That is a long overdue review. We needed to get our water heater replaced. It made this loud knocking noise anytime we used the hot water. We had been putting it off but because our water heater pipe had burst in our downstairs neighbor's place (we are living in a condo), I had been really nervous to go on vacation in the status that our water heater was in. I didn't need flood to happen.
No noise out of our water heater so now I can rest easy.
Joe came out and took a look at it and quoted us a fair price compared to a different business. He managed to come out within the week and then get it down in less than 2 hours.

Our master bathroom tub handle/faucet decides to split apart, snapping the capsule in half one Friday afternoon.
Requested a Yelp quote, receiving a fast response, and known as Jave (Joe) the morning after. He along with have my bathtub working LIKE NEW in virtually no moment, for a rate, and a helper appear.
J&K Plumbing is definitely my Go-To for all my plumbing requirements. Outstanding customer service.

J&K plumbing was perfect! Had a food disposer problem, came outside within the hour to Newark and had all and ready to go.

When my kitchen sink got clogged on either side, javeed came to the rescue. We tried stupidly a was a no go, although to manage it ourselves by viewing You Tube videos. It was time to call out the most effective plumber there. He arrived the following day and snaked my clog from the roof and as a bonus that he had a faucet with him (mine was leaking but that I didn't tell him that). So this was installed by him ! Quick, affordable, what more could you ask for?

Would Definitely recommend J&K Plumbing! I had to have a fill valve replaced in my bathroom. Called J&K and they responded in a timely manner. They were professional & courteous and reasonably priced. When the need arises Can call them again! Thank you J&K

My kitchen sink got stuck afterward my laundry stuffed up the sing in the garage. Drain-o and plunger attempted but nothing worked and I needed to call a plumber.
Joe utilized a snake onto the roof and came within 15 minutes on a Sunday morning. Everything and took maybe 30 minutes runs fine again. Turns out there were roots growing into the sewer pipe.

Since mine began leaking from the floor I had a garbage disposal substitute. Joe was contacted by me through Yelp and he arrived the day. The change has been 295$, and if anything was leaking over the 90 days he said to call up him. He helped me replace a part(which was not part of their garbage disposal) which had become too rusted.

Once the shower will not turn off it is not a good start to a morning. Craziness and chaos ensued as we attempted to get matters and also get ready for work. In addition to this shower not turning away, we had a faulty valve that is closed. . .so, we couldn't switch off the water. Ugh. I pulled up Yelp and discovered Joe's number. He let me know that he would be able to stop by over the hour and responded immediately. He gave us an appraisal of what had to be carried out and helped us right away.
He needed to look after some other appointments, but said that he would attempt to squeeze us in. He managed to switch off the water, but we had taken him to our neighbor's most important and our water was running when he drove away! I called him and he was so kind to flip around although he was 20 minutes away! He helped us out and came all the way back. This resulted in him missing his next appointment, but I believe he realized that our situation was more dire (conducting water and possible water damage!) . Sorry to the other customer who ended up being aggravated by this turn in events, but we actually needed he and Joe was our hero that afternoon. He did an amazing job repairing our shower and provided the replacement hardware. He came back later in the week to help fix the faulty valve. He did that all. His pricing has been reasonable and fair.

I needed my line stack to my mum's house since all the gate valves had broken, replace . I had a couple of no shows and contacted a few plumbers through yelp. Joe was responsive from quotation through work that is completed. He finished work and showed up on time.

This review is long time pending. I needed to write a review regarding Joe emergency provision of his services. Our heater broke and there was water all over the area from beneath the device. That he arrived within half an hour and we called at 6 am and started on the job. He was very quick and charged us fairly. His support has been used by us so far. highly recommend.

Joe advised me and provided a quote. He showed up on time and tackled the leak.
He was in and out in 15 minutes and that he gave me a yelp discount.
My galvanized pipe that resulted in my own Fossett in my backyard had pinhole leaks. Other plumbers told me It was going to become a sizable endeavor because Galvanized pipe leaks are unfixable unless you take them back into the joint and I needed to dig my concrete.

He got the work done and was very professional. I will definitely be calling Joe, if I've any plumbing wants myself in the long run.
When he did come out he found out the work could be more difficult than expected due to the positioning of the water heater being inside a cupboard. But he did a fantastic job and kept his word!
My parents' water heater broke down and I phoned J&K Plumbing after seeing reviews on yelp. After reviewing the pictures of the water heater, joe gave me a quick quote and responded immediately I delivered him. I'd called and his price was the best! Also he can come out and do the work right away on the day.

This is was among the greatest plumbing job I've had completed around my residence that is new. Joe did an wonderful tasks setting my water heater up . The best aspect of this was once I called Joe although that I contacted others but NOT a single one of these responded, he showed up over 30 mins and fixed it with reasonable cost.

We were not positive if it's due to toilet or sink upstairs or the washer. He asked questions advised us to not use the toilet. He came next morning to fix it. And he was right the toilet wax ring was damaged.
Water leaked out from our ceiling and we called Joe for help. This is actually the second time because the previous time was really terrific, we brought in him to address our problems.
He replaced the wax ring and each of valve and flapper fill quickly. His job was neat and nicely done. We value specialist methods and his accurate problem solving. It was also lower than I 17, when my wife told me how much it cost.
An addition bonus was he noticed our garage door was damaged and couldn't be closed 23, on his way out. He provided help and did a smart patch endeavor so the door can close now! He is awesome! We are very blessed to find him and is render a wonderful Yelp review. We'll be using in the future when demand arises.

I'd say beware! The quote I was given by him for the heater replacement, I called the hardware store that he was sourcing from in front of him up and it had been 40% less. He began threatening if I did not proceed with him and got really aggressive.
So my suggestion, get a quote, cross affirm by phoning around, and just if in want, go with him.

Had a great encounter with Joe as my technician. The piping beneath my kitchen sink developed a flow. He noticed that the shuttle was told me it wanted to be tightened and came over to get a free evaluation to see what was wrong. He did the service free of charge and was a fast fix.
I won't be afraid to reach out to him later on for additional troubles.
I strongly recommend him and with good customer service.

The plumbers ever!!! They did a superb job and were soo instant. . My tub was clogged and the water was not draining and had tried my plumbing skills. And Joe and his staff did not even take 5 minutes to purge the bathtub and save us.
In addition, the garbage disposal had a screw stuck inside, and Joe did not even have a minute to take out the screw . . Joe is certainly the best plumber locally...

Our water heater broken , I phoned Joe the night before and he come with his team in the morning at 8am, these guys are amazing and only took an hour replaced and to installed the water heater. They do good excellent work, fair and very fair, I will recommend to other people and would definitely use their service again!

Toilet valve broken on Labor day! I called and Joe came within 1 hour, replaced the whole flush valve mechanism (Hydroclean) and it began working again.
