I phoned AZ Plumbing to have a tube repaired that had come from our cellar. Mr Zia came the next day, fixed the pipe and came on time. The job was done with no issues. He was very efficient. He asked him before he left if he could take a look at a bathtub faucet handle that was loose. He cared for it in less than 10 minutes. I will telephone AZ Plumbing back . Our basement has been flooded occasions because of a sump pump that was slow. I phoned AZ plumbing and that he advised a ceremony. He came the next day, installed a 2nd sump pump and installed a back up (alarm) complimentary just to help stop this issue again. The plumber has been really so much in a hurry to finish the call he came to the apartment with no tools. After a few minutes he said everything was just He confessed that the issue was with the cartridge.
They never produced any test not test whether my water valve was completely open!!

Company I ever did business with. Than known to inform they'd be there the following day in 8h00 AM, they were supposed to show up on Wednesday. I call, they do not show up and he says, I am in a traffic jam. 9h30 still no news, I called again to be told he needed an automobile accident? They suggested to come the following day involving 6h00 PM and 1h00 PM. They did show up in 6h00 PM.

Along with replacing my air conditioning decided to get a new water heater. When HVAC person came and came a plumber, there was a leak that day into the unit below. "I've got a man that we utilize all of the time for pipes problems. His company is currently AZ Plumbing and his number is 703-850-1290. He is fair and does a great job."
I had Zia replace my water heater. His bid was reasonable (slightly below the other bidding ). We discussed the advantages and disadvantages of replacing the 75-gallon tank with a 50-gallon tank (my taste ). He and another worker set up the water heater, and replaced all of the PVC piping with copper piping.
I am completely pleased with the professionalism, and the work. I will be using Mr. Zia and AZ Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.
I have since had Mr. Zia perform two occupations. The first was to correct the toilet that the preceding plumber"adjusted", leading to a leak. I have three bids to replace the valve and the valve that was shut off. AZ Plumbing has been the cheapest, the following day, and they came. Job completed satisfactorily.

I can not talk highly enough of Zia and AZ Plumbing. A backed up sewer pipe. Like he said he would and had been done by 11:45 several plumbers at 8 pm but AZ responded showed up at 9:45. He was extremely considerate clean and actually understood what he was doing. I hope I don't any more plumbing issues however I cannot thank Zia and AZ Plumbing enough for a job well done.

Contacted several plumbers over several days with very little chance, delayed answers, $ to provide a quote or"we do not do condos" Sent AZ a quotation request through Yelp at 9:30 one morning, called me back with an extremely acceptable quote by 10am and he was at my spot on Cap Hill by 11am. I don't feel like I got ripped off and needed to do some creative work to even get it out, however Zia was nothing but professional and efficient although replaced my water heater. Very happy I will definitely use them again in the future and found AZ.

Bailed on appointment twice and stopped responding

He rescued me from wasting a couple of thousand dollars for clearing a snake that was stuck in my drain. Plumbers claimed that my primary drain pipe was broken and my pipe was being blocked by tree roots.
Plumbers like Sons and Michael, Inner State and All American Plumbers gave quotations of several million dollars to excavate away from the side walk and without guarantee to retrieve the snake and having several days delay to finish the job.
AZ was called and accessed the pipe recovered the snake and unplugged the pipe at no time with a small portion of the cost offered by the boys in this business.
With cleansing wipes stuffed in my bathroom from Amazon Home Service 16, the pipe was plugged.

I had AZ plumbing diagnose my yard faucet which was not functioning, and also install all shower and tub hardware, such as a valve that is brand new. They did an superb job and were really professional and clean. They were able to diagnose the issue with the outside faucet and showed me it was just a simple rubber seal that required replacing. I highly recommend them.

These folks are the best and most plumbers you could request. I called them with a leak, and the problem was immediately fixed by them. I will definitely call them in the long run next time the need arises.
