The work done was fine - no issues with the plumber. He was considerate, effective, and on time. The issue is that the estimator explained that the job was complex and tedious and that it would take a long time. I accepted his bidding because he seemed honest and professional. But the job was quite easy - replace two tees. It just took 75 minutes on less than $20 in parts and site. Plumbers do a job and deserve to get paid. And companies deserve to make money. But Acme misrepresents the job to overcharge. Look at the reviews that aren't recommended from the Yelp review page (below the advised reviews). You will see exactly the exact same thing - Acme charging way too much and not caring for their clients concerns. Stay away.
