Economy Plumbing Service

I phoned Economy Plumbing to help deal with a kitchen sink that was slow emptying. It had been getting slower and slower over the last couple of months. I had been burned by another plumbing company and so I attempted to take care of it on my own. No luck! I decided to test them out and noticed Economy Plumbing's van on the street one day.
It was time and money !
What a relief to see the water quickly spiral down the drain again.
Braden Buddy were there on time and went to work and. They diagnosed the problem was not within the house but on the roofing in the pipe. It had become plugged. They worked at it so that the spout could correctly vent, until they'd busted through the clog.
I will definitely call them again to other troubles. Buddy and braden even gave us some suggestions about how best to help keep the drain flowing.
After reading reviews, I called. The person who replied was listened to my history of the situation. When I obtained an appointment just a few days 13, I was happy.

I have had them perform four jobs for me and they come in time, did the job in a professional way and the cost was what was quoted. I'd recommend them.

Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time. I mean they look professional by email your appointment reminders and texting you and never honor it. Lots of others that would value your company.
Oh, they simply do appointments 8 AM - you have to take time off work even for an estimate. You do know that people have jobs?
Called this business for an estimate on a gasoline line install (it would have been close to $6K). They gave me the runaround. Made an appointment two hours before the consultation they called to reschedule. Made another appointment and they did not appear.

I thought these guys had great service, they did repair a leak that I had in my backyard. Since I needed to replace my gas pipe into my grill I phoned them. I thought that they were going to do the job, it ends up that they need to give me an estimate and cost me to come out for a quarter hour. I know the guy said that he won't bill me when they return to perform the task, but I don't like the way. Additionally, tons of attorneys out there give free estimates and they bid on the job, these guys were in the area and they complete one job to begin my job, I know this or the company person explained that. Still not sure how I really feel about it and, to tell the truth, I am still gonna get a second or next estimate when I would've gone with them. Charging a client I am not certain how much the price will be for the job just doesn't sit well with me, although I know you need to charge folks.

Called on a Monday morning to ask about using a tap fixed (was turning too hard); by shortly after 2:00 pm that same afternoon that the repair was finished, much to my surprise and satisfaction. Cody was professional, personable and informative. I couldn't ask support from him and from Economy Plumbing Service. They will certainly be my"visit" plumbers for any future needs.

Arrived on time and fixed my issue. Braden gave me some fantastic info regarding replacing my 14 yr old water heater. Thank you

Braden & Cody were prompt, polite and professional. They then checked of my toilets and quickly fixed the issue that was original. (and there are 7) to apprise me of their ailment. They assessed the water heaters and fixed the faucet. I was very impressed with those young men. They obviously care about doing a fantastic job!

Yesterday, I phoned Economy Plumbing Service for issues with an outside water heater that was rusted, and not staying lit. From the start, everyone I spoke with was favorable, clear, and honest. They were able to come back.
Michael, gave me two choices for repair and the tech, and his associate arrived at 8. I chose to replace the unit and since the team came ready, they had the ability to immediately install and substitute (no driving around for components ). They were completed in under two hours!
Michael explained everything and there were no surprises at the end. In fact, they repaired without even charging me a pipe that had dropped off due to a storm. The bill was fair and cheap, the service was professional and efficient, and most importantly I have located. Thanks!
