My parents recommended I call Rob and speak to him to get our kitchen remodel. We needed the gas line moved a bit since the replacement cupboards were somewhat bigger than the ones that were old and it did not line up. Rob got us all, was very responsive to questions, and came out in a timely manner. He did all of this the exact same day he awakened to his tools being stolen! I feel like others could have used that as an excuse to reschedule but he did not! He assessed that everything was great before departing (since, duh. . .gas!) . I will definitely use them!

I've had Able Plumbing out a few times and they do work! They are out on the same day - recently of phoning them within two hours! They are helpful, competent, quick and clean. I've never had the slightest issue with their work, and their prices are great also.
They deserve your company for sure!
The best thing that they did? I had a toilet line that needed replacing, and they gave a quote. Once they got in there, they saw the subfloor was ruined, so they needed to replace that. They stayed true and didn't treat me as a captive customer, although it was time and more work than estimated. It was great to see such honesty and it's why I hire them over and over.

For conducting possible and bathroom valve issue called, was granted the T&M quote on the phone. The Tech came punctually, did a effective and speedy job on the issue at less than the original quote. Firm, with prices that are fair and professional workers. Thank you!

The dawn of this job I received a telephone ahead I want to know the tech (Henry) was on the way. Henry arrived on time and after performing an inspection of this water heater, got to work. We've got a 3 year old that is extremely inquisitive and was trying to"help." He was very polite and kind to her when she got out her tool box. Henry was educated and answered questions I had about the unit that is new and didn't demonstrate any indications of becoming annoyed by the questions. He had been done promptly and was professional the whole time.
I would highly recommend this company and would definitely consider doing business with them again.
After getting a more priced quote for replacing a water heater, then I saw this firm thought to offer them a chance and had received good reviews. I had a terrific attitude and put an appointment with Val, that had been really friendly. They offered me a price which was than the quote! I had been told they could get the next day for a late morning appointment.
Later that afternoon I received a return call I want to know they would have the ability to bump me up to an appointment period.

Looks like a waste of expense and time so I had to try to get one of them to quote me a price over the phone. In my surprise Able Plumbing did just that, I explained the situation that is straightforward, and even delivered a few photographs to help explain the circumstance, and they agreed with the information I provided, they may quote me a price. This occurred by noon the following day and their price was in the cheap range I hoped for, therefore we set the appointment for the following day, on Sunday . Their plumber came on time and done the faucet replacement in a very professional manner. We were straight up and running with a new kitchen faucet less than 36 hours.
I recently needed a kitchen faucet replaced once I discovered late Friday night it leaking one. My request was submitted by me on the Home Advisor program and quickly had three qualified plumbing company contacts' information emailed to me. This seemed like a service to get a plumber but after a little research I was reminded that every plumbing company refuses to quote any estimate, let alone a price.
I recommend Able Plumbing to work out your plumbing problems. I will be calling them to get almost any new issues that come up.

Technician however they forgot our appointment so came a hour after we called to check on why they didn't arrive.

Charged 375 to snake a kitchen sink and another 150 when the trash disposal is on it to replace a pipe spurts water out of the sink. It was the pipe was clogged and did not need to be replaced snaked since. He explained it did not need to be replaced, when I talked to another plumber and 150 costs . Then 30 days after the pipe starts leaking they stated their warranty was only for 30 days and replaced however it would be fixed by them. Like they do me a favor. Shop around they do work and are costly.

Able Plumbing is the only plumbing company we have used for more than ten years. Nelson replaced the innards of a toilet for us, Now. What I enjoy so much about the plumbing company is that they are professional -- in the first phone call until the bill is paid -- it's a class act. They quote a time they call when they are and will be there. Their prices are fair and their workmanship is top notch. Quit dealing with plumbing companies that don't deliver the service and overcharge. And no, I am not related to anyone at Able, nor am I a paid reviewer. You can trust this company.

We have used Able Plumbing for many decades. Rob managed to diagnose the problem from images I texted into him, after our new residence underwent a main water line burst in our basement utility room. He discharged Danilo, his finest main water line repairman who substituted with our black plastic water line with a reputable aluminum line at a reasonable price. So that we really appreciated his sense of urgency to fix within the weekend, we were only without water for 1 day. Thanks again for your awesome customer service!

Nelson was in and out in about half an hour and made sure before breaking up the tile to try the least damaging option. He explained everything that he planned to do. On how to prevent it from happening in the 16, and, made recommendations. He replaced. We are going to keep an eye on it for about a week to ensure that there are no further difficulties before sealing up also the gap and also the access panel we needed to cut in the wall to investigate the leak. The great news is that a 30 day guarantee covers the substances. Able plumbing costs $97 for the first 30 minutes and $88 for each additional 30 minutes, in addition to the cost of parts.
Called Able Plumbing due to a leak in the master bathroom shower head that has been damaging the basement bathroom's ceiling. I called on a Friday and they weren't able to appear until Saturday because they had been booked up. That was fine by me because this wasn't a crisis. I was given a window of 0800-1200 by the representative for arrival time. On Saturday, she gave a call to me.

I discovered Able after dealing with another plumbing firm that had very bad customer service which have been VERY overpriced. I couldn't believe the price gap, I saved over $1600 on a gas water heater that was new.
Customer service was nothing but exceptional. Work was completed very quickly.

Fast to respond and repair at a price. 30 day warranty so hopefully we won't need to call them back. According to our experience we'd call them.
We had them and they figured out equally issues which were happening. (Unusual port pipe difficulty and copper pipe replacement in cellar )

Abe was able to perform. He gave great customer service and was quick. I will certainly use him again!

We scheduled an appointment with them for our house before they were scheduled to come and supply an estimate, and following coordinaton together with the tenant that they cancelled the appointment 10 minutes. Very expected.

Buy a new toilet I had to phone somebody else and have it installed. The process w/ Able wasted my money, did not solve the issue, and took many visits.
I deserve a refund that is entire.
I was not happy with this corporation. The plumber I had misdiagnosed my problem. I told him exactly what I suspected it was (broken bathroom seal) He jumped to completely reconstruct my toilet that was totally unnecessary and charged me $350. Shortly after he left it was apparent that the issue existed. He also came out one more time to tighten the bolts and that he did not appear to believe further action was required. He mentioned I would need a new bathroom but never followed up.

These guys are all about high quality support.
Cost was on par with preceding (that were non-Sunday/non-emergency by the way) quotes from different plumbers. If I have any other plumbing needs, not going to bother calling anyone except Able Plumbing.
Called at 8:30am due Saturday night, to a water heater difficulty. Received call from dispatcher 30 minutes prior to technician was scheduled to arrive. Danilo (our technician ) was on site at 10:20am, had a brand new AO Smith water heater installed by noon and now he is on his way to help another customer.

Excellent support. Very speedy and friendly support. Danilo came out and capped off our broken shower so we might have water that night and arrived back the next day and replaced with the bathtub. He answered all of my 4 year olds questions and was fine.
