This is an honest business and we're going to be using them later on.
We decided to sleep with it, but notified Westridge Plumbing that we'd like to get a new one the next day. They gave a 1 hour time window when they arrived inside that window and would arrive! They gave us a digital invoice were instant, and so were done within 2 hours.
We had our pilot light was not able to receive it reignited ourselves and go out. Westridge plumbing replied through Yelp Messaging, while other companies were not responding in a timely manner though they signaled a response time. When talking to pipes they charged about $120 to come out another day. But, Westridge plumbing came out over 30 minutes of our conversation about 10:30 pm and didn't charge us because of their diagnosis (turned out to be a problem with our control panel of the water heater tank). They carefully and meticulously explained our options of replacing the control panel getting a new water tank (and tankless) since ours was nearing the end of its life span.

I had a DIY job turn late at night. I called a couple of plumbers, and only Muhammad responded straight away. (Everyone else that I called did not return to me before the next day despite the fact that they promised to be open 24 hours and also to have 30-min response times.) Muhammad managed to fix the matter and he talked me through what I did and what I did wrong. I will certainly use him for any upcoming plumbing needs!

Mohammad helped fix a toilet tank and also an problem with my dishwasher. Price was great and service was outstanding and punctual! The dishwasher issue was be much more complex than what I had believed and conveyed to Mohammad, but despite the time spent in resolving the issue, Mohammad refused to charge additional. Both of those problems were fixed to perfection, after support is done and he was super friendly and easy to work with and cleaned up. Very will definitely use again, and honest business. Highly recommend :)

I found Mohammad to be honest in describing the issue and what the options were to fix it. I asked a quotation on yelp and that he was the first to react. After comparing estimates from companies I found him reasonable so-called. Sadly although he tried his best to repair the leak could not. Nothing was charged by him because the issue was not fixed. He finished the job on time and advised to replace three shower handle to a handle and reasonably priced. Very happy with his service and would recommend him.

I had the pleasure of obtaining Mr. Muhammad's services to get a"no hot water" type of scenario (my little ones weren't having it). He was very receptive and arrived than the quoted time. He assessed low and high --inside and out to assess the problem. It's believed that my tankless water heater has to be replaced, although my house is under a year old. I enjoy the time and effort he put forth in attempting to diagnose a number of troubles that are possible. I appreciate recommendations and his invaluable suggestions . To devote as much time conduct the yearly maintenance on the unit to find the cause, and not ask that a fee is a testament to his level of professionalism. I requested a quote and Muhammad was one of the offering to explain how to fix it. While I value the advice, I needed to come and repair the garbage disposal because I was out of town and this is a rental. He fixed the problem free of charge and came! I appreciate his help and recommends him wants an honest plumber. That I did ask originally for a quote, although he didn't charge me anything along with his prices were very fair. 6 stars!

Our plumber, Muhammad, did an outstanding job with our first toilet repair. . .turned into fresh bathroom installation. It turned out a bathroom reinstall had a crack from the body and I tried to fix close to the tank resulting in the leak. This was discovered by muhammad after attempting to fix the leak. We had one of the very best customer service encounters with him as he was always forthcoming with the work he was doing. I always...I repeat consistently. . .feel swindled by the majority of service technicians, however, Muhammad is the most trustworthy. In addition, he requires the time to make matters right. In the long run, he installed our bathroom and everything is working. I will always use his solutions moving.
