebody earlier to save people hundreds of nights of sleeping...
Our shower making dripping sounds all day and was leaking and it had been driving us all nuts! After doing some quick googling, it seemed harder than we can self restoration. I sent out a quotation request from companies at and Khan responded within 15 minutes!

Great support! My water heater had warm water and it was because of a leak. The bowl had water and the fire would not light up. I instantly found AAA Plumbing and they replied and arrived writhing 25min. They were close by from Union City. Price is definitely affordable in comparison to other plumbers. He also set up a valve and charged for the part. His price included haul away, labor, materials and water heater. Amazing job and super friendly and nice.

He made me feel comfortable by waking me everything he was doing and showing me it made sense.
In addition, he helped us identify that our toilet seal was working, with dirty water running out on the tiles.

I asked a quote and AAA affordable plumbing responded and was able to come!
Khan closely examined our shower and arrived promptly and allow me to know where the difficulty points were. Even though it was the job, of a handyman, he helped us caulk the shower.
Our shower leaked and we'd two handymen come and have no resolution despite trying caulking. If it was going to work, they did the job, but were not sure.
As somebody in customer service , I appreciate Khan's approach to ensuring that customers are happy and not paying exorbitant expenses.

Within 30mins of calling him, he fixed my bathroom in secs and had been there at my home. Also did an heater! Fixed it and everything is good!
Once I was cleaning the toilet into the 16, the toilet paper holder inadvertently dropped. It had been obstructed and was looking for someone ASAP to come repair the bathroom. After receiving quotes I obtained the best quotation and he had been prepared to come right out because I had stated it was an urgency to check.
He gave an wonderful deal, and did an wonderful efficient job we needed to be carried out!

The response time to email and my questions was so quick and they could adapt my job schedule. Eddie came and was considerate of my home by taking his shoes off while at the house and explained EVERYTHING to me. He was quick to give he went to work and a quote which I accepted to me. Once completed he made sure the problem was solved and gave tips to me to attempt to prevent it again.

That was wonderful. You don't expect to hear something like that from a business. We appreciated his sincerity and honesty.
They were 20 minutes early on Sunday. A.D. (among the owners--owned by two brothers) showed up with another guy. All of the smiles and very friendly, they removed their shoes before entering. Work was completed softly and neatly and was within the range estimate. I had them look at our shower drain because the water was draining gradually after a couple of minutes of this shower running and there was buildup within the pipe. A.D. ran the water also stated that the water was draining just fine and that he didn't want to charge $175 to do something which would not cause the water to drain faster. He was honest and talked us out of paying $175! I guess my criteria for water drainage prices are stratospheric.
In conclusion these yelp testimonials are authentic. AAA is diligent, friendly, and most importantly. For any pipes problems we may have later on, we will definitely be calling them back.
Our water heater flooded the laundry room and busted. . .on a Saturday, when all of the help you need is closed. But not AAA! They gave me a range estimate, which alot of those places don't do without coming out . I described what happened and they understood the issue straight away and advised me for the day -- SUNDAY morning! Who works on Sundays?!?!? AAA!
I was somewhat skeptical about all of the 5 star reviews on the place and questioned if some shady conspiracy was going on. Their website that is hectic didn't help. But I had to give them a go out of desperation.

Because I understand he is priced very competitively, and honest, 17, khan will probably be my plumber for all my rentals. Khan you rock!
I had a lease with a drain from the kitchen. The garbage disposal was rusted and components were brittle and ended breaking. Checked of the pipes and they have been clear. That is when I said" enough is enough, time to call the experts." Khan had a typical cost for replacement the garbage disposal and responded very fast. He said he would need to check it out, in regards to this clog. He could come even though it was his day off and had a cost that is reasonable. He arrived on time and fixed my troubles in 1.5 hours. The drain beyond what was under the sink was full of dirt out of a prior tenant, he used his tools to clean it and it is fixed!

Khan came by on time. He took a look at my problem. Though there's nothing that he could do about it (a part of this whole-house water softener was cracked, and not the metal piping moving into the unit) I loved the information he offered.

Khan was able to fix both issues. . .talk about efficiency! He actually is a professional - makes it easy to schedule an appointment, reliable, reasonably priced and keeps you posted if he's running late. . .This is my third time with Cheap Plumbing and would not hesitate to telephone him at the future..he is now in my contacts as my'go-to' plumber and highly recommend him without reservations. Khan saved the day. . .having trouble using the wastewater outlet from the kitchen to the garage sink causing it to float at least twice in the past. Ugh. . .then realized my guest toilet toilet was leaking and had not noticed until I received a water bill. Whoa!

This a long overdue review. I am not sure what I'll write will do him justice...
Allow me to start of by saying Khan is amazing. He managed to assist mended a clogged sewer line (certainly save money as most folks would have probably asked me to replace the sewer line). Not only that, but he managed to fix water issues I had been having. He's professional and fair. He's certainly the person I will turn to if I have some more water issues (given I expect I won't have any longer ). However, if I do, I know who to call.

