Herb answered my call late on a weekday (before they closed). I'd run that I couldn't manage. He tried to describe how I could do the repair on my own (kudos for honesty and integrity here!) But realized I had help. He made a decision to come. When he said he quickly made the repair would, also charged a fair rate he came. He even gave me a quote about a different issue put it in writing and I need to treat. Herb did work on short notice, and was friendly, professional. I would recommend him without hesitation and will use his business again.

After I had written this review, he phoned me saying he would come back, since he'd said we would have to reschedule and I can't keep taking off work, but I had already called yet another plumber.
When we scheduled we asked if we are called so it is helpful if we know when to expect business, since we have a puppy and an infant before he comes. He agreed and didn't provide a time to us but said he'd call . I took off work and intended to be home all day and the next thing I know, my puppy is freaking out without having ever called because he is at our door at 8am. From the time I got to the door and I fed our baby so I quickly threw on a top, he had been pulling out of this driveway. I called but he did not answer the phone.

Herb is an master plumber. He replaced our water heater back. '' he said this looks pretty new After he came out to test it out. It was evident he wasn't trying to sell me a new water heater. He reassured me there was still some life to it although I was adamant I wanted it replaced because it had been 20 years old. Now, I knew I had been dealing with an honest service provider. The quote he gave me was more than reasonable. His ethics and his customer service rocks is rare in this business. He supplies the utmost plumbing care to you and genuinely cares about his clients. Last week, my pipes knocking and vibrated and he dx the problem. He recommended that I contact danze to acquire the valve capsule to save some cash and he will come out to replace it. Thanks again for saving me a week of markets. He said he will be back when I get the capsule for him to substitute refused to allow me to pay him. So unheard . I asked him about my bathroom, before he walked out the door. I told him concerning the continuous run. A flapper that is new catches and runs to his truck and replenishes it in less than 5 minutes. & again, no charge. Herb is my go to plumber - that his job is top notch quality combined with reliability and trustworthiness. I am so happy we found him!

Strong, Affordable, Punctual Service from Herb at High Tide Plumbing. Herb and Pressure Reducing Valve Replacement and requested main shutoff valve came at his quote over the telephone of $385 in right. I've some experience so I was able to give a work order request a week prior to his arrival. Herb was early for the Friday appointment, made me feel at ease for a master plumber with knowledge and his competence. Herb made the necessary repairs within an hour and with the work scrutinized and assessed, all of solder joints looked with no leaks of top quality. Components were used and I would suggest Herb for anyone that has any plumbing needs.
