My experience began with Bob - that put me up in less than 24 hours with part and an appointment which I wanted for my issue with my first contact. Jesse was excellent and then arrived this afternoon. He did the job he was sent for but also looked after a toilet issue without me having asked to have it done. This saved me having be present for another appointment and to install and also saved me.
I would call Abacus plumbing back for another job if I wanted them.

Very professional support at a price that is reasonable. Very impressed by everyone I dealt with. The final thing I want to hear from your tenants are problems with the drains/sewer at 9 pm on a Sunday as a landlord of a property in Tucson and now live in Phoenix. I ordered for a technician to be at the property first thing Monday and called Abacus and Nick talked me through it calmly, answering all my queries. Jesse contacted me after the work was completed and walked through the cause and what was completed. I would recommend them highly and will rely on them.

We've used Abacus three or four occasions over the past few years. They are very responsive and find the job done correctly. It was a no-brainer to call them out again when we saw a pool of water. As we guessed , we had a leak in our main water line. Considering that the pipe was the original (45 years old), they advocated replacing the entire line. After the usefulness location procedure was conducted, they finished the job in one day and returned promptly. Professional technicians and their pleasant left an unpleasant event tolerable.