When the pump detector was installed by Matt in our upstairs package, Idi and he were cautious and considerate to keep things tidy. They checked our water leak valves and faucet filters to be certain that our water leak was optimized. Now with our new hot water heater we get water within seconds and no more wasting water flowing it awaiting the water that is warm. This is great!
The price for the project was a bit lower than Khan quote and contemplating the job and rolls with characters and guidance, it was a great experience. I can 100% say AAA Affordable Plumbing and Khan and his guys deserve every celebrity of their 5-Star Yelp evaluations!
Our 25-year-old 75 gal. Water heater began leaking, so we knew that it was time to update and get a new one. Depending on the Terrific Yelp reviews for AAA and Khan, he was contacted by me . Khan came out over hours got back to me, also gave us a detailed evaluation of our options. Depending on the higher efficiency of the heaters and recirculation pumps, we all concurred it was a much better value to find a 50 gal. Water heater. Khan answered all our inquiries in a friendly and honest manner, and was individual.
To come out. (Due to the large size of our previous water heater, he also needed the additional help). They came right on schedule and did a great job on installation and the removal. Kahn continued to give information that was great, explaining what they do, and all three of these worked great together to eliminate the heavy old water heater and also to install the new one.

Update 04/08/2019:My water heater leaked throughout the weekend, so I called Khan on Saturday. Khan was able to come in an hour and he gave a estimate. So he began whilst phoning to acquire the new one, removing the heater, I am pleased with the quote. It was a lot of work, but Khan didn't bump up the estimate. I am quite happy with the job. Finally our house got water!

My water bill was too high for two weeks for my usage but I fear a massive plumbing bill. I decided to call a few plumbers and see what they provide. AAA was. Khan was considerate and he said he could come in the afternoon the identical day. He arrived early and gave a quote depending on the job needed. He and his crew work on the job. They explained to me each step of the job. I like the transparency! It took about 1 hour for the glue to dry to the job and more. I am happy with the job!

I've had issues in the past in the past with my garbage disposal and I've used AAA plumbing. Khan came to my house about 4 decades back and fixed my garbage disposal at a price that was reasonable. I had known as 5 additional places and he was the very responsive and reasonable. Another location had been called by me and they wanted to charge me $1000 with installation of a garbage disposal.
Since I live in an old property, this time around both of my toilets were leaking. Matt came and educated me and showed me that my bathroom was quite old and it be easier to simply get a new bathroom because when I attempted to fix it, something else could likely break, and when he's got to come 2 more times to look at it, it would exceed the price of a brand new bathroom. Matt replaced it and this is actually the place that I compared it to after 4 decades. I predicted a few places and this was the very honest and reasonable. They don't lie, they simply let you know what is wrong and you determine if you want to replace it. Straight forward and they get the job finished. Once they fix what they promise to perform I will continue to use AAA plumbing for future issues, since I trust that the work and had no issues.

Since they did such a magnificent job, though it's hard I'll try to make this brief. Each one the parts were *actually * rotted out (we moved in here 23 decades ago, and the majority of these parts were old *then*), and I quickly was overwhelmed by trying to remove rusted screws and disintegrating components. So I phoned Cheap Plumbing; then Andy and Matt phoned me this day and said they were in the area anyway, although they gave me an appointment for Monday morning.
I am looking forward to dealing with Khan and his folks again later on; they are professionals.
You initially stated your first appointment was on Sunday, but once I mentioned"but our bathrooms are flooding the baths!!" , you said okay, how about 4PM now (this was at approximately noon). You came out past 4PM, quickly recognized the problem and everything inside a half hour. Smooth and done, and your price was quite small. Thank you
Okay, I called those men back, to get a job; our shower faucet attachments have been decrepit, for many decades now. But what was getting quite cruddy of overdue; I attempted to carry it but it was too much for me personally, so I called Cheap Plumbing again!!
They replaced all four parts of the shower controls with new components (the picture below shows what was left of the drain spout once they eliminated it), such as the sealing components back in the walls, and got everything working like new, in a couple of hours. This is a *bitch* of work, though you wouldn't know it by speaking to them

I called around for quotes and it was an arm & a leg. I did receive a quote for support from someone on Craigslist that was a lot lower, nearly $1500 lower but he was a 1 man show and I needed to go with him to buy the heater.... Seems more like more problem.
I awakened to find my water heater blew up. There was a puddle below the drain spout and an inch of standing water in the catch tray.
From prior experience I understood I had a water heater that was non-standard and it'd not a replacement and install. I needed a power vent heater which is about 2x the cost, ouch!
Cannot reccommend AAA & Khan enough!
I called Khan at AAA and he was really friendly and informative, he said he did work in my area already on heaters that were comparable. He got all the information he needed through text, so I sent him pictures of the heater and setup. That same day I was quoted by him and offered service. I'd called him at 9am and once we set the appointment that he was at my place. 12:45 pm completed work and the work place was cleaned and tidy, looked a lot nicer after the job has been done.
