I was left confused and disappointed. JVG came highly recommended. I can only conclude that was not worth their time. I desired quotes and had an issue with my toilet. The initial reply and visit occurred quickly. I had been committed to a toilet rebuild but didn't have time for that to be achieved during the initial consult; I had been available. I had been told I would get a quote later that day for all four jobs we discussed, though I had been ready for at least. I heard nothing back. When I called and emailed and texted, it was . The answer I received was only an estimate for those jobs with no inquiry about when I desired something. I answered that I'd expected to have the toilet job done, although the prices for the other jobs were higher than we originally discussed. I had been giving them the benefit of the doubt (matters come up, this was about Thanksgiving), and that I trusted they were reliable and didn't look elsewhere. But I never heard anything back, once more. It is baffling. If there is a toilet rebuildn't cost effective for them to perform, they could tell me they didn't have room in their program. But nothing was heard by me . I don't enjoy writing this, but I can't recommend them.

We had JVG hook up plumbing and new faucets in our kitchen and baths after having fittings installed. They were courteous, professional and fairly priced. They stayed late on a Friday to get the task finished and were accommodating. Irecommend and 'd definitely use them.
