Now I achieved to Jordan Plumbing and the same thing occurred. Jeffery explained he couldn't come out to while and afternoon on the telephone on how to reset the hot water heater 26, guided me. When my telephone disconnected our first call, he even called me . The reset functioned and that I have hot water again. If my water issues will be solved by this reset for good, I don't know, but I do understand that I'll contact Jordan Plumbing if I need further aid.
I'm from California and am spending some time helping my daughter who resides in Hillsborought, NC out. I've phoned an electrician months ago who told me where the GFCI reset switches have been and spared me a support charge. Pretty great example of hospitality I thought.

As returned my calls, price comparison can't be commented on by me. The price seemed reasonable and he let us know just what it would cost before beginning the job.
I was pleased. I called on Tuesday afternoon and I was able to get an appointment for Thursday morning. So I was really pleased with getting it taken care of quickly the problem, while bothersome, wasn't super urgent. My bathroom tub drain has been unclogged on ordering the part we had to fix the leverage mechanism, which will save both time and money and we were given great advice. I appreciated the technician did not try to sell us services or rope us to tacking on more work, as I've unfortunately grown accustomed to with other maintenance businesses. The technician shielded our flooring while working, and then he drove out to us in yucky weather.

The plumbers tried to sell me on a completely unnecessary, expensive fix, even offering to take off $100. It makes me sick to think that I almost gave them thousands of dollars for nothing. Even if it was an honest mistake, it could have been an expensive mistake for me personally, therefore that I strongly caution others.
Thankfully I advised them that I'd require another opinion. Another plumber took one look, arrived, and hit reset that the ejector was plugged into. The ejector kicked in, and it's now working with no problem.
Though I do wish I had waited for the other plumber because he could have done it for less they got two stars rather than 1 because they were able to come out the exact same day that I called and correct another issue.
I am not positive whether it was incompetence or dishonesty, but the people from Jordan Plumbing told me that my sewer ejector system was broken and that it would have to be substituted, to tune from $1800-$2300. They were prepared to perform the replacement instantly.

I had a sudden kitchen sink clog (resulting in sinks full of dirty, greasy water) on Saturday night and, being new to Durham, didn't know who to phone. I had been in a small rush to address the problem because I've got a baby at home, and no dishwasher, along with the kitchen sink gets a lot of usage (I finished washing the night's dishes in the tub, which was not very sustainable). Plunging and other DIY clog-clearing approaches did nothing.
I'd another plumber in to estimate on another non-emergency work we needed done, but was not satisfied with his lack of communication (the other plumber ceased responding to my emails and telephone calls for no apparent reason, and never delivered the quotation he promised). Now, I intend to have Mr. Jordan do this work instead. The service was superb, but I think that the rates are fair for the market, although our sink difficulty was not cheap to fix.
I tried several plumbers I found online, but all said they couldn't by by until Monday at the first unless I paid a large emergency premium plus they were also vague about the quotations, but normally explained it would be roughly $300 (possibly more) to fix. Significantly more if anybody was to come before Monday.
He offered me an unofficial estimate over the telephone, which was proven to be true ($69 for the service call, plus roughly $259 for the clearing job ). It took time to sort out, because my clog was a bit mysterious, but Mr. Jordan snaked a full 100 feet of the plumbing and finally solved the problem. In addition, he replaced my P-trap (sometimes called the U-bend), and just charged $5 for the materials necessary to do that. The other plumbers I talked to estimated similar rates, but frankly, gave me a bit of attitude over the telephone. Mr. Jordan was completely lovely and considerate, and didn't mind me watching him work while he explained what was done (I'd like to understand as far as I can about the workings of my home ). And as I say, he arrived very quickly to do the job, foregoing his own supper, and staying past 9pm to be certain that the problem was solved, (again, on a Saturday night), that had been fairly amazing.

Arrived in my house after I called for support. Sewer pipes mended and were clogged . Excellent customer service.

Got within an hour of talking with the dispatcher to my house, obtained the sink unclogged and was on his way within half an hour. I'll always make sure that you call Jordan Plumbing. Mr. Jordan was lively, thorough and personable.

I requested a Quotation by Numerous Pipes Companies Across the triangle and called. The next day Mr. Jordan returned in a time that match my scheduled, again no time obtained from my occupation. He had picked up the right faucet, then laid down a towel / blanket as to not make a mess of my hardwood flooring. At that point I left him to his occupation. Upon conclusion he called me into the kitchen also my sink and the area was clean and looked brand new. I was really happy. The cleanliness and professionalism was a massive factor for me. Since I have had to mop for the door to toilet behind he and an earlier plumber remained of the day to resolve a clog. This was a new and very pleasant experience for me and Jordan Plumbing will be used by me again.
The businesses stated that they would call me back soon and took a summary of the problem. I expected the same when I called Jordan Plumbing. To my surprise, Mr. Jordan stated that he was at the area and swing to assess the problem and provide a precise quote at that time. Mr. Jordan arrived around 5:30pm, which allowed me time to get house without leaving work . I left him from there and showed him the kitchen and the piping. 15 minutes later, he stated that before further damage was caused by the leaking, the connection in my faucet into the pipe had corroded and needed to be replaced. He stated that I had hard water, that had been causing of the corroding and suggested numerous water softeners to attempt to match my budget. I had been given a lower than time, a beginning date and expected quote. AND asked when I wanted to pick out my faucet, which he would pick up or when I'd like him to use a generic. I looked at faucets online that evening. I sent Mr. Jordan the design I wanted.

Plumber came out within one hour of me phoning them to my house. Not to mention it was a holiday,as well as, weather forecasting ice and snow . I was rather impressed with the support we received.
